If you want to stay in the city center this is a great place. The breakfast was decent
Depending on your room it is loud outside the window until 1 am. The rooms are a little outdated and could use a refresh
4.3
The location is excellent.
Breakfast is good.
Facilities indicate "parking" but there is no parking at the hotel.
Noise from the pubs until 1am every night.
Very small elevator.
No trash can in the room, only a small one in the bathroom.
Curtains not preventing light through the windows.
Cables exposed below tv...see photo.
Only one electrical outlet next to the bed, used for the bed side lamp, so can't plug in the phone near bed.
Water in the shower alternates between hot and cold and is unstable.

This hotel is perfect in every way. Location, staff beautiful rooms.
Nothing it was perfect from start to finish

The hotel was quaint and charming while being updated. The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The air conditioner did not seem to be working very well. Some of the stairs are not clearly marked - they are thin and all white which made them hard to see.
4.3
Location was amazing.
Breakfast was great
Car parking situation isn't ideal, but no other alternatives if you want to stay in the Old City. 20 Euros for a full 24 hours not bad at all. 7 minute walk to the hotel.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and amazing brekfast with a great view. Everything was extremely clean and service was impeccable. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

it is amazing how such a historical building in the middle of the old town can be such an oasis of peace and relaxation. The room was spacious, even the shower was large which is typically not the case in comparable circumstances. Staff is great and helpful, breakfast is awesome
The room does not have coffee/tea facilities, this isn’t really a problem because they also provide excellent morning coffees if you go downstairs for it. So remember to do so ;)

Fantastic location and extremely pleasant and friendly staff :) Only suggestion is snacks in the mini bar and darker curtains in room 303. However, everything else was perfect and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you!!

Modern- great use of colour and texture in all areas of the hotel, great staff, and very comfortable.
not a thing.

The Boutique Hotel is conveniently located near the North Gate of the city, and near a number of historic sights. This was by far the largest of the rooms we encountered on our European holiday, and very stylish. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Staff are personable and attentive, and the breakfast was terrific. The rooftop terrace provides a nice rooftop lounge. When rain dampened our dinner plans. we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel features a restaurant with a full dinner menu, and we ended up having one of the finest meals on our trip.

Overall we had a great time, everything was lovely!
The staff were really helpful and kind.
The room was cosy, big and nicely decorated.
The breakfast was tasty, intimate and had lovely local food.
The location was great, right in the center of the old town.
The only coffee in the room was coffee machine that had capsules that cost 1.5 euro.

A good location and a nice decor!
In general, all the staff was friendly, but I would like to highlight the breakfast Sir , who always trying to please his guests.
the cleaning of the rooms should be improved and the fridge fixed.

Great location in the heart of the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. room was nice and stylish.
The room window was overlooking a pub so it was quite loud in the evening.

Located in the old town. Its very convenient. If you travel from Croatia to enter Kotor, I would definitely recommend a stay at Hippocampus. Its surrounded by the wine shop, restaurant, close by the stairs to the mountain top. The concierge was superb helpful. He reminded us of the party that day, which I don't mind. I indeed find the vibrant side of the old city. Really love it! One highlight is the breakfast. Its world class with exceptional customer service.

Comfortable beds, I haven't slept so well in a long time!
I would definitely come back.
Everything was perfect from the stuff, location, there's no any thing that we can complain about.

Wonderful view on the old town and the fortress on the hill. Good breakfast. Powerful and quiet air conditioning, working together with an open window - no CO2 (stuffy air) problem. Elevator. Warm and welcoming personnel. Free airport transfer. Charming atmosphere. Would stay again.
No dark curtains - sunlight in the morning. Music from the bars in the street until 1am.
4.3
Yet another excellent stay. Super comfortable bed. Tasty and generous breakfast that kept me full for a while! Marko was extremely attentive.
Marija is great. Thank you for a great time in Kotor.

The room was little bit dark, there is only one window inside the room and it’s small one. Also ther is only one waste basket in the room, it was in bathroom room but it is also needed in the room side. there were no tall dressing mirror in the room and it was so hard. Finally the worst thing in the room was, bedbugs :( there were bedbugs different points in the room. On wooden floor, on wooden beams, on wooden parts of beds.. It was awful:( We told the stuff but they said us it might be electricity which one is also so dangerous:(
