Staff were very helpful
Very dated needs update

Friendly staff member, good area close to cafes, pubs and hot pools, comfy bed
Were disappointed to be told on arrival that the bar in the pictures wasn't open as they don't have a license, also pictures make it look a lot fancier than it is in real life, lots of condensation, shower head fell off on my partner

Location was good
Rooms are not at any stage sound proof, you can hear people talking in the next room as if they in with you.

Room was quiet. Friendly staff. Good sized room. Clean and tidy.
Bed was not as comfortable as it could have been. Room was freezing when we arrived. Breakfast was very basic. Lack of PowerPoints in our room to charge devices.

Very friendly and pleasant staff. It was cold and raining on the evening we arrived. The young girl at the reception turned on the room heating for us before we arrived. My wife truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture.

The staff made our stay!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were always polite and willing to help us with any questions or concerns we had during our stay.
The shower was nice. The water was hot and the shower was clean and spacious.
The mattress was uncomfortable and the bed kept slipping away from the headboard, which made it difficult to sleep. We had trouble getting comfortable due to the uneven bed, and it made for a less than ideal sleeping experience.
The water pressure in the shower was very low. It was difficult to get clean with the low pressure and made the shower less enjoyable than it could have been.
There was a lack of available plugs for charging devices, which was inconvenient. It was frustrating to have to share a cable for all of our devices and made it difficult to charge everything at once.
There was no room service provided due to staff shortages, and towels were not automatically provided. We had to request towels from the front desk and were disappointed that room service was not available during our stay.
Overall, while there were some positive aspects of my stay at Abisko Lodge, there were several issues that detracted from my experience. I hope that this feedback can be used to improve the hotel's amenities and services for future guests.

close to town, and good price
walls were very thin, lounge wasn’t locked after 7pm and beds were small
3.8
Didn’t have breakfast
Very hard bed and no allocated parking
3.8
Spacious suite. Suitable for a family. Close to shops and pools
Manager was not very friendly. Combined to us about the previous guests who left a mess indicating we must leave the place spotless.
3.8
Close location to Methven, great for winter sports
3.8
Staff very accommodating.
Othe lighting in the dining room was really dim for breakfast.
3.8
Very friendly staff and excellent service!
Only that we couldn’t stay longer.

Location is great
Unfortunately the place is very run down. There was noone there when we arrived - eventually 1 person arrived who told us he was the only staff member on. The bar, lounge etc was locked and dark. The spa wasnt turned on even though it was advertised. At $150/room per night this was not anywhere near expectation.
3.8
Free continental breakfast
showers were very poor not alot of water pressure or water head of shower so small hard to shower and took ages. lounge was locked by 7pm. maybe they should just put a mock on the staff kitchen door and barrier to the bar that way people can use the lounge at all times. staff ok but not ivervally friendly just lounging around in the lounge all the time eating or having a drink should be a separate staff area not eat were customers are . also was not told about the drying rooms!!!
3.8
it was very cosy
The heating doesn’t come on until 4pm and that’s not ideal in the middle of winter 🥶
