The room was very clean and staff were incredibly nice. The price range of the hotel was great for the area of the City. Room had several commodities and many pillows. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were great too
The door to the room was very thin so I woke up several times during the night cause I could hear people come and go and having conversations in the hallway. Bed was a bit too firm for my taste.
My husband slept through all the outside noise so if you're a heavy sleeper then this may not affect you as it did me.

Beat shower ever, friendly English speaking staff, good area with many bars and clubs within walking distance. Also the room was very clean, spacious and the beds very comfy.
If I had to name one thing it would be the spaghetti I had one evening. That was a good portion and the guy did really make an effort, but it was really not tasty at all and close to inedible. Breakfast was great though and I am aware that Mexico is not famous for it's pasta.

Easy to access from the terminal 2
As an english speaker at an establishment with a mostly non english speaking staff, coupled together with their over cautious Covid rules at the breakfast buffet. Made it difficult to actually eat breakfast. Standing 10 feet back and telling the lady what I wanted on my plate was difficult. We settled for a plate of fruit each, which cost over $60 for the three of us.
Breakfast value was terrible. Had I known, I would have just gone into the airport to eat breakfast. Price was not posted anywhere.

After traveling for work to Guadalajara for 4 years now, this area (Ladron de Guevara - Arcos Vallarta) has become my favorite. It feels safe and is close to many fantastic restaurants such as Pa'lReal and Puerco Espada.
It is also very close to Centro Magno and several medical clinics and pharmacies.
The hotel is on a quiet street - aside from Holiday parties, it is a quiet haven and the staff is kind and helpful.
Rooms are generous in size and the beds are comfortable.
The place has a good over all feeling
Breakfast was delicious
If you plan to stay several days, I recommend to spend the extra money on a "suite" or a room with a kitchenette and a balcony.
Smaller rooms do not have a fridge and lights are dim.
If you book a smaller room you might not have a real window- but rooms are still pretty big and comfortable.

Te staff was really nice AND helpful
