Location is everything! 👌🏻😍

+ absolute best location if you want to explore Fira + very well equipped room - you got everything you need + stunning view from the balcony! + small buffet for breakfast + you can order 1 meal p.p. from the menu; coffee & orange juice included - try the pancakes, they taste heavenly 😋

Perfect location and view

The hotel location is perfect, the room was with a panoramic view and a bottle of local wine as a gift. Wifi signal is strong, and all restaurants are around. Breakfast was also delicious with a panoramic view from the rooftop.

I think 400 Euro for 1 night is expensive, even though the room was with a perfect view and served with a bottle of wine.

Great Stay at Panorama Boutique Hotel

Staff was excellent and breakfast was very tasty and satisfying.

Hotel doesn't provide face cloths for shower or bath. Don't know if it's a cultural thing.

great value, friendly staff and delicious breakfast

excellent complimentary breakfast, partially buffet and partially made to order dishes. clean room and facilities. the room had a vanity with large mirror and lights, great for getting ready.

bathroom was a bit small. the restaurant that was on their list of recommendations was not good at all.

Excellent location and brilliant brekkie.

The location of this accommodation is great - right in the middle of Fira, walking distance to all cafes, restaurants and shops. Pool is lovely and peaceful with an amazing view over the caldera. Balcony overlooked the caldera with had amazing views. Breakfast was brilliant and served over the caldera with a spectacular view.

Loved these apartments. Location was very central. Breakfast was lovely and staff were all friendly and helpful. The view from the rooms were Amazing and we caught the sunset on our balcony most nights. Comfy beds. Breakfast was served on the roof every morning. Pool was lovely and clean and nice walk down, again great views.

Nice breakfast, with great views

Beds not very comfortable, pool is small and very limited in sun loungers, plus no umbrellas open for customers who like some shade, so no sure if worth considering if looking for hotel with pool, for me it's a no,but this is my view, lots will disagree

Absolutely Divine

Everything. Breakfast options were great. Location was convenient. Staff was helpful and room size and view was amazing!!

My shuttle couldn’t go up the block and we had to climb up a hill with luggage. An employee finally met us when we already had completed the walk up the hill on hot weather 😏

Comfortable, spacious and convenient

Incredibly handy location and we were given a very spacious room that despite being literally 10m from the busy street it was incredibly quiet. Our hot tub was wonderful and our balcony was huge

PERFECT!!

wow! 10/10 could not fault this property. Staff were so accommodating helpful & friendly. Location was perfect, so many facilities/restaurants & bars all within walking distance. Best view of the caldera! breakfast was amazing & plenty of choice. Rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. Would 100% recommend this property to anyone coming to stay in Santorini - you won’t be disappointed! can’t wait to come back!! thank you once again

only small criticism would be that it can be rather noisy in corridors however not an issue at all.

Marvelous Hotel in the heart of Fira.

The location is the best in Fira. Magnificent views one side ,on the other the heart of the city. The quality all around the place was spot on. Excellent breakfast, the staff were very polite and helpful. The bed and bed were first class. Just can't fault the hotel.

Just one occasion the at breakfast time the place was very busy and the service was very slow. The reason for this is the breakfast place is also open to the public at the same time so they have no control over how many people are there at once. Not what you want when you have a boat trip booked.

Excellent Stay

Incredible view of Caldera. Staff super helpful. Towels at poolside appreciated. Room was excellent sizewise.

Amount of stairs to get to pool and other parts of hotel won't suit all.

Panorama paradise

Location was perfect. Balcony in the room had the best views. Staff were amazing. Rooftop bar had the best views too

The inside of the rooftop bar/breakfast room was very dated and needed “cheering up” with warmer colours and trendier furniture
