Incredible! Beautiful decor & facilities, private & stunning views from every level.

Everything. The property was immaculate, gorgeous views, beautiful pool and great food. Our room - ex suite was exquisite, the jacuzzi and stunning suite with floor to ceiling views of the caldera, it was like a dream come true. Flavia and Polyvios were incredible, they both made our stay perfect.

Probably just the stairs, but great full for the 2 lifts!! Although stairs was expected for Santorini.

fantastic location! Wonderful staff. Delicious breakfast.

View was fantastic! We had a hot tub that overlooked the sea. Great sunset views. We rented the villa and had plenty of room for 6 adults. Breakfast was very good. Staff went over and above to help out. Highly recommend Panorama Suites.

Could use more tables inside for breakfast. Would have liked the twin beds to be in a private room but this was exactly how the suite was described.

Scenic and comfortable stay, central location

The location was excellent. It took us less than 5 minutes by foot to reach the central bus station, the shops and eateries. The view from the villa was great and picture-perfect. The villa was spacious and clean. Great breakfast

The rooms had limited natural light and were without windows. The 3rd room was not enclosed but more of an extension of the living room.

exceptional- we are so glad we stayed in this luxury resort

Our view was amazing, the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. They greeted us upon arrival at the crazy intersection of the pedestrian only area and carried our luggage to our room. Our breakfasts were individually prepared with great healthy options and fantastic service and fresh orange juice. We were able to enjoy breakfast by the pool or in the larger rooftop restaurant with our friends group of five. The location along the caldera was perfect - close to everything in Fira and our room was still down the many steps and quiet. Our sliding patio door window covering was not working when we first arrived and it was quickly repaired.

I would have appreciated more hooks for clothing in the bathroom - or a place to dry wet swim suits. It is a lot of stairs to climb to get to the street level, which could be a problem for some guests. There are elevators that took us a day to find the lower level access one.

Cleanliness at the pool was poor. Garbage and tables stayed dirty for hours after guests left.

Awesome views in a very nice hotel which is very centrally located

Awesome views, excellent breakfast & excellent & helpful staff. And of course Without Arthur the strong man, you cannot check into your room with luggage or check out. He is awesome. He carries your heavy bags. Please tip him good.

Incredible views from our comfortable poolside room

Incredible views from our comfortable poolside room. We enjoyed 4 nights at Panorama Suites in Santorini and enjoyed every moment at the property. The staff are friendly and very accommodating, and made the overall experience a truly memorable one. The pool area is beautiful with a view over the Caldera, and the sunsets from this vantage point are truly sensational. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and an amazing rainhead shower. I look forward to our return in the future.

Amazing! Loved it here

Fabulous!!! This hotel was worth every single penny!! DO IT!! We looked at places a 10 minute walk out of Fira and decided to go with Panorama and our friends went with the other. We paid the same price and our hotel was AMAZING.. The staff were great, the room was luxurious and the view was TO DIE FOR!!! Honestly would stay here over and over again. Cannot fault it.!!

Unreal - surpassed all my expectations

EVERYTHING. The view is obviously a winner, but the thing that made our stay so perfect was the staff. They went above and beyond, were so friendly and helpful and everything felt super personal. I would recommend Panorama suites to ANYONE that will listen to me. It also wasn't really crammed like a standard hotel, the pool was dreamy and felt really intimate with the number of guests.

Great location. Our balcony was large and private. Quiet accommodation away from the hussle and bussle of Fira. 5 star breakfasts at the rooftop restaurant. Awesome staff

Gorgeous view, friendly and accommodating staff, luxurious rooms, delicious breakfast.

everything was fabulous- from the wonderful and extremely helpful staff, to the view and location, to the delicious and thoughtfully prepared breakfast. Spiros the concierge made our trip extra smooth and helped us with several bookings during our short stay.

Only a slight beeping sound from the AC unit in our room but nothing a few ear plugs couldn’t help.

wonderful, high-end property with excellent views

We absolutely loved our room! the view was spectacular and the breakfast each morning was amazing! the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. we definitely recommend this property!

there are a lot of stairs to and from the room from the reception. perhaps better directions on how to use the elevators to access the rooms in the suites.

Perfect

The view from the room was breathtaking. The room itself was nice, comfortable bed & good storage for clothes etc. There was also a small kitchen which you could use to make a cup of tea/ a snack. The staff were all excellent, the breakfast crew and reception especially. Thank you to the strong men who carried our bags from the taxi drop off point.

The bathroom was dark & needs updating as the shower is quite small. I would replace the curtains with blinds to make it more private.

the hotel had a power outage which caused the emergency light to turn on at 3.15am in the morning in our room. not a pleasant experience when there is no air conditioning and it is hot, a bright light in the room and you are awake from that time for the rest of the day.

Super relaxing, felt private, well taken care of.

The location, the layout that allowed us to go from table to pool to deck chair to room without any fuss. The staff - which was everyone - service oriented, friendly, organised and mellow which added a nice feeling for us.

There’s nothing we didn’t like but you should know there are a lot of stairs to navigate from reception level down to pool level. We were fine but just know in advance. In general there’s a lot of climbing of hills & stairs in Santorini.
