Kitchen and common area was nice and clean
The shower was dirty, a lot of mold on the ceiling and the water didn't flow away quick enough, it was 20 cm high. It was very noisy and people in the hostel were not quiet. We slept in room 7 which is next to a noisy street and people staying in the hostel were in the garden being loud late in the evening. It was not possible to close the window properly. Most of the staff didn't speak English and breakfast was minimal. Only 2 bathrooms of which each had a toilet and shower. Sometimes water pressure was really low. No bin in the room. Not a good price quality

The staff was helpful and friendly, I ended up extending my stay because of the service! The bread at breakfast was great and I was able to get a good night sleep every night. Thank you for everything I'll see you soon.

Big kitchen and outside space.
The bathroom kind of small and careless (but clean). I was not able to have a shower without touching the curtains and no hooks to hang clothes.

First (bunk) bed was horribly squeeky and the mattress was so bad it hurt my back. The staff was happy to give me another bed (which was much better) the nex day though.

I liked everything. The staff is great - they gave me lots of advice and helped whenever I asked for something. The breakfast is great as well, fresh bread and homemade jams.
Will definitely come again if I ever come back to Bariloche :)

The hosts were lovely and the room was spacious for 6. The location was about a 15 minute walk from the centre.
The bathroom wasn’t too clean, the room was extremely hot even with the windows open. We couldn’t find the cat.

An excellent hostel, a large and well-equipped kitchen, a kind staff that helps in everything it can. Large and comfortable rooms.
A little far from the center

staff were friendly, good breakfast & kitchen
room was not clean at all, hairs all over the bed, dirty floor, small bathroom that was always dirty, blood stain on bed, very expensive for what it is, showers take ages to heat up, thin walls, no hooks in room

The kitchen was clean and well equipped, the staff was helpful, providing information when needed. My Spanish is bad, as is the staff's English, but eventually we managed to understand each other. The common room downstairs is cozy. Bed was comfortable with good foam pillows, which was a pleasant surprise.
The bathroom upstairs is just bad. Floor was wet all the time. There was a soaking wet towel on the floor, so that didn't help trying to dry the floor either. It would help if a shower cabin with doors would be installed instead of a dirty curtain that lets too much water spill through. Also the walls are VERY thin. Bring ear plugs, or you will be kept awake until late at night by conversations in the room next door or loud hostel guests in the hallway. For 75 euros per night (private room with shared bathroom) I had expected at least a more decent cleaner bathroom. I know Bariloche is expensive, so prices are too high for value everywhere in town, and in high season options were limited.

The staff was very nice and helpful, gave us good advices what to do in the surroundings, and let us but our bicycles in a safe room! The breakfast was great (variation of delicious bread types, homemade ice tea, yoghurt, etc.). The garden is nice to chill! And we really loved the good indie music at the reception (check them out on spotify ;))

Everything! All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, every day. Loved the breakfast. Spotlessly clean. Homely feel. Very welcoming.
Staff went above and beyond expectations to help with an injury sustained.
