Quiet location with a private garden overlooking the Tuscan Hills that is a short pleasant walk to all the city’s important sites.
The breakfast was good, but not great at the cappuccinos should have been better and Italy

The location is great, on the outer wall of the city with a wonderful garden with a wide view of the Tuscan landscape. The hotel has a quiet understated elegance, and even the drinks at the bar were excellent. I really like the place.
Can’t really think of anything
4.5
La posizione, il confort dei letti, la disponibilità dello staff, il parcheggio in struttura.
Inserirei nella stessa cifra anche la colazione

Room was decent. Francesca, who has been there for years, was typically pleasant, helpful and a genuine pro.
Air conditioning was not working properly, and hotel staff contended it was due to a city ordinance that didn't allow them to activate it until June 1. All the while, air conditioners at other stores and restaurants in town were humming away.

it’s a beautiful slice of Italy to stay at this property looking out over Tuscany and walking to the Duomo in 5 minutes or il Campo in a few more minutes. the staff are lovely, the location wonderful. if you are driving and you follow their directions explicitly. you have great parking for a nominal fee.

It was in a quiet location, but only ten minutes walk from the main piazza. The room was large with a stunning view, enormous comfortable bed, excellent walk in shower. Many useful extras.

Wonderful atmosphere and beautiful rooms

we got upgraded to a room with a magnificent view.
breakfast is technically not included but they provide some coffee, fruits etc to enjoy in the beautiful garden.
staff at check in was a bit brusque.
We had asked for parking but they had none available (which we knew was possible), however the recommended public option was 50 eur/ 2 days vs
their own advertised cost of 10/day - we had assumed it would be more similar cost. More notice here would have been good to know.

beautiful and interesting period property, traditional room decor and furnishing, charming garden with wonderful view, peacefulness of the location even on the street side, helpful and friendly staff
breakfast supplies sometimes very meagre - you need to be lucky with your timing!

The hotel is well located, a short walk from the center of town. The room was large and bathroom facilities were good. Coffee, juices, croissants and cake are served daily in the morning. There is a secure parking lot which is a plus. Great stay, no complaints. One note, there is a family restaurant down the street called Osteria Nonna Gina. It is popular with locals and the food was very good.

The view from the garden when having breakfast or a drink was just fantastic. Great location to the city and secure onsite parking.
Sadly die to the COVID situation there was limited restaurant meals and reduced breakfast but we understand this and it was not a problem.
