Sin lujo ni modernidad pero recomendado

El desayuno fantástico y el personal super entregado y maravilloso. Las camas cómodas y la limpieza muy bien .

La GRAN PEGA ES QUE :Estando ubicado el hotel en el mismo centro del pueblo con ubicación magnifica, si vas en coche te vuelve loco el navegador como pongas la dirección y te manda fuera de Arrasate ( Una locura!!!). Si pones ir a Hotel Arrasate ( sin poner dirección )te deja a las espaldas del hotel y cuando dice :" ha llegado a su destino", No ves letrero alguno ( no lo encuentras!. ) Todo esto tiene una explicación y es porque la entrada del hotel esta en una plaza peatonal y el navegador , Obviamente , te deja detrás del hotel que es por donde circulan los coches. Sin embargo ,Llamamos al hotel y el encargado salió a buscarnos el mismo. La amabilidad es a destacar. Una vez encontrado el hotel, Por fin!, Entras y tienes que subir unas escaleras de 8/9 peldaños ( no recuerdo exactamente) . Es un edificio antiguo y la verdad es que la primera impresión fue chocante a lo que esperaba. Pero una vez ubicados se calmaron los ánimos por todo lo positivo que he descrito en el apartado anterior.

Very comfortable

We liked everything. Plenty of choices for breakfast despite we don't eat much at breakfast. Very clean. Excellent host.

When we booked we didn't realise there's no parking. Very difficult to find parking.

Exceptional

The hotel is very clean. It is situated in the city center. It feels very homelike. But still one can feel the local cultural taste of the region. The receptionists are very nice and helpful.

I didn't notice the air conditioning system, so I'm not sure if it will be comfortable in summer. As it is located in the city centre, it can be quite noisy in the evening.

perfect base in the middle of the town

it’s my second time staying at this hotel. It’s a great location, very friendly staff and good continental breakfast. Room was very clean, spacious and comfy.

Really nice hotel with wonderful staff

Very comfortable and large rooms. Tasty breakfast with multiple gluten free and lactose free options upon request. The ladies at the reception were the nicest, they really went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay.

So bad we didn’t stay at all.

We went to book in at reception, saw the room and left. I intend to complain to you formally for poor description, inaccurate information and misleading reviews and ratings. It was NOT as described. We paid for something we didn’t get and had to book elsewhere at extra cost at short notice. I will be in touch when we get home next week. Steve Curnow.

Superb

The hotel is in the center of Arrasate. It was very easy to find. And grocery stores and restaurants were within just a few minutes of walking. What stuck with me to most was the people working at the hotel. They were really nice and helpful. I felt very safe and comfortable.
