Gostei da experiência! Lucerna é ponto estratégico para visitar vários lugares na Suíça!

Estadia na frente do principal ponto turístico, vista indescritível, cama confortável, equipe educada!

Fiquei em um quarto sem varanda :( Como não estava nem frio e nem calor, por causa do barulho (conversa do pessoal passando na rua) mantive a janela fechada. Indico levar protetor auricular para não se incomodar com leve barulho.

【良い点】 ①駅から近く徒歩圏内。 ②素晴らしいview👍、朝と夕方から夜サイコー ③コンセント🔌数がかなり多い。枕元にはUSB充電も有る。 ④チェックアウト事は電子キーを箱に入れるだけ。　セルフチェックアウト ⑤ハンガーが多い。 ⑥水道水🚰がそのまま飲める！　さすがスイス🇨🇭 ⑦ルームキーピングは毎日あります。

【イマイチな点】 ①ACが無く夏は暑い💦　外が涼しくとも網戸が無いので蚊が入る🦟ため窓を開けっ放しに出来ず残念😢　　一階にパブがある為、熱が籠るためと思われる。 ②オートロックじゃ無いので、外出時には電子キーで、部屋に入ったらボタンロックが必要なので要注意！ ③チェックインの専用デスクやスタッフが居らず5分待たされた。　通常にホテルでは無いので注意⚠️ ④エレベーター🛗が小さく2人がやっと。着いたらドアを押して出て下さい。 ⑤laundryは無いので長期滞在事には近くのコインランドリーまで（歩いて7〜8分）行く必要がある。 ⑥ティッシュペーパーが無い。 ⑦dryerのボタンを押し続けないとダメ👎

Fabulous -great location and facilities .Food very nice too

Beautiful view right on the river Reuss , right opposite Chapel Bridge and very central to old town . Also proximity to train station and various transport links very useful Recently renovated bedrooms and fantastically clean bathroom with efficient vent ! Added bonus was fridge for storing refreshing drinks .

Minor complaint was not enough fans for ventilation as gets very hot in sumner months and unable to keep doors open at night due to insects from river . The window insect screen was useful !

Amazing view and very convenient to the locations we wanted to see.

The location was amazing! Close to the main sights and train station. Amazing view from our room.

The bugs and spiders on the balcony. You needed the window open because there was no AC but then it would draw in the bugs.

Fantastic location and view 👌

This is a great Location. The room was surprisingly very quiet and what a great view of the beautiful lake Lucerne and the historic bridge 👌 also very well equipped with charging points. The meals in the pub downstairs were great too. Definitely worth the stay

Increíble experiencia. Gran hotel.

La ubicación es inmejorable y tiene unas hermosas vistas al río, al famoso puente de la capilla y a la torre de agua. El acceso es a través del bar del hotel, lo cual al principio es un poco raro pero la atención increíble de la señorita de la recepción hizo que todo fuera muy fácil. La habitación es grande y muy cómoda. En verdad me sorprendió el hotel.

We had a wonderful stay in Luzern and The Pickwick was a part of that.

The room, while small, was actually larger than expected. And the bathroom was also sufficiently large. The room did have a great view and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had very warm weather and air conditioning would have been appreciated.

gute zentrale Lage, abends etwas laut durch der vielen Gäste im darunter liegenden PUB, Zimmer zum Schlafen im bequemen Bett ausreichend groß, sogar für jede Person einen Stuhl! sehr freundliches Personal!

ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre bei dieser Hitze gut angebracht

Nice location, clean room.

The noise from the street did not allow to open window in the evening. This would be a big problem in hot weather, since the room does not have AC.

We stayed only one night and only used room for few hours. The lady who checked us in was lovely and helped us keep lugg

Simple, comfortable accommodation with a micro-balcony and the MOST incredible views!

Gorgeous view of the river, mountains, and city in general. Super close to the main train station and right above the local Saturday riverside market. Check in and checkout were seamless overall. Room is bare bones but comfortable! You'll spend most of your time outside anyway. Loved that the french doors opened to the (albeit very tiny) balcony. I could get fresh air in the room easily. Even though it's on the riverfront street and above a pub, I felt it was very quiet and peaceful overall.

I'm not a big fan of pubs/dive-like bars, so initially when I entered there upon arrival it put me off. There is however a private back entrance to avoid the pub altogether so that worked out well for me. There is no included breakfast option, but lots of places nearby. No refrigerator, so keeping any leftovers or purchases from the market fresh was a struggle. Room is boring, basic. If you're looking for something vibey and aesthetic, this is not it. Balcony is teensy - don't expect to be able to sit down on them.

Can’t bit the location and fascinating view with reasonable price!

location is perfect! Fascinating view that facing chapel bridge really make my day! Surprisingly quiet on the 3rd floor even a pub is downstairs. Friendly young guy who assist me to check-in was so helpful!

Room was dated and quite awkward to check-in at the bar area but was expected and the view compromised all!

Very good

Perfect location-directly in front of the Chapel Bridge and within a few minutes walk from the train station. Lots of restaurants around and with added bonus of a typical English pub downstairs.

Nothing, maybe the room is a bit too narrow.
