Je reviendrais avec plaisir ma petite famille est moi nous étions satisfait

Je ne sais pas par où commencer 😍 -Appartement très très propre , vous avez le métro à 3/4minutes à pied -Literie confortable - la Dame de l’accueil était très souriante serviable - serviette propre wc propre douche propre des petits produits de toilettes

Dommage que le prix du parking est élevée Les taxes en Italie sont très cher

Overall we were satisfied with comfort of the apartment and would consider booking again.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had two sinks which we found helpful. Bed mattresses were good. Location close to metro line. 2 subways trains to get to centre of Milan. One subway to central station or a 30 minute walk. They gave us an early check in and allowed us to leave our bags after check out.

Not much in the area around the apartment. There was a supermarket and a small tavola fredda cafe around the corner to get a well priced coffee and croissant though. We liked that. But it t is further than you’d like to everything else by foot. Be careful for pickpockets as you ride the subway! We learned the hard way! The sofa bed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Street noise can be heard at night which prevented some of us from sleeping. Some coffee and tea would have been appreciated and was expected.

Good location, good value gor money

The location was excellent, right next to the train station, lovely neighborhood, supermarket extremely close by. Studio apartment was comfortable, lots of space and large window that we were able to open

Unfortunately the bed wasn't comfortable at all, pillows not soft enough, nor enough electric outlets, especially next to the bed, but still I would recommend this place, but they have to replace mattress and pillows

Superb

The location and the room were great with an exceptional view, we had three balconies, two rooms and three beds! The bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed. Enzo explained how the Metro system worked and told where the stations are located and where we could buy the tickets. I'm attaching a picture with the view from one of the balconies.

The wifi was too slow.

I could feel cold near the windows. They are not very good stopping the cold to come inside. It's not possible to regulate the temperature of the heating system. But the temperature was warm enough.

The rooms were clean.

Too cold for us. The heating doesn’t work between 11 pm till 6 am, and the temperature in the rooms is set at 22 degrees, but obvious they are not 22 degrees in the rooms. We ask for 23-24 degrees but they did not modify.

Good price/quality

Clean room and facilities, clean bed linen and kitchen utensils. There were enough pots and other things to cook and eat in the apartment (electric kettle, pasta colander, knives, plates, glasses and cups). The hotel is very close to the subway station and a big supermarket.

As it usually happens in many places, the pan was not in good condition and there was no any spatula, but we didn’t need it. Also we found uncomfortable lack of hooks for clothes or towels (both in the room and the bathroom). The rest was good.

Clean, warm in autumn, everything working and in good condition.

Room was not ready at time of check in so we were forced to wait for another hour.

Good location and staff were very nice.

Used the blankets that were in the wardrobe and both myself and my girlfriend are covered in bed bug bites.

Pleasant stay until ..

Location is close to metro station and connectivity is good. Staff at reception was friendly, they allowed early checkin which was very much appreciated.

Everything was going well until some people tried to barged in at 4 AM in the morning. Door doesn’t get locked automatically, either from inside or outside. There is a hatch from inside which can prevent entry which was locked for us to whoever was outside couldn’t get in but it was scary. Also lucky my wife locked that hatch ( generally I wouldn’t have found it as it’s not regular lock of door ). It was very noisy in passage and we couldn’t sleep after that incident. Door lock must be fixed. After midnight, on both the days we were staying at the property, it was very noisy. Hard to sleep peacefully. WiFi is very slow
