Attendez-vous à ce genre de mauvaise surprise

Que Booking.com m’ait remboursé sans sourciller alors que la nuit m’a été “sucrée” en dernière minute par l’hôtelier lui même (sans doute au profit d’un client en direct donc sans la commission booking pour eux) mais ils m’ont trouvé une chambre ailleurs quand même / même prix mais sans vue mer … pas le choix!

Que l’hôtelier annule en dernière minute genre “désolé Booking.com s’est planté”. Bon, disons que ça fait partie de l’aventure …

Fantastic hotel with great philoxenia!

Great location with a fabulous view of the sea, amazing hospitality (Yianni makes you feel so at home), updated room with extremely comfortable mattress and sheets, very clean. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

Cannot find one negative thing to say…it’s a great hotel in the heart of the town yet extremely quiet and peaceful.

Sea view is top and rooms are very nice furnished.

Room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 kids, but its ok, as we spent there just evenings and nights. Also bathroom is very small.

This hotel is ok in many respects - good rooms, well equipped etc. You must be aware that you stay in the middle of town. You have the smell from the restaurant kitchen everywhere. Ask for rooms on second floor. The rooms on 1st floor look directly onto the restaurant roof. The beach is within walking distance

Perfekt location at the beach in the town. The best beds in Crete .The staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing dinner and breakfast. I recommend the Sfakia- breakfast.

Perfect - we'll come again!

We had a wonderful stay at Livikon! It was the perfect starting point for our hiking tours! Parking space nearby, the port is right next to the hotel, too (which makes it easy to catch the ferry), you'll also find several small supermarkets, a bakery and a pharmacy next to the hotel. The hotel is very pretty (obviously recently renovated), the room is spacious and well equiped, the bed is very comfortable, very nice bathroom, from the balkony we had a beautiful view on the sea! Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant Livikon are very tasty and relaxing (terrace right next to the sea)! The staff is friendly and welcoming - you'll love it!

Very good spot in Chora Sfakion.

Bright clean room with lovely balcony and view of sea. Very comfy big bed and good linen. The food at the restaurant is also very good.

Could have had tea and coffee making facilities. Shower occasionally leaked.

Friendly staff with comfortable beds.

The staff at the Hotel and especially the restaurant was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows was very comfortable. Nice balcony too.

There wasn’t any tea pot or coffee pot to make hot tea. No bottles of water or glasses in room. Everything else was good.
