Great place to stay with an excellent location and a super kind host

During our 10 days trip in Crete, this accommodation was the best. It offered us a beautiful, spacious, clean, modern place to stay in. The host, Antonio was super kind, communicative, helpful and also allowed us to check out a bit later with no additional fee. We loved the space we had inside, the comfy bed, the huge balcony, as well as the quality of the prepared toileteries.

I don't have any complaints at all, maybe just an observation: there was no bin in the kitchen (only a small one in the bathroom). We solved it by collecting the rubbish in a plastic bag but it would be useful to have a bin available in the future 😉 anyways, thanks for everything! 👌

Very nice apartment with parking in the center.

Great location clean apartment offering parking outside. Nicely and modern decorated with big balcony. The communication was great. Antonio was very helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about food and activities. The keys were in the combination lock box so we didn't have to worry about our arrival time.

The parking spots were unfortunately only fitting 2 of the big cars that are being lended out around the city. Since 5 apartments are being rented the spots are not enough for everyone. As a result even though we had reserved one of the spots, one of the days it was occupied. The city has an issue with parking and finding a spot can be challenging even if you are willing to pay for it.

Lovely little self contained apartment in a great location. Clean and comfortable space with awesome private spa on the balcony! Antonio the host was very helpful when needed. We had a really great stay and I would definitely recommend.

Perfect place, in the middle of old town.

The apartment is located in the historical center. You have everythying you need near you: shops, restaurants, cafes. And, most important, you have a parking space in front of the building. Maybe it is a little furter from the beach, but is not an impediment for those who want to dicover the beauty of Crete and other places daily. The location is very clean, looked just like the pictures. Antonio is friendly, a very welcome host, very helpful and he provided excellent informations about what to visit around. Acces via lockbox is easy. Huge terrace, air conditioner, Netflix on TV.

Pleasant stay in the center of Heraklion!

The apartment is very clean and the location is very good. We came by car that we could park in front of the door. The city center, the main attractions and the beach are reachable by foot. Antonio is a very welcoming host and supports you in case of questions.

A very comfortable stay at this apartment.

The apartment is in an excellent location and is reasonably well equipped. The host is very responsive to questions and when I needed assistance. It’s very close to many of the main attractions, the waterfront and many great restaurants.

Great Apartment, Friendly Host

The apartment was very nice and well-equiped. The host was lovely and very helpful. Parking in front of the apartment was perfect and the location of the apartment was wonderful.

It was impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom. There was a little visible wear and tear in the apartment, so it was very nice but not splendid.

A very nice stylish modern apartment centrally located in a good quiet area. A free parking place is a big bonus, 5-10 minutes by car from the airoport, helpful landlord online, everything worked according to his instructions, personal meeting was not necessary. The terrace is nice and big with real plants.

Tha houses are close to each other so the view from the window is limited to other apartments only. The kitchen is very practical when you want to cook for yourself but there was only one small pot but the landord promised to look into it. You can only boil one liter of water in it ant that's it. We used all bed sheets and gowns and a blanket to keep ourselves warm at night as we found it very cold in March there with a central heating switched off being used to 24 degrees in the house at home. Otherwise everything was fine.

Nice place and good location.

My wife noticed a bit of mustiness, perhaps coming from the closet next to her side of the bed. We stayed in December so it might have had something to do with the season. Otherwise a nice place. We needed parking and it was right outside the door.

Ideal place in a great location, & fantastic value for money. The perfect base for a wonderful trip.

I loved staying at this property. It is quiet but so near to the lively centre of town, and all of the city centre sights are within a short walking distance. Plus there are plenty of wonderful bars and restaurants tucked around the corners of many lanes and side streets. It is clean, comfortable and homely. Although there was so much to see and do in Heraklion, that I didn't really have time to use the Netflix that was also available.

Very nice apartment in the centre of Heraklion

We stayed as a couple for 4 nights in the apartment on the 3rd floor and really liked it! Plus point for Antonio giving us amazing recommendations via message and always has great washing machine, - very close to Heraklion centre - very modern facilities - big balcony - many shops are nearby - apartment has great air conditioning - Netflix and YouTube and TV in the living room as well as in the bedroom - has a lift which is nice - washing machine, flat iron - 5 min away from the apartment is the sea and also the city centre but the apartment itself is in a quite side street

We had some problems coming into the apartment at the beginning but we called Antonio and he made sure to find a solution right away.

Marvelous stay

We got very good instructions of how to get in and where to park the car (there were no staff at place since it was an apartment and nog a hotel) and then we also got very good recommendations of where to eat and other things, which was really useful. The apartment was neat and had everything we needed for our stay, even a washing machine, so we could wash our clothes. There were also Netflix on the TV, which was nice. The location was also good. Close to a lot of things, restaurants and sights.

There were water on the balcony floor all the time, but since we were barefoot it didn't matter so much.

I would stay here again and for an even longer period of time.

Amazing location. Right but the historical center but in a quite street. Tons of great shopping and restaurants right by the apartment. The unit was clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need. The terrace is nice to sit in to drink wine or work on your computer. The host provided a ton of great recommendations and checked in via messenger to see if I needed anything. You can also borrow the bikes the host has which is nice and you can bike to the near by beach or other parts. Loved my stay here!

The internet is good to play on your phone, videos (loading delay for a few seconds, nothing major) respond to emails, work on internet base documents, projects, etc but it’s not good for video conferencing. I had to hop on to two video conference call and the service got a bit choppy. This would be my only recommendation of an item to improve.
