Handy to everything. Hassle free. Would stay again.

No breakfast available.

Batteries were dead in TV remote, and one cup covered in dirty cracks. The Yellow cup. Milk left on bench and heater was on, should of been in fridge.

The cleaning staff in the morning were helpful when I asked to borrow a ln extension cord.

There were no staff at the front counter at check out to hand the key over. The curtains in the room let the street lights in, so it was almost daylight at 2am. The fridge made a loud noise so we had to unplug it over night to attempt sleep, but the light through the curtain kept us awake

Very good

The staff was very nice, even when we arrived at late hours. The room was huge! We had everything we could need: towels, shampoo&soap, microwave, tv, kettle, coffee, thes, etc it was all very clean and very confortable

Its a place to stay while moving from Hamilton to Auckland, the village doesnt have to many stuff to do

Don't forget your earplugs !

The fact that this was the only room available within 60 km of Auckland guided my choice. The room and bathroom were very clean. Not expensive stay.

Extremely noisy: from the street; from the trains; from the other rooms: the doors make a big "bang" every time you close them, you hear people talking in the other rooms; there is absolutely no soundproofing. At 10pm I had to shout to the neighbours to make less noise.

Disappointing

The rooms, maintenance, cleanliness. It needs to be upgraded. Definitely paid more then I should have for the quality of the room

You get what you pay for. If it wasn't for the dirty pillow case, I would have rated better.

The water pressure is the best thing about this place.

The badly stained, dirty pillow case. I'm so pleased that we took our own pillows.

Pleasant.

Quiet after 10.30 p.m. Plenty of towels and hot water. Large and roomy unit.

Some of the dishes in the cupboard still had food stuck to them. Long black hair on the vanity shelf. Would have liked a toaster supplied.

Booked a disability room, the bed was too low for easy access.No sink to wash up dishes. Restaurant not open for a meal (Monday).

We have stayed with you before and the standard was good but it has slipped unfortunately.

The location was good and the staff are friendly.

The cleanliness of the toilet was poor ( old poo under the seat ). Only one bolt holding the seat on . The cups in the room were still dirty and had to be washed before using them and the curtains are so thin that they let to much light in from the street.
