Prefect Coastal Hotel

Great location to step out onto the beach and for my daily swim hassle free and then breakfast on the beach.

Very small bathroom. Sea views from the balcony are obstructed by the trees on the beach.

Exceptional

The best vacation of the last 15 years. The island is beautiful, quiet. The hotel is chic, typically Greek, located right on the beach. The owner gave me advice to visit as much as possible, she took care of me as if I were her family. I recommend the hotel to everyone and I hope to come back as soon as possible. Thank you Eleni for the wonderful vacation!

This is the cutest place! The room were well sized for me and my friend and we just had a great time. It is such a pretty property with a decent restaurant attached! Location is so good! Beachfront and we hired a quad to go around the island - so easy

Incredible !!!!

This place is absolutely wonderful ! It’s the perfect place to stay at if you want to get away from the crowds in the city center of Paros. It’s right on a beautiful beach with a lot of shaded trees. The staff is VERY kind and helpful. The hotel itself is SO GREEK ISLAND looking from every little decoration and detail - I couldn’t stop taking pictures. I don’t think the pictures on here capture how lovely the whole place is. It’s a little paradise. Everything was very clean and seemed new! We had an excellent stay here ! I would totally stay here again

Idyllic early summer break

Such a gorgeous place to stay. The hotel owners are super helpful in anything that you might need. The hotel is directly on the beach with its own sun beds, gorgeous! The bar and restaurant are located on the beach and the staff there are really friendly. The food is absolutely amazing!

Perfect place

Very nice traditional place to stay, with a friendly owner happy to share great island tips. Parking is possible in the street and there are a number of restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect place to stay in Paros

The location of the hotel is perfect, in quiet area on the beach and near bus station, local small market and very nice local restaurants on the beach. The hotel restaurant is also very good with delicious local meals and reasonable prices. The stuff is very pleasant and open to help and give great recommendations what to visit in the island. I would recommend this hotel and would choose to stay here if visiting Paros again in the future 😊

A real beautiful place to spend your vacation

The location was super! Marouso, the owner was a super host! very friendly and everything was super clean. you can walk to piso livadi where you have plenty pitoresk restaurants. the beach is sooo close to the appartement. we will definitely come back. thank you for everything! i recommend it for everyone.

The Perfect Quiet Family Greek Beach Vacation Spot

We are a family of 4 with two kids, age 12 and 5. We arrived at the motel and met the smiling owner, who was incredibly gracious and accommodating during out entire stay of 10 nights. The hotel is typical Greek style, lovely white washed house with blue doors. We booked a two room apartment with a tiny kitchenette, and a nice balcony. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel is situated on a quiet beach with a lifeguard, great for families. The beach is 20m away. There are sun beds and umbrellas for the hotel/restaurant guests (free, which is rare in Greece) and a restaurant right on the beach that serves traditional Greek food. Super convenient when traveling with kids. A short walking distance to more coffee spots and restaurants, as well as a tiny minimarket. The cute village of Piso Livadi is also in walking distance for even more restaurants. Everything we requested, beach towels, car rental, shuttle to the port was effiecently arranged and everyone was nice and kind. Parikia, Naussa, Lefkes, all in short driving distance (we rented a car for a few days and explored the rest of Paros) and easy to explore.

Great hotel and friendly staff

Great location as it is right on the beach. There is also a restaurant and beach chairs/loungers available for guests (although I suggest getting one early as they get taken pretty quickly). The staff were always very kind and helpful both in person and online. The room had a small balcony which was very nice and could be used to dry bathing suits and towels. A few minimarts nearby which is helpful.

No complaints. The air conditioner takes some time to actually cool the room, but worked absolutely fine.

The Akteon a Gem on the beach

This friendly family run hotel is a real gem right on the beach. We had two rooms with sea view balconies. The owner is very welcoming and extremely helpful with recommendations getting transportation or anything we asked for. It was very relaxing, comfortable, quiet and authentic holiday. The restaurant below the hotel was excellent, the food was delicious with excellent variety of fresh sea food at the same time very reasonably priced with amazing friendly service. The whole experience at the Akteon was great value for the money, we loved it we hope to come again.

Amazing

A beautiful family run hotel right on a stunning quiet beach.Free sunbeds for guests. The decor of the rooms and outside areas were fantastic. The family and staff that run it are so friendly, helpful and attentive. We could not have had a better stay in this amazing hotel

Exceptional

The rooms are very quiet and with a great sea view from the balcony. Everywhere you look there are comfortable places like small oasis to drink a coffee, do yoga, read a book, enjoy the beach. A great spot on the roof for a nice glass of wine at sunset or in the late afternoon. The staff is very friendly. They gave us directions, tips about the island and the area, also booked a car and some nice boat trips to Mykonos and Delos. The Akteon (Aktaion) Hotel has a nice restaurant just on the beach to enjoy the waves and the sea and eat with the feet in the sand.

Good choice.

This hotel is situated in a very nice spot, on the beach. And has a nice roof top terrace too. The staff were friendly, pleasant, polite and very helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are traditionally furnished, bright, and clean. There are plenty of tavernas within walking distance, and the little village of Piso Livadi is a ten minute walk away. We had a very enjoyable stay, thank you.
