The hotel is near to the beach.
Parking is
for free.
The cleanliness is not the strong point of this hotel.
The shower tub was broken and every time than we use them, all the dirty water ,floods the bathroom.
They didn't change the towels 5 days,
They never used the vacuum cleaner ,only the broom and that only passing.
The breakfast is the same every day.The only difference is that one day you have boiled egs,one day you have omellete.

Seems hotel are tired, same as staff, no any cleaning within 4 nights stay, dirty sheets, which also not fitted to mattress size so HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND! As addition, dirty beach.

The location is ideal and the view is stunning.
Although we went towards the end of the season as things were running down, I was very disappointed with the level of service we received. The double bed was two singles together – fair enough. But there were only 2 single sheets (which didn’t quite fit) and two sheets. We did find some light duvets but these had no covers. It was 3 days before we caught up with ANY member of staff and managed to get a double sheet and covers for the single duvets. We basically slept 3 nights on dirty mattresses with dirty duvets, not a great combination for a romantic getaway! The view was stunning and the room was ok, but not great. We did try breakfast there on our first morning but pretty much the only thing on offer was omelette…. Plain omelette as there were no mushrooms for the mushroom omelette on the menu! Thank god we didn’t opt for B&B rate that was offered! We did not see any staff other than the cleaning staff the whole week. In fairness to the hotel, had we stayed during the peak of the season it might have been different. But being charged £375 for 7 nights, when the place was virtually shut down is very poor in my opinion. Had they offered at a reduced rate to compensate for the lack of facilities or service, it might have been a little easier to swallow.

0. There was an Ukrainian family with 3 children using living in the hotel and enjoying breakfast daily, parents working in the hotel. Some of the other Bulgarian personnel and their children were also granted accommodation and daily breakfast along with guests. Guests' children and staff's children were often playing together in the pool or the restaurant's garden.
1. Location was excellent, right on the beach, great view if you get a sea view room
2. The restaurant close to the beach had very friendly and good staff, great service. The food that was served was good, fresh, interesting daily menu, good value for the money. The view was excellent.
3. All staff was working hard as much as they could, very friendly and helpful
4. Cleaning was great, especially since we had 2 children that were very tired and unable to wake up at times during the nights, wetting the beds, then got sick and vomited, the cleaning personnel promptly changed sheets, towels, etc every morning, without any comment. Daily cleaning, smiling and friendly, using sign language, since not knowing English.
5. The small plastic basin present in most rooms was quite handy, to quickly wash something.
6. Had an issue with the toilet that was fixed promptly within 15 minutes.
7. The extra bed was offered free of charge even if we already had a twin bed and an extendable sofa chair. The twin bed was acceptable and large enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children (6yo and 3yo) when the children wouldn't allow one parent to sleep in the extended sofa chair.
8. The suite rooms were greater in size, greater balcony as well.
10. There were 2 blends of tea for the breakfast that were actually bio/eco/organic , the children loved them. Also, the ham, yogurt and the watermelons (read and yellow) were great.
11. Could pay by card in the restaurant, minimum transaction is 10 leva, which makes sense, the tip can be added to the bill when paying by card.
1. Breakfast was one of the weakest points :
- no honey
- either some donuts or bread with huge amounts of oil in it, like one spoon of flour and 2 of oil, waste of resources and time, most guests were having a byte then stopped eating, disgusted.
- very little variation from a day to the other, sometimes the eggs were greenish ...
- horrible coffee, bitter and sour at the same time
- blend of tea that was acceptable, did not get filled in the last 3 days, unfortunately
2. The restaurant close to the beach had very little variation on the menu, no rice or pizza.
3. Cleaning personnel working very hard during the heat, maybe they were underpaid and could not afford deodorant, sweat smell was filling the entire floor when they were around.
4. Rooms rather small, the twin/double room with air conditioning and extra sofa, was crowded when the sofa chair was opened. No place do do anything else but sleep in that room. Some mattresses would not see a next season and may need replacing for the next summer.
5. The mop could be handy in all rooms, only our friends in the suite room had one.
6. Very small and crowded parking area. Some guests "missed some driving lessons" to quote an employee leaving their cars in a way in which they were occupying 2 and even 3 parking spaces for days, no involvement from hotel staff to keep some discipline.

The location (it is just next to the beach), the people at the reception, the view from my room..
The housekeeping, the restaurant, the lift, the fact that nobody has respected covid protection rules : nobody wears mask inside of the restaurant, common areas, no in the elevator. No sanitizer in dispensers, no distance...
The hotel needs renovation or at least the floor

The location was very good, few steps from the beach.
The staff was very nice and helpful
The food was quite poor and the same.
In our stay for 4 nights - no ome change the towels, there was no soap in the room and the shower and sink didn’t work properly, the water didn’t go away and it was quite difficult to take a shower for a while family in a row.
Also no one came to clean floors at least once per our stay. Otherwise it was clean.

The location was very good, because it was right on the beach where you can find bars and restaurants.
The WI-FI was not working in the rooms. The breakfast was very poor and there were a lot of flies in the dining room.
