Met with expectations and a very enjoyable stay.
Overall the accommodation was very good. Location, only 100m from the Quay, is hard to beat.
Dish washer was clunky. Paper instructions were out of date. managed to get enough details on Internet.

All in all, a lovely apartment in an excellent location.
Great location in the heart of Wells but surprisingly quiet. Adjacent parking turned out to be quite good, providing you wanted to pay. Otherwise plenty of free parking only a short walk away. Lounge and dining area good and comfy as were the beds. The beds did seem a bit soft at first but we got used to them and were not an issue at all. Bathroom and shower no problem, all nice and clean. Good spacious living accommodation; there were 4 people staying and we didn't feel 'cramped' at any time.
The kitchen was not that clean. We think there was an issue with the dishwasher which did a not do a very good job on cleaning the contents. We had to re-wash pretty much everything and not use the dishwasher during our stay. Not a massive problem and certainly didn't spoil our stay, but someone didn't check this part of the facilities properly and, considering the amount we were paying, should have been better.

Excellent apartment bang in the centre of Wells!
The apartment was very well appointed and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with both utensils and condiments. Best thing though was the central location - nothing in Wells was more than a 5 minute walk away!
