Staff were ahhhhhmazing. Rooms were very clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more. Excellent location. We came with a car and did not need to touch it once as everything was within walking distance. I can't say enough excellent words about the staff. I will definitely come back.
Not a single thing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food was excellent.

Cetan the manager was just amazing. he made us feel so welcome, adapted food for our soon and went out of his way to help us have a good time. they also upgraded our room as the hotel was quiet.
restaurant was really tasty. location right on the beach is great. safe for kids to run around.
the pool wasn’t yet full (it is out of season) but frankly it wasn’t really warm enough to want to use it.

Property is at perfect location, one side you will have mountain and other side sea. Paragliding facility also available
Location and the staff. Mr. Chetan is very helpful, he guided me in booking my bus and flight ticket as well. Worth to stay at this hotel

The lady at the reception is really welcoming and helpful.
The washroom wasn’t clean. The side tables had layers of dust and above all there were no blankets in the room. I had to go ask the lady for those and we only got two light blankets and thus couldn’t sleep all night because of the cold.

Best hotel at Oludeniz beach I found so far (out of 5). Closest possible location to the beach, but relatively quiet. Nice spacious room. Good buffe breakfast. The hotel restaurant is one of the best nearby - both price and food. Room is cleaned every day. Internet isn't great - but MUCH better than anywere else near the beach (with the exception of Mimoza).
Expensive. The "please pay cash if you can" Turkish hotel tradition. Parked cars are blocking the way. Internet is still not great for work with some disruptions and unstable speed.

The restaurant is the best in Oludeniz - we love variety but after seeing the menus and prices of other restaurants, we quickly returned to the restaurant at Seyir Beach. the staff worked super hard but continued being very attentive and friendly throughout. Room was spotless.
The property is perfect, but Oludeniz itself was so busy (we were there in Aug)... and very British (everything priced in Pounds), which made Seyir a traditional Turkish refuge to escape to.

very good hotel , food is exceptional cheaper than any other restaurant in the area sea side

The best pat of this hotel is excellent Location. The manager, cook are excellent host. They do everything to make you comfortable. Infact manager helped us to get RTPCR done.
Rooms seems to have been refurbished but all items are not yet available. like no place to hand towel in bathroom. no intercom facility. no full time reception. Nobody is available in night for services. Breakfast starts at 9 am .

we had a great time at Seyir Beach. it's right on the beach . Mr Qader was an amazing cook. He made us hot bread daily. The manager Mr Chetan was friendly and guided us for paragliding and other tours.
I hope I spelled your name correctly. Will visit in summers

Chetin our host was so friendly and helpful. He really went out of his way to help arrange things for us. i throughly enjoyed my stay here thanks to the staff. Chef Qadir’s fish is sooooo good, I had it for both my lunch and dinner. the location is also so close to the beach and other facilities. the hotel was very clean with all the amenities we needed. I felt very safe and happy with my trip here. thank you Chetin! if I come back to Turkey again, I will surely pay a visit here.

The people over here are the best super friendly.
The location has one of the best views you can imagine specially the beautiful sunset at a beach. The food is delicious.

location is fine in summer, very close to beach
price/perfonmance is bad. room was cold, bath ice... breakfast is poor. i dont suggest staying there in winter, autumn. no guarentee for hot water in shower, other rooms can use it before you. location is behind mountain, therefore no sunlights til 2 pm.. towels old, bad quality shower gel, shampoo, toilet papers.

Location is perfect, near to coast and paragliding offices.
Room has wonderful balcony.
Reception is very helpful and he helped us to book for paragliding.
Value for money is the greatest thing here
Breakfast is limited choices but good enough
According to hotel classification.
There was a lot of bug flying around breakfast and the hotel must do something about that

Good location, clean and cozy rooms. Breakfast is self-service with a lot of choices.
Hard to find entrance as a lot of cars parked in the street (we arrived in the evening). At night the music is heard loud from the beach until midnight.

Excellent Family option , sea is few steps ahead, good rooms, clean and comfortable, staff is very attentive. Nearby the shops and restaurants but aside from noise. Sea is perfect!

- good location
- tasty breakfast buffet with good choice. In-house restaurant serves delicious Turkish cousine as well.
- rooms renovated are nicer than reception (not common for the most of hotels we visited in turkey)
- staff are welcoming and willing to help
- price/value is good
- not good, not bad, just a specifics: hotel is surrounded by other hotel and tourists facilities with buzzy night life: music, karaoke, restaurants smells…
Totally ok if you go out every night, consider something more detached if you want a chilling evenings

Can’t beat the location - just steps from Oludeniz beach. Perfect for anyone with small children or who doesn’t want a long trek to the beach on their vacation. This hotel is a gem - most of the staff have been there for years, so they are like family to each other and they extend that feeling to the guests. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and enjoyed every meal immensely; not only the delicious food but the restaurant balcony view of the ocean, with grape vines hanging overhead. The small pool is kept clean and is perfect for when you need a break from the beach. The Oludeniz paragliders pass overhead, which is continuously charming. The room was modern, very clean; the large bed very comfortable. Perfect stay - hope we can return every year! Çetin, Amir, Ramazan, and the rest of the staff were truly wonderful.
The neighboring hotel - Belcekum Beach Hotel - has loud music or has karaoke until 11:00 pm. This was only annoying one night of our stay, and ended at 11:00pm.

The staff are so kind and welcoming. They realised it was my wife's birthday from seeing her passport, and put flowers on our dinner table and gave her a present. The food for both dinner and breakfast was delicious and high quality. The rooms are spacious and modern, and were warm despite the cold weather in the middle of February. The location at one end of the promenade was ideal - close to the sea and beach, and only 5 minutes walk from bars and restaurants and the main shopping street. We highly recommend it, and will definitely return.

One of best locations in Oludeniz and at all in Turkey, breakfast very tasty and full of various dishes, very nice personnel, late night check-in, cats - very authentic place
Air conditioning for warming - this is not healthy office more than 1 night. But that is the issue of all hotels and aparts in Turkey.
