There are so many things to entertain the children. Fun for the whole family. Also, the breakfast is VERY good and an excellent value.
4.0
walk distance to forest, horses around, clean and spacious room, friendly staff, pet friendly, a good accommodation to relax and get away from city. 10mins driving distance to Karlovy vary city center.
double bed is kinda small. my dog was chased by a wild cat.
4.5
Comfortable room and facilities. Very friendly personnel. Very calm and peaceful location, just few kilometers from the main road.

Great facilities for families staying with children. Many possibilities for hikes, walks nearby. Staff is very friendly.
1.5
Very nice quiet place. Friendly staff
Dirty shower cabin, walls and glasses. And disappointing point - mattress cover and duvet. To make the bed like this , you should have zero respect to the customers. All good thoughts about this accommodation disappeared. Unfortunately we noticed it too late. Only before our departure.

Great Staff and an Amazing location. Highly recommendable for families.
3.5
The location is very pretty. The hotel is located on a hill, so one has a great view of the valey. All the personal was very nice and always helpful. Always on the way in fixing if something was wrong.
In Restaurant, old dishes and cups ( small breaks here and there, also the Mussliboxes was very rotten).
Doors were very thin, so one can hear every time if someone goes through the corridor.
We have payed a price which was in from our perspective too high. I think one can get a decent price when booking trough the hotels website.
3.5
The staff is very nice and helpful.
The apartment was quite spacious, bed was good, the kitchen had everything we needed: fridge, stove, microwave, plates and pots for cooking.
The restaurant in the hotel was good, food was tasty.
The WiFi signal was excellent, fully enough for online meetings.
I booked it based on the photos - but it’s all exaggerated. The pool is very very small - only for children. And if 2-3 children of other guests are in the pool - there is no space for anyone else.
And you cannot use the pool early morning - it starts from 10am.
The horse club is a separate entity, we could not even walk near it - the staff came out and told us “it’s private, you cannot be here”.
There is very little mountain view from the hotel because they put tall fences everywhere, made of green plants. I’m attaching photos.
The lands around the hotel are also private and separated with fences. The road to the village does not have a sidewalk. And the horse club is also private - so basically if you want to walk - you can walk only inside the forest. Not great for jogging or long walks.
The hotel has a relatively large territory - but there is no space for a fitness workout, even with your own equipment. Choose between doing your workout on the parking between the cars, on the wet grass, or the stone-paved way under the hotel windows.
And the hotel is far from everything - no shops or restaurants nearby. You have to drive to Karlovy Vary for the swimming pool.

Lovely place in quiet area. Nice little pool outside. Beautiful surroundings, good restaurant and nice breakfast.
I dont quite get why is parking a car for extra fee in places like this. I understand it in big crowded cities but in countryside where is plenty of room, it is a bit weird.

Calm and peaceful location with a good restaurant and a forest nearby to go on walks and horses to pet. Breakfast was also very good and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
It's quite far from the city, so not great if it's your first time in Karlo Vary and you want to do sightseeing every day. There are buses, but they're quite irregular with odd times. Riding horses and the sauna also cost extra, and the pool you see on photos could not be used when we were there. Would be nice to inform guests of this before they make a booking. I recommend 1. offering guests a free drink for every day they choose not to have their rooms cleaned and 2. more vegetarian options at the restaurant (sustainability measures).

Very good apartment for this price, big room, cheap parking, good breakfast, polite staff.
It was cold in the room. Didn't change towels.

The staff are delightful - most spoke either English and/or German, as we don't speak Czech. They were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were a good size - nice and spacious. Ours was upgraded for a reasonable extra fee - convenient for a 5 night stay. The meals were great - service too. Even the young waitress, who couldn't speak English or German, was smiley and accommodating. There was a super New Year's Even program available, which we enjoyed immensely! Super satisfied with our choice.
3.5
The restaurant was fine, basic dinner for an affordable price. Would have been nice to have some traditional meals on the menu.
The spacious appartement, the calm surroundings, and the 'play room' with ping pong table, foosball and bar were great! Very friendly staff.
4.5
Great quiet location, seems it was especially nice for families with kids. Very good fresh prepared dinner. We enjoyed our stay very much
The bed was not that comfy, the mattresses were lain through

View on country side. Looks of building, courtyard and restaurant. Location: easy travel to Karlovy Vary, Marienbad, Loket, Cheb. Good price / quality ratio in restaurant.
Hygiene and looks of apartment (app 2). Water in the pool cloudy / murky (not appealing to take a jump - at least not for us). Hospitality ok not great. Overall poor price / quality per night - at 180€ p/n ex breakfast - expectations on our side were quite a bit higher.
