Limpio, céntrico y seguro.

Muy limpio y con excelente ubicación.

No tuvimos había caliente. Para hacer el check in tardaron en proporcionarnos la información para ingresar tanto al edificio como a la habitación.

Muy confortable, situación, limpieza, desayuno, detalles, albornoz

La separación con la habitacion contigua es de Pladur, y se oye mucho, y retumba el suelo muchísimo ,cuando caminan, cuando están viendo T.V .... Las primeras noches te despertabas 😱 como que se te movía la cama.... por lo demás muy bien

La habitación era verdaderamente cómoda, con muchos detalles mimados y las vistas preciosas.

El check in era demasiado tarde, nos quedamos tirados 4 horas con las maletas a cuestas porque tampoco se podían dejar allí mientras hacíamos tiempo para entrar en el piso.

Un soggiorno fantastico

La struttura ha una posizione centralissima, stanza pulitissima e molto moderna ,spaziosa con soffitti alti letto e cuscini comodissimi. la colazione viene servita in un cestino molto carino con una varietà di prodotti e di qualità eccellente oltre a questo in camera sono comunque presenti una macchinetta per espresso e delle bustine di the al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato del porto di ottima qualità e dei cioccolatini, il frigo bar era fornito con delle bottigliette d’acqua… che dire un soggiorno perfetto

Un pochino rumorosa durante il giorno a causa del tram che passa proprio li vicino ma in ogni caso vengono messi a disposizione dei tappi per le orecchie in caso si abbiano difficoltà a dormire (noi non abbiamo avuto necessità di usarli )

The price was ok, cleanliness and location were excellent, but it was not a restful stay.

The breakfast was pleasant with good coffee The turn down service was excellent The location was excellent Check in process was fine. A little confusing for after hours, but overall ok.

We got a loft room. Our bed in the loft was extremely hard and so were our pillows. My mom’s bed downstairs was a little better, but she could still feel the springs and her pillows were “hard as a brick” The hardest part was our neighbor’s footsteps. The walls are very thin, and we could hear every step up until at least 2am. The floors and walls even vibrated somewhat when our neighbor moved around. A carpet or some kind of noise control would be good.

Unkomplizierter Check-in mit Code für Türe und Schlüsselbox (Zimmerkarte). Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Studio-Apartment (Kochfeld, Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Geschirr, Besteck, Kühlschrank usw.). Kleiner Steh-Balkon mit Sicht auf den Douro. Die historische Strassenbahn Nr. 1 fährt unten durch und der Startpunkt (Haltestelle) befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Badezimmer ist gross (Bademäntel stehen im Schrank zur Verfügung). Das Frühstück (zwei kleine Brötchen, ein Cake oder ähnliches (variiert), Filterkaffee, Milch, Butter, Marmelade, Orangensaft und Nature-Joghurt) wird offiziell zwischen 9 und 10 Uhr vor die Türe gestellt (Klopfen an die Türe), bei uns war es immer um 9 Uhr.

Die Zimmer sind aufgrund der Bausubstanz hellhörig. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte die Ohrstöpsel nutzen.

Great location in a very busy city

It was supposed to be a twin room but it had a (large0double bed. It was assumed that everybody drinks coffee for their breakfast - no alternative such as tea offered.

Despite the initial difficulties, it was lovely- comfortable, clean and well-appointed

Breakfast was good but delivery was scheduled later than I’d prefer. Some fruit and less bread would be nice. Location was good and the views of the river were beautuful.

Check in was very difficult. The information was buried in a link from a link in an email. It took us :45 minutes to figure it out with the help of other guests. We had asked for twin beds but either through a misunderstanding or miscommunication, ended up with a double.

Our stay in Porto was fantastic and this hotel was a primary reason. Can’t recommend it enough.

Excellent location. Very close to restaurants, transportation and shopping. From the balcony, a beautiful view of the Douro River. Elevator was a plus since rooms are upstairs. The room was fairly large and bathroom was very spacious and modern. A continental type breakfast was brought to the room each morning. Great staff.

No staff at front desk after hours.

Très bruyant. Nous étions au logement 2.1 et c’est une catastrophe . Les gens ne respectent rien , réveiller tout les jours à 6h00 pour une semaine de vacances c’est moche . Sinon la dame de l’accueil est gentille

Uma bela vista, boa localização e conforto por um preço acessível.

Sobre o pequeno-almoço, achei gostoso, um pouco simples, mas tudo fresco e de melhor qualidade. Sobre a localização, a vista é excelente, perto de restaurantes e de bons locais para conhecer. Bem na Ribeira do Porto, ficou fácil chegar aos lugares.

Chegamos um pouco antes do Check-in, por volta das 13h, ou seja, 2h antes do horário. Tudo bem, entendo perfeitamente que os horários devem ser respeitados, mas eu estava com a minha avó, uma senhora idosa, que precisava usar casa de banho e guardar a bagagem. Não tivemos nenhum tipo de suporte em relação a isso, foi preciso irmos a um restaurante e deixar a bagagem na recepção, mas sem supervisão alguma. Fora este ocorrido, tudo foi bem com a estadia.

Una piacevole sorpresa.

Posizione ottima sia per muoversi e visitare la città sia per la bellissima vista di cui si gode. L'edificio è a due passi dal tram panoramico lungo il fiume Duero e da alcuni edifici storici della città (palacio da Bolsa, Igreja de Sao Francisco, Alfandega do Porto). La camera corrisponde alla descrizione, è ampia e confortevole, e viene regolarmente pulita e sistemata. Connessione WiFi buona. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.

Manca un'alternativa per la colazione per intolleranti. Le camere affacciano su una strada trafficata e l'isolamento acustico andrebbe migliorato.

Nice stay, great location on regards to the centre.

Location was ideal in regarda to how close to the centre of porto it was. Location was also close to 2 of the citysightseeing stops. The room was modern, clean and had all the facilities we needed. Extra attention was given to the facilties such as a good variety of toiletries, a proper hairdryer, all the appliences/cutlery you would need if you wanted to cook in the kitchenette area. The bed was large and firm (which was ok for us).

Although we had a balcony with river view, the river was largely obscured by trees so wasn't the river view we were expecting. It was quite nosy with the road outside in the night, with cars, passersby and also a person on the floor above who was rather noisy when walking about. We were however supplied with earplugs thst were very handy. I hadn't realised that breakfast was toom service, which was nice and it was delivered to our door at 9am, however there wasn't any variety from day to day of what was in the breakfast (coffee, yoghurt, 2 bread rolls, butter, jam, mini croissant and mini Portuguese tart). Having said that, what was provided was good quality and tasty.

The communication and availability of a contact person. I like more person-to-person assistance. ☺The breakfast was exactly the same four days in a row and not very nutritional and also a bit on the late side for a working person who needed to be at the congress hall by 9h00. I also would have appreciated to have had milk and enough sugar at arrival and that it would be replenished daily as I was not on holiday and thus self-catering was not an option

Pleasant stay in Porto

A perfect place to stay in Porto. Best location with a great view to the river. Self check-in is very easy. Facilities and services are perfect (including kitchen stuff and toiletries). Cute breakfast basket with bakery and so on. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was good, but just a small remark: in confirmation it says that breakfast is served 8-9am, but it turns out it's 9-10am.

Really nice room in the city centre, close to the river. Great quality-to-price ratio.

The location of the appartment was great, really close to the river in the city centre. When you arrive, you use the code in the main door and you get the keys from a locker using another code given. We did the check-in at 23h and the check-out at 11h. Regarding the room, it is very big and the decoration is perfect. It has a complete kitchen (so you can even cook there) , a spacious bathroom, two wardrobes and two really-big-bedroom connected as one double. Everything was really clean and the views from the window were fantastic. We would stay here again; despite the things that could be improved we consider that the quality-to-price ratio is really good and all the inconveniences are minor.

In some other comments, people remarked the noise made by other guests in the room close to their. In our case, we noticed it but it was completely bearable and this was not a problem for us (maybe it depends on the other guests). Apart from that, other people pointed some bad smell in the appartment; in our case we only noticed it when brushing the teeth (only in the sink). It is something not very remarkable in our opinion, we add it just to mention the comments previously made by other guests. Regarding the breakfast, it is given at 9 in the door (maybe too late if you want to leave the appartment sooner) and includes some pastries and bread with butter and jam, orange juice and milk bricks, coffee and fruit or yoghourt depending on the day. We think that this could be improved, since it can become quite repetitive if you stay for some days and it is not very healthy; quantity is fine but the composition could be definitely improved. Finally, the luggage can be stored for free in their offices but it is quite far from the city centre and you need to take the metro (around 20-30 mins in total) to leave it, so this is not very convenient. We had to leave the luggage in a place close to the appartment and paid for that.

Wifi didn't work. Got the instructions to reset the router, but I was never told where it is. My problem was't solved until the end of stay. Breackfast is realy bad

tried contacting guest ready before we arrived but had no reply to any messages which was frustrating however I called them when we were there and they answered straight away and were very helpful , also the beds are quite hard
