Beyza and sabo the guest relations team are the best thing about the property , charming polite courteous and cannot do

The property was on a private beach. It was pleasant and clean. it had a swimming g pool small gym and a spa. the room had a private balcony.

the rooms were smaller than expected. they had no other rooms of bigger size and only one lift

not as good as expected

the rooms are modern

our recent stay at this hotel was marred by several disappointments. The nearby bar was excessively noisy, iron is not available to guest, breakfast options were repetitive, the wine selection was subpar, and there was no beachside bar. While the staff was friendly and the rooms comfortable, these issues greatly impacted my overall experience. I would not recommend this hotel to those seeking a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Improvement is needed to meet guests' expectations. Besides that the hotel uses huge amounts of plastic bottles instead of providing water dispensers to guests.

Absolutely amazing

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. As a fussy eater there was always something that I could eat. Hotel is in a great location for dining outside of hotel as very close to strip with other hotels and restaurants

There wasn’t anything that I could fault. However there should be a smoking/no smoking area at dinner as it can be annoying being seated next to someone who starts smoking whilst you’re trying to eat a meal.

Staff is great and view is nice , thanks to Amel and Umar they upgraded my room they were very nice many thanks

I asked for an iron machine they said they don't have. Only laundry paid service. Also there's noise in the night from the bar next to the hotel

Hotel that doesn't have proper blankets

It was clean Food was decent

Rude staff. Asking for tips over simple tasks The bed didnt have a proper blanket( the blanket is so thin it felt more like bed sheets)

Beatiful location close to the beach. Nice place for couples, good baffet, very attentive personnel.

It would be nice to have food and drinks service on the beach.

Perfect break

The staff, Mehmet and Ali in particular were absolutely fantastic. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the property. Lots of choice for food and good quality drinks. Beds were massive and very comfortable.

Shake bar next door, so loud! The pool gets a lot of shade so you would struggle with finding a lounger in the sun. WiFi wasn’t very good.

Perfect Hotel for Marmaris, Clean, 5 Star, Great Service, just go for it

This hotel is a gem in Marmaris. The Hotel rooms are like 5 Star hotel and service from front desk to bell boy to cleaning lady and from restaurant everyone was fantastic smiling, kind and polite we had all inclusive booking which had breakfast lunch and dinner and honestly they had a huge buffet and food was good compare to other hotels this hotel is honestly very clean and worth staying soon as you come out of hotel you will be in the downtown area with beach near you beautiful view from balcony we are from dubai and we loved it

staff were fantastic, room excellent and situation good, lovely views

external noise from discos and wifi was hard to use. The fruit was a bit limited and often not the ripest, e.g. melon ran out even though there were melon trucks in town

Do not book this hotel, if you don’t want to spoil your holidays

Facilities are ok, but staff will disappoint you.

My wife with my sister-in-law stayed at the hotel. Here is their review: 1. LOCATION/SEA. The hotel is located near a channel, where the city waters flow out from and affect the sea. The sea in front of the hotel is more like a muddy pond with a slimy bottom. 2. TRANSFER/TAXI. My sister and I planned the trip from different countries. So, in order to get to the hotel as smooth as possible I reached out the hotel staff 2 week before our arrivals and ordered two shuttles. They confirmed that the drivers will wait for us at the exit with a sign with our names. My sister arrived in the morning - nobody met her. I phoned to the hotel and asked to make sure that when I arrive in the evening there will be a shuttle waiting for me - nobody met me too. My sister and I ourselves had to manage the transfer to the hotel. At the reception nobody even apologised. For our transfer back to the airport at the end of our holidays, we ordered a car from a taxi agency. Imagine my frustration, when during my check out the receptionist asked me for 100 euros for the taxi that was waiting for me outside. Since the taxi was from the agency, I just said that I am not going to pay them anything, I will pay to the driver. 3. SPA. The spa facilities are indeed ok, however the manager, IVAN, is a terrible person. First, he was annoying us with absolutely disgusting sexual stories about the previous guests. All the time I was just trying to avoid him. Then, when we refused to take the massage services, he became really aggressive and started just refusing to turn on the sauna and the steam room for us, even though the spa facilities are in free use for the guests. I had to come to him many times asking to switch it on, and he was aggressively shouting at me in his language. 4. WiFi always drops. Since it disconnects immediately after putting your phone aside you will miss all the messages and calls. You need to reconnect every time you want to check your whatsup or instagram.

Clean room, breakfast buffet was decent. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Local bars very close by with loud sound systems that didn't stop till 2am. No view from the restaurant. Difficult to sign into wifi initially

Excursion guy who sits in the downstairs lobby was really friendly. The cafe was nice. Good view from the room

Food selection was terrible. Helpfulness of reception staff. ( could do alot better) No irons in the room Location is not as peaceful as described. Pictures are not a true representation of the hotel. The beach is not connected to the hotel. Its got another hotel in the middle. The room is very small. No carpets and wooden floor was very dirty. The prices given at the spa were not consistent

Amazing staff

Staff were amazing, special thanks for Fevzi, Veysel, Murat, Suleyman in the restaurant and for Ivan in the spa. They will make your vacation wonderful, such team will make me revisit same hotel in Marmaris🤩

The beqch is not the best, but I was most of the time on boat trips visiting amazing beaches.

Bad experience with 6 sleepless nights

Food 5 out of 10 The beach is rubbish Spa is good Personnel is very nice and polite, however not trained. Guys are working hard, but they need a proper hospitality training. Pool is ok but too much bleach

Horrible bar across the street - literally 5 meters away- PLAYING HELL OF A LOUD music till 1 am. This is the least quiet and intimate place I EVER stayed in. Discotheque of the 90th + MC screaming in his mic… Maaaan this is literally the worst experience I ever had.

Very good

Nice hotel located 100 meters from the beach, with good facilities. Rooms are rather small but have balconies. F&B staff were the best, very helpful, attentive, and quick!

The Hotel is close to bars where the music is so loud until 2-3am, very hard to sleep! The spa staff was way too pushy trying to sell you their spa treatments or use their in-house hair salon/ barbers...to the point where they go around the pool area with a catalog trying to sell their services, every day!

Superb

We have been satisfied with visiting the hotel and Icmeler. It was the right decision to choose that place for our rest. There are some details about our staying: 1. Food. Personally, I enjoyed Turkish breakfast, especially the variety of local cheeses and bread. There was a different menu for main courses every day. All the hot dishes were absolutely delicious. I also want to notice the snack bar - the pizza was scrumptious. 2. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Everybody speaks English. 3. Location. The best place for peaceful and comfortable rest. Icmeler is a picturesque town. 4. Tourist service. The tourist agent in the hotel advised a perfect boat trip. 5. Beach. It was comfortable and not crowded. There were a lot of lounges and umbrellas.

There is a super noisy cafe near the hotel. It was a bit difficult to asleep before 12 am due to the loud disco in front of a window. In general, the music was quite good. The room was a bit narrow.
