Zauberhaftes Hotel in einem sehr schönen Ort eingebettet.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar im schönen Ort Uzès gelegen. Ich hatte das Hotel nur als Stopover gebucht, aber auch Nimes zu besuchen. Ich hätte mehrere Nächte bleiben sollen. Nimes war uns nicht mehr so wichtig, da der Ort Uzès mit seiner schönen, historischen Innenstadt, den vielen Restaurants, Boutiquen und Galerien so wunderbar war. Wir wurden sehr nette empfangen, waren jedoch zu früh dran. Um uns die Zeit zu vertreiben erhielten wird Hinweise auf Dinge die wir in den zwei Stunden besuchen könnten und wo es nette Restaurants gibt. Unseren Wagen haben wir in der kleinen Garage abstellen können und haben auf eigene Faust den Ort erkundet. Die Substanz des Hotels reicht bis in das 15. Jahrhundert. Es wurde von einem Architekten liebevoll restauriert und umgebaut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zauberhafter Terrasse, die wir gerne zum Frühstück genutzt hätten, doch lies das Wetter es nicht zu. Die Betten waren bequem, die Zimmer ruhig, das Bad sehr schön und es war sauber. Die Auswahl am Frühstücks Büfett war für uns absolut ausreichend. Diverse Brote, Brötchen, Eierspeisen, Säfte, Kaffee, Obst Quark, alles war vorhanden. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Catastrophique. À éviter en famille.

Petit déjeuner fantastique.

Insonorisation inexistante des chambres qui donnent sur boulevard très passant (chambre family suite). Odeur de canalisations qui empêche de dormir tte la nuit. Bruits de plomberie des chambres voisines à chaque usage des occupants (wc douches etc…). Family suite très exigue.

Ein sehenswertes kleines Hotel mit viel Ambiente. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral in einem alten Gebäude. Das Haus ist TOP renoviert, außergewöhnlich schön. Es gibt Frühstück, das ganz gut ist. Parken etwas problematisch. Für EINE Übernachtung kann man den Parkplatz gegenüber benutzen. In die Garage würde man nur mit einem Kleinwagen passen.

Parken bei mehreren Tage problematisch, da der Außenparkplatz zwar nur über die Strasse, aber tagsüber, kostenpflichtig ist. Auch wenn das historische Gebäude, im Erdgeschoß sehr schön gestaltet ist, die Türen zu den Zimmern im Erdgeschoss sollten mal repariert werden...

Central location in the middle of the old medieval town of Uzes. All staff were helpful, kind and friendly . A gorgeous boutique hotel modern within old , full of art works. Fabulous refurbishment.

tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer aus, der Pool im ersten Stock mit Blick auf die Kathedrale, das Haus liegt direkt am Eingang zur Altstadt, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet, sehr freundliches Personal, interessante Kunstausstellung

une jolie escapade

Très bel Boutique hôtel, personnel avenant, petit déjeuner copieux, accepte les animaux domestiques, fait également office de galerie d'art. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans la vieille ville. Pas de parking dans l'hôtel, mais un parking public payant et surveillé à proximité aux tarifs très raisonnables.

Beautiful place with cold staff

Nice room, beautiful location, nice breakfast.

The air conditioner must have broke n the night and it dripped all over my suitcase. My clothes were soaked, there was literally a puddle on the floor of our hotel room. When we told them at breakfast, they fixed it but not a single sorry. Not a single offer to see if we were okay, did we need any clothes cleaned etc. at reception when we came back after a day out and asked if it had been fixed the receptionist was really dismissive and rude. She just said “ if you told someone about it then it’s fixed”. We were shocked. Literally a puddle on our hotel floor, a soaked suitcase of air conditioner water and no one could care less about how that might impact us. I’d never stay here again. The only nice person was the guy working in the breakfast room each day. Very kind and sweet. The picture shows how they left our room AFTER fixing the unit. An expensive room with a bucket and wet towels. Ridiculous.

Une magnifique étape sur le trajet du retour !

Idéalement situé dans la vieille ville, l'hôtel est vraiment très accueillant, le personnel y est agréable et professionnel et le petit déjeuner est particulièrement copieux et varié. La piscine est vraiment un plus ainsi que les salons confortablement meublés

un seul détail, peut-être fruit d'une incompréhension, les bagages laissés par ma conjointe "en bagagerie" lors de son déjeuner en ville l'attendaient dans l'un des salons, dûment étiquetés mais en libre accès pour tout un chacun... peut-être faisaient-ils néanmoins l'objet d'une surveillance au moyen des caméras qui contrôlent les différents lieux mais un doute subsiste, mon épouse n'ayant pas pris le temps de poser une question à ce sujet.

Une belle réussite

Nous avons eu la chance d'être "upgradé" dans la suite de luxe. Mais, malgré cela, l'hôtel réussit le mariage des merveilleuses pierres ancienne avec une modernité discrète. La situation à l'entrée de la ville ancienne est idéale

Si il faut dire quelque chose, on regrettera une piscine très fraîche pour un 8 juillet et des bruits de circulation un peu trop audibles dans la chambre.

We had a very enjoyable stay, and appreciated the effort that all staff made.

The location was exceptionally good, a very short walk to restaurants. The room ( superior suite ) was very comfortable.

The breakfast we felt did not match the quality of the hotel. The charging of the coffee in our room. The lighting in the bathroom could be brighter.

Séjour très agréable, hôtel qui a beaucoup de charme

L'emplacement : l'hôtel situé dans le périmètre historique sauvegardé. L'hôtel : Une bâtisse qui a beaucoup de charme, le petit déjeuner se prend dans une tres belle salle voûtée en pierres blanches. Très belle vue de la chambre sur la cathédrale . Le personnel : très chaleureux et accueillant.

Nous aurions aimé être mieux informés au moment de la réservation sur Booking sur le parking privé de l'hôtel, peu de places disponibles et nécessité de réserver à l'avance.

Stay at this hotel if you're coming to Uzes.

Uzes is a cute town and the hotel is in an excellent location and setting- both location and decor The staff on reception and breakfast were very helpful and the welcome information was very useful.

The aircon wasn't working to cool the room the first night but was working the second as the hotel had switched from winter to summer mode. It would have been good to have been told this. The towel rail heater did not work consistently. There was no active ventilation in the bathroom other than a small opening window.

Superb location in the middle of Uzes. Lovely decor (modern renovation of ancient building). Extremely comfortable clean room. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Nice breakfast.

Amazing hotel, great value for money!

The breakfast was lovely and fresh. The room was very clean with a nice view. There’s even a nice little pool to cool off in. Staff were superb, so friendly and helpful. We were surprised at how large the place was, and the views from the terrace were breathtaking.

There were quite a lot of drain flies in the bathroom.

Super location, charmingly renovated building. The staff were flexible, professional and friendly. Our room was spacious, exactly as we hoped, travelling with two young children. Very comfortable beds, everything was clean and in working order. Plus there was a small pool.

We would have liked some drawers for storing clothes during our stay.

great location and excellent bed! also close-by, secure private parking at a reasonable rate

it was very expensive for what it was eg for that price one usually get nice toiletries, nespresso coffee machine etc. breakfast was basic .
