We really enjoyed this cozy little college next to the lake. It was a perfect place to stay when going to multiple nights of concerts at Bethel Woods. We would love to return some time. The owner is kind and communicative and the entire process was very stress free. Great little place for a couple.

This is an excellent place. Very clean, everything you need is supplied and easy access to a large lake. Within 20 minutes there is a lot of entertainment and food. I will be back.

This was the perfect place to spend some time with my family away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Joe was very responsive and checked up on us to make sure we don't need anything. The kids were able to play in the yard and use the boats. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Joe!

Property is exactly as described. Right on water in friendly area. Great place for a long weekend or escape from the hustle bustle. I have allergies to mold and mildew which can be an issue in cabins like this. I had zero issues at this property. We will be back!

We really enjoyed this cozy cottage! We were there for a weekend of concerts at Bethel Woods. Perfect distance to the venue. We loved relaxing on the paddle boat, grilling out, and enjoying the cottage. Thanks, Joe!

Very cozy cabins and the lake was about 100 ft from our cabin. The owner was very nice and new a lot about the area. Very pleased overall.

Nice little cottage for a small family. Clean. Well equipped with mostly everything you may need. Could use more drinking glasses and some sharp steak knives. Also a small line to hang wet clothes and towels. We had a five year old. Swings down by lake were a hit with him. Overall a great place to get away and not miss gadgets.

Peaceful and Relaxing!

This was the perfect place to disconnect and recharge for a week. Joe was wonderful, professional, and responsive. We loved grilling and kayaking every day and using the fire pit every night. Cute neighborhood to go for walks and really friendly neighbors. We didn't venture out much or even get in the car, but that was perfect for us. Thank you, Joe!

We had a little hiccup upon arrive, however, once we got ahold of the owner he was extremely helpful! We were able to check in early which was nice since our flight landed very early in the morning. The lake view is very pretty, extremely quiet neighborhood. The cabin was exactly as pictured. It’s a cute little spot to get away and be able to relax in. The cabin had Netflix and other streaming services hooked up although we didn’t watch to much tv. There’s a fireplace near the lake, a rowboat and paddle boat to use along with a roped off swimming area. Lots of seating outside and a picnic table. Overall we were very happy with our stay and the communication we had with the owner.

Very nice and clean little cottage at the lakeshore, with a little private beach and boats. Plenty of hiking places close by (10-15 minutes drive). Great communication with the owner - very helpful, responsive, and attentive to detail.

The little cabin we stayed in is part of a cluster of cabins, so the outdoor space and equipment is shared. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Cabin itself needed a wipe down and ventilating upon arrival.

We have spent unbelievable 4 days at this place, which is very clean, with convenient location. Joe (the owner) was so kind and friendly person that we are ready to come on his place next week, next month, next year. Beautiful location, with a clean and comfortable cottage. We loved the property and Joe was super friendly and helpful. Plenty of outdoor space to distance from others and the WiFi makes it so you can do remote work or schooling there. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay with our 7 years old son. Owner Joe and his wife are both great people and he made sure we had everything we needed and we were able use their row boats to go out into the lake. It’s a great place to spend some quality and relaxing time with family, we especially loved fishing in the lake and hiking in nearby Sam’s Point. Access to the lake is literally right in front of the cottage and there is small roped in beach area small kids will enjoy and you can see fish everywhere! We will return again for sure. If you need anything there is a Walmart only 10 minutes away.

We loved our stay! Everything was as described. The cottage was well outfitted with everything we needed -- including grills and picnic table outside. The lake is a few hundred feet from the door of the cottage, great for swimming, and the host let us use the boats and floats. Very easy to keep distance as well. Would definitely recommend -- and we hope to come back!

We had a very good time renting this property for 4 days in July 2020. It was just what we needed: a lot of swimming and amazing views. The cabin is equipped with everything we needed. We rented different properties many times in the past but there was really something special about this one: very relaxing atmosphere without strict check in/check out rules that add undesirable stress that we all don't need. Cabin was open on the arrival and Joe invited us to come earlier and stay later if we want. He checked on us via texts every day just to be sure that we don't need anything. We took advantage of nearby hiking and biking trails and every time we came back the cabin felt like home away from home (sorry for this cliche). We will come back as soon as we can.

The property is beautiful. You have access to a private lake and lots of space in and outdoors allowing social distancing, privacy and comfort. The units have everything you need (smart tv, cable, excellent wifi, complete kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, microwave and more). The owner and his wife are wonderful welcoming people looking to provide you the best stay possible and always available for assistance. You are allowed to use the kayaks and paddle boats ( ask owner). There are several grills for cooking outside with all necessary essentials to do so. There is a sitting area right outside the lake ( or maybe go for a swim), plenty of private sitting areas outside on the property to have a barbecue picnic. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet getaway with the family along with the essentials to have a great time, then this is the place!

The cottage we stayed in was very well maintained and clean. The property was beautiful with a lovely lawn/ gas bbq area and swim area at the lake, just outside your door. There were boats and swim toys available for guests use and plenty of lawn chairs and picnic tables. We would definitely come back.

Third year in a row, as always was fabulous. If your looking for peace and quiet and total relaxation, this is your place. Met some great people had a great time and will continue using Joe and Stephanie for years to come.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. My husband, mother and 2 daughters spent 5 days and had a blast. The owner was always available and accommodating. The neighbors were very welcoming. Private and secluded. Will be back again this year.
