Great location!

The location is great albeit tricky to find in the palace area.

Thanks, we really enjoyed our stay.

The property is in a perfect location, in the heart of the Oldtown.The apartment had everything you could possibly need including tea and coffee and luxurious Rituals bathroom products. We didn’t arrive until near midnight due to a flight delay and the host met us with a warm welcome and showed us to the apt. She was very attentive with any questions we asked after, 100%

Nothing it’s absolutely fabulous But the 4 flights of stairs were for me personally were challenging. As the apt was located the 3rd l would like to see smoke alarms fitted and door closers fitted to the doors fronting onto the escape route. There was a tied up wire in place and it’s location shown on the escape plan but no alarm fitted.

In a heatwave the air conditioning was welcomed. Apartment is well appointed and in a great location.

The marble stairs with luggage was hard to go up.

Very nice place but a challenge getting there

The apartment itself is very clean and despite being in a very busy part of old Split, it is especially quiet (excellent soundproofing). It is small, but very comfortable and the space is used well. It has recently gone through a renovation and is very modern and contemporary. Great TV, reasonably fast internet, comfortable beds and really nice bath towels. The kitchen is well stocked, and includes basic spices, instant coffee, etc. .

You should be aware that being in the middle of Old Split, there are no cars allowed. You will be dropped off several blocks from the apartment then walk the rest of the way. And, the unit is on the third floor with no elevator. If you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage, this may not be the place for you. Also, unrelated to the apartment … DO NOT USE SPLIT TAXIS!!!! I can’t say that strongly enough. Some drivers are thieves who ignore the meter and try to extort outrageous amounts of money from passengers, threatening to call their friends in the local police department if you don’t had over the money they want. They say they will have you thrown in jail if you don’t pay. Uber is widely available and the price you see on the app is the price you pay

An unforgettable holiday in a beautiful apartment in the heart of the stunning Old Town.

We thought everything was very clean, modern and beautifully decorated. We liked the walls of the Palace , showing the old and new. The shower was wonderful, and the bedrooms very spacious . The location was perfect and beautiful. The host Tina was very welcoming. We felt very relaxed and happy in the apartment and can't wait to visit again.

Lovely apartment with a little of the old world but modern and we felt very safe in the area

Very Easily as Tina was waiting for us at meeting point and was very accomodating

The only negative is the stairs, up three flights but was perfectly ok for us but we knew that in the old city that this is the case. Would be hard for elderly people to carry luggage up though i feel they would be helped if asked :)

Old World meets Modern Apartment

We loved this apartment! Although there are no views, the location is right in the center of the Diocletian palace. The updates were tastefully done, the beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice and the kitchen was useful for breakfast/lunch. We used the laundry machine, which we realized had something wrong with the spin cycle. However, we used it anyway to have freshly cleaned clothes. Tina was our contact, and she went above and beyond giving us recommendations on where to eat, nice beaches, boat tours, etc. She was very friendly and responsive.

Exceptional apartment in superb location, one of the best places we have ever stayed.

This was a fabulous property. The apartment was beautiful. The standard of finish was exceptional, and everything we could possibly want had been catered for. I really could not rate this properly highly enough. Even though the location was very central, the noise reduction measures guaranteed a good night's sleep. After which, we were right in the centre of the Old Town. Marvelous. A special mention to Tina, who looked after us, and whose restaurant recommendations were brilliant.

We had an issue with the washing machine, which I am sure has been fixed. Otherwise, absolutely nothing. The apartment could not have been more perfect for us.

Wonderful, clean, quality amenities, they thought of everything we needed and great location!

It was lovely, the double windows/shutters were great letting in light and air if wanted and shutting out light and sound at night, amazing how soundproof it was even with the 6AM bells chiming or the late night fun at the pub below. The washer also had a dryer built in, the pillows and bedding were very comfortable and high quality. Love the on demand hot water! We were 3 women, it was a nice size for us since 2 didn't mind sharing a queen, more than 3 people might be too much. Tony was great meeting me at the gate to the cellars and helping lug my heavy suitcase through the alleys and slippery stone staircases in the palace and sending us a list of restaurants. We were very centrally located to so much. I highly recommend Laganini straight out the front door for dinner! and Mozzgoon very close by followed by a night cap across the alley from it. And the strawberries from the open air market! This apartment set the bar high for the rest of our trip!

The room is on the 4th floor, 4 flights of steep steps which Tony helped get my luggage up on arrival but I had to navigate on the way out. We had a person with a broken toe which didn't help. In general the Diocletian palace is not someplace anyone with mobility issues should tackle. They provided travel size shampoo, body wash and lotion but no hair conditioner, which seemed to be the norm in all of our accommodations and maybe Europe in general, so Americans bring your own :)

Great location! Right in the middle of the cultural center where we wanted to be. The beds were extremely comfortable and the heated towel rack was a great touch.

Doing dishes was a bit of cramped but it wasn't really a big deal.

An Amazing Place To Stay Right In The Centre Of The Old Town

Excellent place to stay in the centre of Split. Really close to the Diocletian Palace; it's central for absolutely everything in Split. Modern, clean, well-thought-out apartment with everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Split. We couldn't have found a better, more central place and will happily stay there again. And thanks to Dea, who met us at a central location close to the ferry terminal so we wouldn't get lost.

Wonderful place well located.

Beautiful property located in the centre of the old city. Restaurant and attractions just outside the door. Apartment was very stylish and clean.

The city centre is closed to traffic. Nearest parking is a 15 minute walk. You'll need to be prepared to bring your luggage across some cobble stone streets and up a couple flight of stairs

Would highly recommend! Perfect location in the city!

The hosts met us at a fixed location and walked us to the apartment. It was in the center of town and prime location. There was airconditioning in all the rooms so ideal to control temp.

The kitchen was small.

We spend five nights here and everything was more then perfect. The apartament is shiny clean, very central location close to everything, check in and out was super easy, but above all it was the host. Altough we never met him, he tried to help us with everything. We didn’t know we need negativ covid test so he called everywhere to help us find a center in good time, he gave us tour advices, when we couldn’t find a parking he said he will come pick us up and show us the best location and we could leave the luggage in the reception the entire last day because we where on a boat tour. Litteraly the best host we had so far.
