We arrived in February. To resolve our issues. That's why we don't need the sea. We needed warmth and comfort for 3 days. We arrived by car. Therefore, parking was necessary. The apartment is very comfortable and warm. All the furniture is new, the apartment has been recently renovated. There is all the necessary equipment for a good rest. soft and clean bed. 2 showers and 2 toilets for 2 rooms. This is very important for a large family. The apartment is very warm. 3 air conditioners operate quietly and efficiently (I love Daiken) By the way, the tiles on the floor are quite warm, even without slippers.. The windows offer views of the sea and the port. If you go up to the roof, you have a 360 degree view. 3 minutes walk to the sea. 15 minutes walk to the center. There is an elevator here, with my sick posture it was nice. We live temporarily in Montenegro, therefore, after Montenegro, Split is a super city with infrastructure, large shops and happy people. We are very pleased with our 3-day mini vacation. The owner greeted us with a smile, told us everything and showed us. Parking under the house. I think it will be even better here in the summer. Request for the apartment: Children only know how to use a microwave. Therefore, it is necessary to install a microwave. Tea and coffee would be a nice addition. But we always take our own set of tea, coffee and sugar with us. We know that in the Balkans, during the non-tourist season, everyone starts building. So we got used to it. In summer it will be quiet and comfortable here. We liked everything. We would like to live in split for half a year.

Einrichtung, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Lage, freundliche Gastgeberin 😊
Stark befahrene Straße direkt nebenan, aber die Fenster sind relativ gut gedämmt

Big apartment, everything was fine ☺️

Our communication with the host went smoothly at all times. Having a private parking space at such a location is a huge plus, though it might be somewhat challenging to park if you have a large vehicle.

Lovely, clean apartment with two balconies, one at the front with a dining table & chairs, and another at the back with a hot tub and chairs and table, both with incredible views. Very comfy bed and fantastic shower. Great location, only 15 mins walk to the riva and Diocletians Palace, 5 mins walk to the local beach and a few lovely cafés and restaurants. Ivana was a great host, responded very quickly to any enquiries and requests, and very generously returned an item I left at the apartment by mistake when we left. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
There was nothing we specifically didn't like and would stay here again. However, for balance, the road it's on is one of the exit roads from the ferry terminal and can be quite busy at times. Whilst very well equipped, there were some basics missing (for example a bottle opener, required for the very generous bottle of wine left on our arrival) and it would benefit from a bit of maintenance (sloping breakfast bar, bedroom drawer would not close properly) and freshen up in places, especially the bathroom. The roof terrace was very tired with some broken furniture.

Perfect location for visiting Split. with easy walking distance access to historical centre, the port, the train station and a nearby beach. Not very busy area. The property had a very nice view of the sea. Could not think of a better location for a Split stay.

It was in a great location with beautiful sea views. You could walk both to the city center and the beach. In fact the beach is only about 1 minute away.
For a nice looking building it was surprising how many things have been neglected. The shower had a broken shower head holder and the tap could completely come off. The shower had terrible moldy smell, the grout was moldy and very dirty with rust and mold covering all the door parts. The spa on the balcony was dirty with thick dirt sitting around jets. The washing machine needed a thorough clean before using it. Walking on the floor our feet were black from dirt or dust. The towels provided were probably once white now a rather gray colour, also really thin and worn out. The sheets on the bed had stains, also gray in colour with rips in them. And weirdly the blackout curtain was on the same rail as the sheer curtain and could not move. Hence, the room is constantly lit up with light first thing in the morning, meaning no sleeping once the sun is up.

This page is a gem located just around the corner from the city beach and a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminals and the city centre. Private parking space is available, which is extremely convenient given the parking situation in Split. A lift is available from the ground floor. Our ”Superior Apartment with Hot Tub” basically had one floor of the building to itself with balconies on two sides of the building (fabulous evening view over the beach and island Brač in the distance!). Two separate rooms (bedroom with extra bed and a combined living room/kitchen with sofa bed) provided lots of space for our family. Two A/C units, one bathroom and an extra toilet with washing machine. The kitchen contained all the basics and was nice and clean. Even detergent was provided! Six months before arrival and up to the day of arrival, IVANA was very quick at responding to any questions we had via booking.com messaging. It was indeed a very professionally run place! Excellent wireless internet connection included (80 Mbit/s download, measured).
The only downside was that access to the building and apartment is via a 4-digit PIN code only, which made us a bit reluctant to keep valuables around. There was unfortunately no working safety box available.

It’s big enough for us 4 to hang out when it was pouring outside. The electricity went out one day because the city shut it off to fix something. Ivana was very responsive and great help!

Ivana was great! Great location to Old town and the beach! We were able to store our bags prior to check in and after departure. Enjoyed the rooftop and the view!
The shower was missing on the floor seal on the door and difficult to contain water from leaking out. We would have loved having extra pillows.

Comfortable apartment with a great bathroom (shower in particular), lovely views and a real bonus to have the private hot tub.
It is a bit noisy on a major road, in a part of Split that we didn't particularly like. The shared facilities are nice but the ambiance to use them was not conducive during our stay.
