Gerne immer wieder.

Ci siamo sentiti accolti come fossimo a casa nostra. Arrivati con qualche acciacco finale dalla via degli dei, Alida ci ha accolto dandoci del ghiaccio da porre sulla caviglia dolente, ci ha preparato la cena, ci ha fatto compagnia raccontandoci di Fiesole. Torneremo.
Eppoi, delizioso Ernesto.. un cucciolo simpaticissimo.

To stay in this place is like you to be host by an italian friend. Confortable, and warm place to rest from the busy city and enjoy a neighbourhood not far from the city center by bus. The breakfast is amazing as well!
I would recomend this place if you are travelling by car. It is easy and cheap to take a bus from Fisiole main piazza, after parking the car in a free place the host of the B&B kindly indicated us!

Good vibes, nice room and spectacular view, not far from Florence (15 minutes by car and 30 min by bus)
Good breakfast, thanks Alida

The incredible view from the windows, the host is the nicest person, always making sure the guests are comfortable.

The B&B keeper was very nice and accomodating.
Not very close to Florence although it appears to be - getting to Florence was not easy by public transportation with a lot of traffic took over an hour. Taking the bus was not an option as there if no parking near the bus stop available in Fiesole.

Fantastic location to explore Florence from.
Beautiful view.
The bed was not at all comfortable.
The dogs barked when the owner was not there.
We had to keep the bathroom door closed as there was an odour.

The hostess was lovely and looked after us so well. The rooms were super comfy and spacious, and the view remarkable. Very close to the city (15 min drive) and well worth staying. We'll be back!

Place is even more beautiful in real life. Alida is a lovely person and helped us with our stay. Nice breakfast!
Definitely need to have a car or taxi to get you there (unless you are backpacking). The B&B is a bit out of town. Fortunately, Alida helped us out. :)

Gorgeous estate, nice furnishings. Lovely host with charm and great atmosphere.
Parking was very tight, bed was a little aged and creaky. Walls between units were thin . Many doors to navigate upon entrance and exit.

Imagine you visit family member and they treat you like a King, offering everyday a health breakfast with homemade treats. All this in a heaven like environment in a dream location. We were absolutely impressed!
I hated having to leave and say goodbye to this lovely owner, Alida. Also hated to leave Luna and Ernesto (two cute and kind dogs) and Sissy (a cat, sheer beauty).

fantastic locale, stunning views at night of the lights of Florence in the valley below - and the daytime views were just as good

Beautiful spacious room and bathroom hosted by a lovely and kind woman, Alida. Clean and fresh bedding & towels and a stunning view and outlook on Fiesole and further on Florence. Lovely decorated in a sweet vintage style with so many little well thought out details. A true recommendation if you are planning a trip to Florence!! A big plus, she made us a good espresso in the morning 💛
The breakfast was served with well intentions but was not that great. It costs only €5,- per person so therefore it was good enough! If you are allergic to dogs or scared you should mention this because Alida has 2 (very cute and enthousiastic) dogs.

Alida was super nice! the location was amazing. there is bus from the center to the center of Florence! breakfast also was nice and good price.
everything was nice. only the mattress was a bit noisy.

A lovely host, who did her best to make our stay enjoyable, including driving us to the bus stop.
if you are looking for somewhere in easy distance to Florence ( bus no. 7 takes you to the centre and back in 20 mins 3 euros return )but in the country then this is a good option especially in summer when the temperature is less oppressive at altitude.
Access is challenging with a large car

Being warmly welcomed by Alida (and her dogs), the amazing view of Florence from our bedroom window and the lovely breakfast with homemade grape-pie must have been the highlights of our stay at Alida's beautiful B&B. Thank you for hosting us! Would highly recommend this B&B to fellow-travellers.
The matresses were a bit hard, but we slept well!

The place was picturesque. Everything looks antique as if I am living in an ancient house full of heritages. Alida was so nice and offered us a ride for free back to the town to catch the bus. Luna (dog) and Si si (cat) are so cute!
Wi-Fi was on and off, also the soundproofing is not so well. You can hear your neighbors basically, but the place is quiet overall. It was a hell of a long walk to Fiesole, especially at night when everything is just too dark.

Alida was incredibly sweet and forthcoming! We really enjoyed our stay. The location was beautiful and quiet!
There was nothing we didn’t enjoy! Only mosquitoes bothered us a bit but that’s to be expected.

We liked EVERYTHING. Our host Alida lives at the property. She was very friendly and very kind to us in many ways. We enjoyed talking to her, when we had the chance. You will have complete privacy but also good chances for conversation with someone who knows the area well. Lovely breakfast each morning. Benissimo!

Nice house not far from the center of Fiesole. The host, Alida, is kind and helpful, she cooked a delicious dinner for us, told us about the artistic treasures of Fiesole, and entertained us through the evening. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Recommended!

Very friendly and a home away from home. Dinner and breakfast served by the host.
It was right for us. You can go for a walk and enjoy the peace and quiet. Not much else nearby. Some might see that as a negative.

The location is very nice, very nice view on Firenze
Price is okay
The night was pre-charged before our arrival at the B&B, we only had the tourist taxes left to be paid (4€ for two p. for one night).
We appeared not to have any cash with us at our checkout to pay these taxes. It seems this drove her nuts, as she wouldn't accept cards (while she does have the machine). Our departure from Italy has been very stressful as we have had to argue with the owner about this at 07:30am while on a rush to leave for the airport. We ended up doing a 4€ international transfer to her...
Our point in the argument was, that it is not so complicated to gently remind the tourists upon arrival that she won't accept cards to pay the taxes. Or even a simple message through booking. But it seems this lady is always right.
