The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Having the view and access to the beach is a fantastice feature.
Kitchen was well stocked except for lack of coffee cups (there were only 2).

My family and I had the best Thanksgiving holiday. The condo kitchen was extremely well stocked and I was able to cook a full Thanksgiving day meal from scratch without any issue. Location was fantastic, as well. One of the best thanksgivings, ever!

Quiet Vacation
Property was convenient to the beach with a lovely view when it rained (all week). Easy to get to Seaside to the West and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the East. Everything was clean and worked properly.

Mom’s 60th birthday
The excellent reviews depicted online prior to booking were “on point”. Everything about the property was accurate & exactly as stated in the reviews. The RealJoy staff were readily available as well! For example, my GPS somehow misread the address provided online for the unit. However, Logan was able to provide the accurate address & advised how to “type it into” my GPS. It worked! I was very grateful from 5- hours of driving to have that type of prompt travel support.
One negative comment that is related to our noisy neighbors, I believe they were in Unit #203. Next time, I will need to know how/to whom it should be reported.
I will be returning soon, perhaps with my sister or partner.
Thanks for a Great 60th Birthday getaway RealJoy vacations. I loved it !

Absolutely Perfect
This property had the best location and access to the beach! We absolutely loved every minute of our stay and had everything we needed at the condo. The view was beautiful, especially with the nice grass lawn and you can’t beat taking the stairs down to the private beach access. The location was also perfect in terms of being near to Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach with tons of food options. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great vacation spot
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The location was super convenient to several areas, and beautiful beach was just a few steps away. Highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Awesome Beach House!! Great Location!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Capistrano on 30A! The unit was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed! The location was perfect; in the heart of 30A, just a mile from The Hub and 3-4 miles from Seaside. Our unit (103) was a ground floor unit with a nice patio with a nice ocean view; the beach was just a short walk down the steps. We will be back!

Fantastic!
Great property with large grass lawn before reaching the beach. Small building with only 9 units and protected from the street so surprisingly quiet. Very clean, spacious, and well equipped. Plenty of linens. The beach area was not crowded and felt fairly private. Chairs provided by Jake’s Beach Service. Grocery shopping available in PCB approximately 15 minutes away. We hope to return soon.

Hit all our high spots!
Property was very clean and we felt very comfortable in that respect. Parking in front (private) lot was invaluable. Everything was easy and location beautiful.
The sofa was a bit dirty looking, we put towels on it to feel comfortable.

Perfect family escape
A perfect spot for a family of four. Our kids are younger so the area in the back with grass was key for taking a break from the sand. Plus, when the kids went to bed, we were able to sit on the patio and listen to the waves with a few adult beverages. The HUB dining/entertainment complex was a short drive west, and in the other direction was the beautifully upscale Rosemary Beach. So, you get the best of both worlds. We'll definitely be back.

It was a nice stay
The only downside of the unit is that the kitchen materials are insufficient. There are not enough plates pans, utencils, wine glasses etc.

Very nice place and loved being able to have a good access to the beach! Will be back. Only downfall was the internet wasn’t good. Had to go to neighboring beaches to get access. But loved the stay in Seacrest.

Great property, WiFi was lacking
We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and hospitable and everything was as described in the listing. My one complaint was the lack of dependable WiFi. We were there to get away and thankfully didn’t need to stay connected for work, but the spotty cell service in general meant we weren’t able to look up places to eat or things to do when the WiFi wasn’t working (which seemed to happened at some point every day). Other than the WiFi, our stay was great.

Nice condo on beach. The WiFi is non-existent, and cell service in that area of the beach is really poor.

A Wonderful Spring Break Experience
Our stay at Capistrano was fantastic. The rooms were perfect for our family of 4. The easy access to the beach was ideal. The kitchen provided everything we needed, as we had planned to eat both breakfast and lunch on site each day. Beach service was a breeze and Jake was more than accommodating. About the only thing that was less than ideal (and I don't fault the owner/realtor) was the noise from the family staying directly above us. I would definitely look to stay here again and will gladly recommend Capistrano to my friends.

WiFi stinks and weird electrical surges. 🤔 Wish there was a gas/propane grill otherwise it was a great place! Beds were nice. Thanks

Perfect little place to stay near the ocean!
This is our third year at Capristrano. We love the location so close to the beach. It’s comfy cozy clean and convenient. Our only complaint is the Wi-Fi won’t stay connected. Very frustrating. Otherwise it’s nearly perfect!!

Decent for the Price.
The Good: Price was reasonable. The Capistrano is a small property, which I loved. The beach was great, not crowded at all. The unit had been re-decorated, which was nice.
The Mediocre:The unit was old, so the bathrooms were small. Only one person could be in the bathrooms at a time. There wasn't a 'master suite'. There wasn't a garbage disposal(not the end of the world). Parking was limited; we came in at 10 one night and there was literally 1/2 space left.
The real frustration was with the property management company. Their rental agreement was filled with harsh pro-lessor language. If anyone needed to check-in, or out a little late (one of our people had a 5 pm flight) there was the threat of '$200-$300 fee. Oh but if you're gonna arrive later please let us know so it will give US more time to clean...'. I know what they're doing but the language was very condescending, unnecessary, and not very customer-friendly. So after boldly stating their expectations, we were notified on check-in day that the TV in the living room wasn't working. They assured us someone would be out to fix it. The communication was poor re: who would meet the repairman and what was required of us. The next day we were notified that someone came but we didn't answer the door (It was raining and since we had no TV to watch, we were on the patio), and no one told me that I was responsible for meeting the cable guy. So they promised that someone would be back out to fix the tv, and someone from the management co. would meet the repairman, but no one ever came to fix the television. We were there 5 days, 3 of which were rainy days.... and we had no working tv in the living room. And No explanation. I stopped calling because I had to hold for 10+ minutes to speak with someone. I would have had some grace if their emails hadn't been so full of red, capital letters stating their rules & consequences. So if checking-in an hour early is worth $300, what is a vacation with no tv worth?? In the future, I will do my best not to cross paths with Real Joy Vacations.

It was just right for our last minute plans
We didn't plan our vacation until quite late and it was our first trip to the 30A area. This condo was a really nice location - close to the things we wanted to do and right on the water. There are a few flights of stairs to get to the water and ALL of the beach properties in this area have stairs to the beach. This unit is on the ground floor which is convenient for coming back and forth from the water but from the back porch of this unit you can't see the water because of the hedge. That didn't bother us at all - just know that if you want to watch the waves in the morning or evening you'd need to be on the 2nd or 3rd floor of this building.
We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters who were happy with their room and their own bathroom.
We used Dillon's Beach Services for beach chairs - they were great. The condo was clean and the condition is what we expected based on reviews and knowing what we'd paid. We intended to rent bikes but in the end decided to drive everywhere and didn't feel like we missed anything. Parking at this condo was easy.
The kitchen had what we needed but we didn't prepare any meals there - just reheated leftovers. The lighting was a little lacking but it didn't keep us from enjoying card games at the large kitchen table.
The condo was nice for what we needed it to be for a summer break vacation.
Our favorite restaurant was Shades which was less than 10 minutes away. The Donut Hut was marvelous.

Great location, comfortable stay
Location is excellent, with less crowded beach. I do wish you could see the ocean from the unit, but the hedge prevents this. Unit was clean, with comfortable beds and furniture. Linens were cheaper hotel-type linens but were clean and adequate. AC worked well, and water pressure was great. Bathrooms are both small but manageable. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Wi-fi service is terrible and generally unavailable. It works sometimes in the living room near the glass door.
Overall, we were pleased with our stay!

Comfortable living space that's on the beach
The best:
You walk out on the back patio, through the small grass area, down a few flights of stairs, and poof. You're on the beach.
We rented a set of chairs and umbrella from Dillons Beach Services. It was done on the phone at 07:30, and an hour or so later we had our setup. It was up every morning before we were on the beach, around 08:30ish.
The condo:
The AC works great, it even got chilly for me at night.
Possibly the best napping couch of all time. Check that, the best non-sectional napping couch.
There are some wall scuffs, but if fresh paint > beach access to you, we can't be friends.
The parking lot is open and has limited spots. I would not recommend you bring a caravan.
When I booked, the listing showed a pool. We never found the pool. Hopefully they'll take that down from the site.
RealJoy:
Renting from RealJoy was easy and painless. Room info is in the app, and there is no key pick up or drop off, just use the door code.
30A
This section of 30A is quiet, which I'm a fan of. It's a couple of miles east of Seagrove beach and just west of Alys Beach. We didn't find restaurants that were a quick walk from the condo, but biking to the Hub is an option.
