The house is beautifully set out and was perfect for our school holiday beach escape: two couples, with a 7-year-old each. Kids slept downstairs — you could comfortably fit 4 kids in the double bunks. We loved having the outdoor space as well as the two large inside living spaces, which meant there was enough space for us to time together or break apart, even when it rained. Pearl beach is a very short walk away, and a 10 minute drive to Umina for groceries and restaurants. Well equiped, clean, and excellent communication.

We recently stayed at the beautiful Pearl Beach property. The group was my young family, plus my mum and her partner. It was a drizzly weekend and yet, it still felt like the perfect getaway with the house itself being such a comfortable environment, plus proximity to the beach and nearby playground and coffee shop was perfect. Highly recommend! Thank you for having us

Couldn’t recommend this home enough! Clare is an extremely friendly and welcoming host, the check-in/out process was easy to follow and she was accommodating for all our needs throughout the trip. The home was absolutely beautiful and fit all 10 of us comfortably. The backyard was stunning and had such a peace and tranquil setting and we loved how dog friendly the home was with small little touches that made our stay that much better such as the pen for dogs to sleep in, dog bowls, Sukin products and cleaning products! I would once again like to express my thanks to Clare for providing such a beautiful home for our family as it brought us so much closer since we don’t see each other all together in one place often. We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely gorgeous property
We have loved our stay at Clare’s house. The interior design is beautiful and we loved the attention to details in every room. It’s perfectly located, just a few minutes from the beach, very quiet and private, and we really felt at home. We wished we could have stayed a lot longer!

Great location and lovely home
Stayed over the weekend with a few friends. Overall had an amazing time! House was very spacious and well-equipped. Location was perfect - only a few mins walk from the beach.

A stylish and comfortable pearl!
A lovely house, intelligently modernised and comfortable for a family beach holiday, yet also stylish without being untouchable. Exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and many thoughtful touches that most holiday houses lack. The walk to the beach is an easy few minutes and aside from the cicadas and the sound of distant breakers, the quiet is deafening. We loved the outdoor areas at the back and virtually lived there when not playing Wii tennis when (hooray!) it rained a bit. Everyone was very happy - family age range 75-14, plus a groodle and toy poodles, who also enjoyed the cool wooden floors and got a terrible shock when a brush turkey broke in one morning. All up: a terrific house for a family Christmas break. Thank you.

Spent the weekend here with a group of ladies for a short getaway and we had the most wonderful time. The location was surrounded by lush greenery and was absolutely serene! Wonderful holiday home for a family reunion.
We were staying as an extended family for an annual get together of 3 families with 4 children under 5. It was a wonderful week with all of us accommodated comfortably. The National Park right outside the back door was glorious and our beach lovers were also more than happy at beautiful Pearl Beach. Our host Clare and property manager Emma were extremely attentive and helpful.
