Bardzo fajny hotel z dobrym jedzeniem.

Hotel położony dosłownie kilka kroków od morza i plaży. Wewnętrzny dziedziniec oferuje leżaki oraz baseny, cisza i spokój. Restauracja częściowo na zewnątrz ale i wewnątrz budynku. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, śniadania smaczne. Obsługa miła i pomocna.

Trochę mrówek w lazience, ale dało się wygonić. .

Sköna sängar. Bra kommunikationer till centrala Alicante samt San Juan stranden.

Måltiderna höll inte så hög klass. Dåligt med klädförvaring på rummet.

It was ok but could have been much better, at least the staff were very friendly and helpful

The breakfast was good and the location also as it was in the middle between the city and the san juan beach.

The matresses were not so comfortable, gave us backaches. They need to get new matresses. They shut off the water for 1-3 hours from 9am almost everyday so we could not sleep in. With so many guests during this autumn holiday season, this work should be done in december or january. There was also drilling in the afternoon. The cook needs to go back to cooking school. The buns on my hamburger were cold, the tomatoe was on the bottom, the meat on top, the cheese cold and not melted, and the fries were ice cold. I sent it back. When the waiter brought my plate back, the fries were luke warm and now my hamburger was cold.

Wir würden sehr freundlich begrüßt, die Zimmer waren geräumig, nett eingerichtet und sehr gut gelegen. Das Frühstück war ein Traum.

Der angepriesene Strand ist kein Badestrand.

Amazing location along the coast

Location was superb, everything was within reached. Staff are friendly and helpful They have basic amenities. Cleanliness is really good, everyday they will clean the room even if you dont state that you need to have it cleaned.

Breakfast was okay but it can be better like add some variety if you are staying there for a week, you might get tired of same food. Water in the shower started leaking on the other side. Would be nice of theres a laundry again if you are staying for more than 3 days. Would be nice also if theres a kettle in the room and iron.

There are good service and good breakfastof in this hotel.

The only downside is that it is very inconvenient to go to the city center. you have to wait for a long time, and the bus diver could not speak english and some bus drivers have bad attitude. Passengers could not get the news of bus diversion. City management is poor. If you want to live in this hotel, it is the best to rent a car.

Staff was very good and everywhere very clean

Dog change of 15euro a night with nothing to offer dog ,no proper restaurant, when staying with dog put in an inferior room and cooked breakfast cold as hotplate hadn't been put on I was expecting more for the price I think they need to update website

I’m nitpicking here, but soap in shower didn’t seem to be of a good quality and one or two of the digits of the safe didn’t work.

A great hotel at a great price.

Great value for money. The bedroom and bathroom were superb, the breakfast was great and the staff so friendly. Although it was slightly outside the centre of Alicante the bus and the tram were close by and so easy to use.

I love that it's a bit out of town so you have some quiet time. The bus stop is right outside the door so it's easy to get to town and airport.

It's a little bit far from everything but if you don't might the bus or have a car. It's all good.

A short stay place for young people

Great breakfast, nice accomodating staff, easy parking, 24 hr self serve espresso, hot chocolate, mini fridge, terrace, generous with towels.Two Nice little pools. Was a little cold for me to use but pleasant outside pool are with tables to have coffee . Nice little room terrace. We were there to explore area and ease of parking helped.

Two shelves, no drawers , no bidet, only one hook in bathroom and very limited toiletry space, bedroom side tables had no draw ow shelf and were attached to the wall, far from bedside and couldnt be moved, room card keys had to be replaced 5 times, Kept non functioning. Confusing shower, no tub, noisy children and music in breakfast room. Biggest issue, has elevator takes you to a level where you still have to carry luggage up 3 small sets of stairs. Despite varied guest ageof guests not elder friendly saying you have an elevator but not to your room. The nice guy on desk duty helped us up but noone offered any help leaving.
