朝食の充実さと、バスタブがあった事

ブッキングに、エアポートタクシーが無料と書いてあるけど、無料じゃない Wi-Fi、朝だけ何故か全く使えない

Inolvidable Duvrobnik

La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda. El hotel está bien ubicado y el desayuno resulta muy variado.

El baño. El sistema de la mampara permitía que se saliera el agua de la ducha con cierta facilidad por debajo de la mampara, y el grifo perdía un poco de agua.

Fantastic!

Great location, helpful and polite staff, clean and secure, good value for money, good breakfast. Staff were amazing. Upgraded our room for free and helped us with last-minute restaurant reservation at the fully-booked and super popular Panorama restaurant. Extended our check-out time too. Thank you! Would definitely stay here again! :-)

Hotel muy agradable, buenas instalaciones y buena ubicación a un precio razonable.

El desayuno bueno y variado. La ubicación razonablemente cerca en bus de la ciudad vieja y bastante cerca de algunas playas.

El baño podría ser más cómodo, la ducha muy incómoda, difícil de acceder y había que estar pendiente para no botar agua afuera. El sello del lateral de cristal estaba dañado. La comida podría ser más gourmet para un hotel de 4 estrellas o al menos tener un restaurante gourmet. La comida está bien para autoservicio.

Erholsame OASE nach dem Anstrengenden Besuch in der Altstatd von Dubrovnik

Das grosszügige Zimmer war komfortabel und anmutig, modern eingerichtet. Die Nächte wahren sehr ruhig und erholsam - das Zimmer war zur verkehrsfreien Bergseite ausgerichtet. Die Aussicht auf den starkbewachsenen Steilhang war durchaus romantisch. Frühstücksbuffet ist hinsichtlich Qualität und Anmutung tip-top.

Der Pool im Innenhof bietet keine Aus- oder Weitsicht.

Superb place with the superb people.

Staff are the treasure of this hotel. Kind, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, good humored... I could go on. Lovely place with excellent, clean facilities. Great food whether for breakfast, restaurant or the piano bar. Location is convenient too. 15 min stroll to old town or the bus, just outside for a short ride.

A very nice hotel with a solid breakfast and lovely staff.

This was our second stay at the hotel (stayed on our way into and out of Dubrovnik). We were upgraded to the presidential suite which was a very nice gesture. A very nice hotel with a solid breakfast and lovely staff.

Find another hotel! We will definately choose another hotel for our next trip to Dubrovnik!

Fine location - good breakfast

We were a family of 5 staying in two rooms. In the one room the electricity was unstabil the first night. We called the reception in the evening, and they sent a man to fix it. That didn’t help! During the night we woke up countless time with the power going on and off. Everytime it went on the lights were switched on - and when it went off the AC stopped (and it was 35 degrees..!) In the morning we asked the reception to fix it properly during the day. We came back to the hotel late in the evening. The reception informed us that the problem had been fixed but it still wasn’t working! As a result it was another horrible night - with the lights going on and off and the AC not working. We left the hotel the next day dissappointed by the service provided!

Excellent stay at sister property Villa Orabelle

We got offered an upgrade to Villa Orabelle, which was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful location, very tranquil, two infinity pools, magnificent views, lovely breakfast, car right next to our rooms, very friendly staff, just excellent.

Nothing, perfect location. Maybe our bathrooms a bit small, but we were very happy.

Comfortable Hotel for Leisure and Travel

Breakfast and dinner had a great choice hot buffet style, and the room was what I would expect for a 4 Star business type hotel. It is quite a walk from the main attractions in Dubrovnik but that helped give a peaceful sleep away from too much traffic.

Nothing, it was all very good. The Piano Bar was not such an attraction as we imagined, there was no pianist and it just seemed like an upmarket pub. Cocktails were great though, made perfectly.

Excellent!

Excellent value for money. The hotel is located a 15-minute easy walk from the old part of the city. If you don't want to walk, bus line number 4 goes every 20 minutes from the station in the immediate vicinity of the hotel to the old part of the city and the ticket price is €2. The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is extremely clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast. Given that parking prices are extremely high in Dubrovnik, the hotel has an outdoor parking lot with plenty of spaces and parking is free of charge, which is also a very important fact for those arriving by car. Rating 10 from me!!!

Fab hotel in a fab location

Location was fab, 20 min walk down to the city. Breakfast was lovely. Good selection and staff were lovely too. We stayed in 2 bed apartment and it was fab. Birthday cake in rom for my sister's birthday with a note was a lovely touch. Thank you. There was one girl with long brown hair and glasses in the piano bar that was lovely. I didn't get her name. Reception staff were all really nice and the porter at the door was very helpful.

Maybe a fan in the toilet. Some staff in the piano bar need a lesson on how to deal with the public. Katarina we felt could do with engaging more and putting a smile on her face. We asked for water when we were leaving the bar(we would have paid for it) but no joy, we asked at reception and were told to drink from tap in bathroom. Maybe it would be a good idea to have a few bottles for customers to buy at night if they needed too or have a vending machine in hotel.

We have preferred a room with sea view instead of having a very dark room facing to a grassy wall

Fantastic hotel, highly recommend

Room was great comfy beds, large room with balcony overlooking pool. Housecoat and slippers provided too, extremely clean, food great with a good mixture of choices for breakfast and staff were very friendly and helpful,
