Very nice venue and location, well equipped rooms and very spacious.
Would have been nice to know what was in the unlabelled bottle next to the two glasses, now know it was sloe gin, just a little sign saying enjoy the gin would of helped.
Had dinner in the bar, uncomfortable cold, informed staff but not resolved, so had to put an additional lay of clothing on, sad as it was only mid September.
Cold dining experience

I loved that it wasn’t your average hotel, loved the location and space a real find! So nice to find somewhere a bit different.
The car park could of been a bit more lit at night

The staff and food are amazing. The room was very comfortable and we felt instantly relaxed when we arrived. We would definitely recommend.
Really minor improvements that would make it perfect eg. loose door handles, broken shower riser, mould on the shower head.

spacious room and location
Staff were nice and tried to be helpful
no heating or hot water for 2 days despite being told it would be back on in the evening of the first day. We were not able to use the large feature bath ., we had to ask for a heater. We were offerered accommodation away from main building but the room was much smaller. No gesture was made in recompense, even charging us full price at the bar. even the bed collapsed on one side as I climbed in.

Shocking not 24 hours like bio suggests, booked room and paid no staff there, nobody picked up the phone and nobody there late on to check us in. Useless

Staff were friendly and helpful.
The nook we stayed in was spotless and had everything's you need.
The food was incredibly delicious! We ate in the bar and had the tipi menu. We had shrimp arancini, scallops to start which were very well cooked and seasoned so well. The Hake risotto main was the best thing we've eaten in a while.
Breakfast is usually always a bit disappointing at hotels. This was the best we've ever had, even at 5 star places. The produce was clearly high quality and cooked perfectly.
Loved our stay and will be back

Very friendly and welcoming start. Superb food in the restaurant with excellent service and lovely surroundings. The room was warm, very comfortable and had everything that you could possibly need. The overall standard of Tuddenham Mill was incredible and would be hard to improve.
There is absolutely nothing to dislike about Tuddenham Mill.

Great restaurant just needs a few more plain ordinary English dishes.
no other complaints.
Choice of food. The kitchen however did accommodate us with something different that was most welcome.

wood fire hot tub, pure beautiful views and sense of calm
the emergency light flashing at 4am lighting up the whole room and no response from night team.

Could do with some trays or similar in the shower......nowhere to put the soap!

A good room, nice evening meal and a room service breakfast ordered due to heavy rain.
Should have a covered walkway from the outside rooms to the restaurant / main building.
