La ubicación y limpieza
Habitaciones demasiado pequeñas, sé que es Paris pero por el valor que cobran no tiene relación

Location was very good. Access to shopping, museums, restaurants.
Needs a modest refurbishing. Small rooms.

Breakfast is good.location is great.
Rooms are very small but clean.

The location was great. Close to the Louvre, the Palais Royal and the Opéra. This is actually the only advantage of the hotel.
The hotel is not properly maintained. For example, door handles fall apart, it is not possible to regulate the temperature in the air conditioner (even though we asked to fix the problem, it didn't happen),water barely goes down the sink and toilet, peeling walls and more. The rooms are very small and are not equipped with basic necessities such as a trash can or electrical sockets for charging mobile phones/devices.
Cleanliness, it was reasonable, nothing more, the towels were changed every day and the beds were made, even though it happened in the afternoon hours and not in the morning and it happened that we returned to the hotel tired from a whole day's trip and the rooms were not ready.
Last thing - breakfast, very basic and not varied. Also, if you don't come early at the morning and some of the ingredients run out in the buffet, no one care to renew them.

Simply perfect!

The highlight of our stay was the phenomenal assistance we got from Youssef. Very kind and helpful on the throughout our stay. On the second day we had a problem on the bathroom of our room and he immediately changed us to room 601, which in my opinion is the best room of the hotel , bigger and with access to a beautiful terrace.
No complains.

Location and helpfulness of staff.
Faulty fire alarm that woke everyone around 230am. The staff knew it was faulty as there had been an issue during the day. It should have been resolved immediately. Not merely for comfort of guests, but more importantly, for complete safety. We waited in the lobby for half an hour before returning to our rooms. Good stay until then.

Staff were polite and friendly, we were in Paris to celebrate a special occassion and staff were kind enough to get a bouquet of roses and choclates. Great location and neighbourhood.
Breakfast is basic but cant complaint

The location was great! About a 7 min walk to the Lourve. Heaps of places to eat and drink right outside the door. There was a little supermarket and laundromat right across the road.
The bed for our third child was a fold out bed which was fine, but it was like sleeping on concrete.

the air conditioning could be better

Great location in the center. Breakfast is good.
All facilities looks old and need to be renovated. I was very surprised that in the room there is only one small trash bin in the bathroom! It is usually another big one in the room, but not here!

My fav location in Paris 😍 Blonde receptionist that welcomed us was very kind and helpful

Booked last minute because of a missed train connection in Paris. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was large and had tea and coffee facilities. Hotel also has a lift. Good location for tourists who don't know Paris. Also convenient for metro to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est.
Anything we needed was available or provided on request.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was in a good location and we enjoyed out time there.

the property is really well located, especially if you like (or don’t know yet!) Rue Sainte Anne. the entrance lobby was nice and clean and the staff very polite and helpful.
it really is ageing and there are loads of signs of deterioration, from the lift, walls, paint in the halls etc.
also, it is really noisy, we stayed in room 301 which is over a back street with bars and we couldn’t sleep before 2am when things quietened down.

The location was incredible, a short walk to Le Louvre and a great Japanese bakery. I appreciated the Nesspresso-style coffee packs for the morning (tasty and with adorable cups) and complimentary tea and biscuits for my teen. The beds were so cozy and the pillows were the best we'd had in our 9-day Europe trip. The male staff on desk 24 hrs made me feel safer traveling alone with my daughter. The view was pretty decent with a street view of pretty apartments and a monument if you opened the window. The other side has views of a pretty mosaic on the walls. I appreciated outlets near the bed, but bring a long enough cord bc the plugs are near the floor.
The bathtub was worn enough that I chose a shower over a soak, and it's easy to make a mess of water all over the floor. There was evidence this was an issue for other American shower takers. Not a big deal for me.
