Exceptional friendly staff, excellent restaurant and great location overlooking the marina with morning sun - just a very nice place.
A very nice place to be experienced

We arrived very late and the staff were very helpful and understanding. The hotel is beautiful we loved it. We were there for one night but we would go back. Moreover it was pet friendly and very clean.

Location
Difficult to access Wi-Fi from our room

Excellent choice, everything fresh and well presented.
Blank!

Central location
The staff was rude, ignorant. We did not have any warm water in the shower, which the staff knew but ignored to tell us. When we told the staff they just said so what. Real assh*les.

they accept dogs and staff was friendly.

Perfect location, friendly personnel, room is sufficiently clean.
Breakfast was quiet limited in terms of food assortment.
I could not connect WIFI because the password, mentioned in hotel info folder, was invalid. To be honest, I did not ask the staff to help me.

We had a harbour view room with a lovely out look onto the port.
The ferry port was very close, only a 5 minute drive away.
No private parking and car park behind hotel served several hotels and businesses. Had to wait 30 mins to get a space - and fend off several other drivers to get it! No air conditioning so only option on a very warm night was to open the windows onto a very noisy street. No lift so we had to drag our suitcases upstairs, no offer was made to help us with bags. Very surly staff apart from Melanie who was working in the morning.

We had a lovely room with a view of the harbour. Loved the bath! The breakfast was super with lovely croissants. Our bed was so comfortable.
We struggled to find parking. The pay & display carpark at the side of the hotel was full but that wasn't the hotel's fault.

really easy to find with car park behind which you can gain access to to hotel from
no heating it was absolutely freezing!

Felt traditional French!
Lovely place And would stay again except for the attitude of two members of their staff. these were the two young ladies who appear to be in charge in the mornings….. One dark haired and one blonde. The evening we arrived the lady who greeted us and spoke some English was absolutely charming but the attitude of the two young women was so rude and spoilt our stay. they did not speak any English at all or make any attempt to communicate and were very rude indeed. fabulous hotel and restaurant and would recommend but only if you speak French.

Breakfast very limited.
Location perfect for my needs.
Extra choices for breakfast

Good location, breakfast passable, but seating area a little squashed
The poor reception from the female when enquiring about dinner in the evening, we had traveled a long way that day and it would have been more appropriate for her manner to have be less abrupt when informing us there was no availablity for dinner that evening. No! really was not an answer with no follow on suggestions for alternatives you might expect from a hotelier. Dissapointing to say the least

Close to town centre, to restaurants etc and to the ferry terminal. Bed was comfortable and bed linen/pillows were good. Bathroom was clean, modern with an excellent shower.
Parking was difficult, our room was top floor so a lot of narrow stairs to get luggage/kids/dog up and down again! felt it was slightly expensive for what you got.
3.5
very noisy with the windows open - too hot with the windows closed

location
personnel is not friendly. no A/C in the room. 11€ breakfast - nevermind the age of the child, amount of taken and limited quantity.

Breakfast was good, and so was dinner at the hotel. The location was excellent. The staff was friendly.
The staff spoke almost no english.
The room was nothing like the one at the picture. It was very small and dark.

Nothing
We were met with no effort re diet requirements despite previous request for gluten /dairy-free. We were directed to nearby Carrefour to find buy suitable items. Hotel smelled greasy and unclean. Breakfast was poor and fruit salad offered was very old verging on fermented - inedible.

The bathroom was ok.
It was shocking. The room was nothing like the pictures. The room wasn’t even in the main building. It was in an annex and to get to it we had to cross a building site over rough ground. The room was scruffy and looked like it hadn’t been decorated since the 70s. Wi-Fi was supposed to be available but wasn’t. The so called courtyard view looked out onto a pile of bikes and the other window looked out onto the building site. No mention of the building works in the booking and the receptionist got us to pay before showing us where we were going. I think she knew we would have cancelled if we had seen it first. Thankfully we were only staying one night as it was horrible.

local to the town
no wifi in the room

Authentic local hotel, good atmosphere, helpful staff
Unfortunately I had no WiFi in my room on the 3rd floor, and view in windows was not as expected

Fantastic location. lovely views of the harbour and close to town. Good restaurant.
we arrived at 12 noon and we’re not able to leave our bags anywhere before checking in at 14:30. we were travelling on foot and this was really inconvenient.

looked lovely online
room access through a building site and view from room into building site. no WiFi.

location for the ferry
no lift and we were in a tiny attic room three flights up a narrow staircase not the best to get access with baggage. the smell from the bins at the back of the property invaded the attic room when the window was open. not great value for money to be honest. breakfast ok. had evening meal and not great re- heated pasta and pudding
3.5
Good situation overlooking the harbour.Quite noisy but it was a public holiday,Double glazing helped when the windows were closed. Good bathroom with shower.Very close to the ferry terminal and the restaurant was good. Rather quaint old fashioned decor but had character.
Arrived during a public holiday and parking was very difficult as the hotel has no private parking, this was quite a problem after a long drive and the booking info did not mention it was public parking.

Note to others: this is an old building - there are no lifts or air con. The stair cases are winding and quite narrow (obvious given the building) so if you have mobility issues - maybe don't stay there.
Our Harbour View room was spacious. The hotel a good position in order to go to bars/restaurants but we actually ate in their restuarant and it was really lovely. All the staff we met were really friendly. If you are driving, there is a large public car park right behind the hotel.
We were in the front of the building facing the harbour (which is what we asked for), but there's a busy road and as there is no air con, the room was very noisy as we had to have it open for air. This is not the hotel's fault - but just advising for others
The bath (with shower over) also didn't have a screen/curtain so water did go everywhere on the floor so you had to be careful.
3.5
The room we booked was not in line with what we got. We booked a luxury room and got a small one which did not match rooms when we stayed there before.
