The staff was very good

Nice location 15mins from Innsbruck center …bus available about 200 meters from the hotel that takes you directly to the city center. The lady at the reception was awesome…she managed both check in and out as well as serving breakfast….multitasker and graceful…she went an extra mile to serve us breakfast after it was closed. Comfortable bed and nice room with a great Mountain View
Toilet is too small…hard to take a shower and commode is super cramped …WiFi is weak in room 2

The room was very spacious and with plenty of storage, same as the bathroom. Breakfast was very good, even though we were the only guests for that day there were lota of things available.

Really friendly people!

Clean, warm, quiet, breakfast , close to the ski and the cable car, parking, ... the squirrels we admired in the morning over coffee...
The fact that I stayed too little in this accommodation, two nights are not enough, but that's up to me , next time more nights

The hotel was a very warm and cozy experience. Firstly, I have to point out that the host of the hotel was very friendly and supportive and is one of the main reasons for the cozy vibe of the hotel. We had some troubles during our trip and the host supported with everything - finding a bag which we left at a bus on the way to the hotel, lending an Iphone charger, making the best eggs we've tasted in a while for breakfast etc.
The hotel is very well situated near Igls - a cozy town in the mountains near Innsbruck. The bus stop is right near the hotel and you can take the bus to the city center every 30min up to late in the evening (weekends included). All in all, the location is great and the connections are very flexible in Innsbruck in general - no issues whatsoever there.
The hotel rooms are spacious and equipped with a big bed, a fairly spacious bathroom with simple amenities. Our room had a spacious balcony with a great view, every evening and morning we enjoyed the fresh air outside in the balcony. The building keeps the modern architecture design yet inside is very cozy and reminiscent of warm interior details from back in the day with carpets and wood used to create a warm and cozy vibe which is expected for a resort in the mountains.
The breakfast was very simple yet everything you need. Freshly boiled eggs, Austrian bread, cheese and meats for your delight. Coffee is brought by the host on a silver platter - just like it should be done traditionally. There is a bar which is accompanied by the host as well in case you want something to warm you up after your day.
Over all the area is very quiet and cozy. It is one of the best places I've been to in a while and for my future trips to Innsbruck this is the place I want to be in. I think this is the best way to experience Innsbruck rather than commercial hotels in the center which have no soul and no vibe whatsoever.
You have to keep in mind that this is Innsbruck and that mountains are everywhere. The entrance to the hotel is steep, therefore you have to take into account that car parking access can get difficult during winter when there is a lot of snowfall. If the entrance is covered in snow - you need a 4x4 vehicle or a vehicle with chains attached to the tires to reach the parking - you will have issues with FWD or RWD with winter tires only. Otherwise you need to adapt to the entrance road cleaning times - which are cleaned 2x per day - so all in all this is not a big issue at all just a good thing to know and think about prior climbing up the entrance to the parking area.

Near Innsbruck, but in a lovely, scenic setting. Beautiful valley and mountain views from our well-appointed room. Breakfast was superb! Our hostess was wonderful. We highly recommend this property.
Signage from the road was a little difficult to see.

Nice place, kind staff, very clean.
Very good breakfast.
4.5
Very nicely placed, we beautiful views. Everything was very good organized, efficient and working smoothly. Tasty, plentiful breakfast and very nice host, paying attention to needs of our toddler. We wish we could stay longer in Tirol.
The facilities are a bit old, however maintain quite alright.

We had a quadruple room. It was better than it looks on the pictures, it's two separate bedrooms, one is a walk-through. We used it to sleep on the way to Italy, the detour from the highway is within 10 km. It is a very quiet place at the edge of a picturesque town, the overnight stay was a real relaxation before the next journey. The staff waited for us at the reception when we were delayed on our journey. The staff was very nice. There was a large selection for breakfast, including diet foods.

The breakfast choice was fairly limited but our hostess cooked us lovely eggs and it was fine. The views from our bedrooms were fabulous, and It is a very good stop off place on our drive down to Italy

The rooms were nice and the location is calm and quiet but a bit far away from Innsbruck city center
The lady at the counter was hands down the rudest that I have ever encountered in all of my hotel stays!! This place is not at all family or kid friendly. Our request to heat up the kid's food in the hotel's microwave was flat out refused with the lady suggesting that we should have stayed in our house if we needed these facilities on a holiday!
The breakfast buffet had just the bare minimum things that a buffet should have and God help you if your child (our youngest was 2 years old) ends up dropping some food on the floor or on the table, coz the same lady will ensure to give you an earful for making a mess and if you are very lucky some tips on correct parenting as well.
All in all one of the worst experiences that we have had in a looong time while living in a hotel in Europe, where usually you end up getting treated better if you are traveling with a child.
I would definitely avoid this place if you are planning to travel with a small child.

We liked the location for its tranquility. The room was comfortable and with a beautiful view. The breakfast was also good. The lady who greeted and attended us was very nice. And her kitty Joyce was super friendly and cute.
Nothing to comment.

Convenient location for travel towards Italy. Decent traditional breakfast with nice view on the mountains surrounding Innsbruck. Great family room with two separate parts
Somewhat at the outskirts of the city. Nothing to do after 21 o'clock including an arrival in the dark. Would be great to have the possibility to drink something after a long day drive

Very helpful hostess and a nice breakfast
lack of small fridge in room

Breakfast was good . Eggs breads Cheese were there with sausages . Location was also good. Lawn behind was too nice.
However I will recommend to have scrambled eggs , Normal Croissant and more types of Juices in it it for Breakfast. Differentiation of Toilet and Bathroom was highly appreciated. I would like to have small wash basin in Toilet.
