An exceptionally confortable 2 week stay at the Bel Air Eden.

The location is exceptional. It is about 100m from the main rail station so very convenient if travelling by train. Our room must have had one of the best views in Grindelwald - our balcony had an uninterrupted view over the lower areas of the town with the Eiger N face as a backdrop - superb! The hotel is very well appointed and kept spotless. The staff are very friendly and helpful;. Breakfasts are excellent. The hotel is rated 2 star but I would argue that this rating is unfair.

Nothing - except that "mine host" did not know how thw new trains had been transported up to Murren - but then neither did the Tourist Office!

Perfectly located, friendly, clean with amazing views and good value

My single room had a balcony with an amazing view of the Eiger. I had asked for a room with a balcony and the owners were very good at responding to my emails and my requests. The room was very clean and would have been cleaned every day unless I asked otherwise. A good shower and clean towels whenever I wanted them. The hotel was in an excellent location, just round the corner from the main train station but very quiet, which I loved. The breakfast was continental, fresh and offered an amazing fruit salad with soaked oats/muesli. Very tasty. Alot of info about the local area and activities/excursions in the lobby and in your room.

A ski week in Grindelwald

Location fabulous. Value for money in Grindelwald was excellent. Continental breakfast was perfect.

I booked a standard room and for me was good though I recognise some people prefer more modern surroundings. My room was clean and comfortable and everything I needed.

그린델발트 역에서 도보 1분거리 숙박비 비싼 그린델발트에서 저렴한 가격(아마 개인실 중 젤 저렴할 듯) 친절한 호스트 매일 방 정리도 해 주심 더 묵고 싶었는데 예약이 다 차서 불가능했어요.

벽이 얇아 방음이 안됩니다. 아이거뷰 아니면 도로가라 시끄러워요 무조건 가능하면 아이거뷰로 하세요. 얼마 차이 안나요 침대가 작다 직접예약한 것과 부킹닷컴 예약과 가격 차이가 있다

I would choose this place again in future.

I would like to thank Mr Peter and his family for taking care of their customers, they were helpful, specially their awesome morning. The view from my balcony was charming.

Great value for money, friendly, comfortable and great location, would stay again.

This 2 star hotel was extremely clean, comfortable and a room with a great view. Located right near the station, shops and restaurants as well as the sports centre with heated pool. Peter the host was very friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of food and fast service wiht the coffee which was refilled.

Good value for money stay

Very nice, family-run hotel. Great location, just next to the train station, close to the village centre but without the crowd passing under your window. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was cosy and very clean. The interior might be a bit dated but has some kind of charm. Comfortable bed and good breakfast, everything that one needs for a weekend stay.

Loved the place, had a very nice quiet vibe to the place.

Perfect location next to the train station with easy access to the town and all its sights etc.

Breakfast coulsd have been a little more substantial but the coffee was absolutely superb.

Great location to bus and train. COOP store close by for quick runs. Got room with very nice view of mountain as expected!

The beds were not comfortable. Nice staff but breakfast was limited for a 6-night stay.

Exceptional

Very nice and clean hotel located in the hearth of Grindelwald. The train station is about 4 minutes walk away. From there you can find trains to all tourist attractions in the Jungfrau area. Excellent breakfast and staff. Thank you Peter & Daniela for the services provided during our stay at the hotel!
