Attractive central located hotel

The deluxe room had a lot of space and was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and there were things like free apples or free lemon water in the lobby.

A little disappointing.

Rooms were spacious and clean.

The fact it is 4 star and no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast too many cakes, food was not hot and no English breakfast Sausages, mushrooms , baked beans or fried eggs.

Very convenient and good value.

The location of the hotel was great -- just 7 minutes walk (downhill) from the railway station, and 5 minutes walk to the waterfront. We were able to drop our bags at Reception on our arrival and again before we departed. The soundproofing on the windows was excellent -- barely a noise heard from outside -- so this is certainly a good choice if you need a good night's sleep. The room was surprisingly large and contained a fridge with a mini-bar. The buffet breakfast was excellent value. There is a Mercadona supermarket across the street and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The only drawback was that you must contact Reception to change the temperature level in the room.

No signal for English Uk channels which was very disappointing. Also the breakfast wasn’t great. The hot food was always cold so did not enjoy that part. I was given access to meeting room for interview and that was fantastic I must say. Shower door was leaking also in the bedroom.

Great location, it really is only a 3 star hotel.

Breakfast limited, minimal choice of fruit and breads, hot items served cold. Pastry however was very good. Circulation by the kitchen door was a big problem for staff and diners.

The shower was poor as the temperature kept changing on its own, surely this should no longer happen! There was no bar or a very limited bar service especially at the weekend.

Had fun will be back here

Breakfast was fairly standard. We would’ve liked a choice of eggs and for the bacon to be crispy, but that’s a British thing! Location was perfect halfway between the shopping area and the seafront and across the road from the supermarket and a little pub. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

We have been here before, so nothing could have been better apart from a more interesting breakfast

nice, chilled, no stress.

the location was great the staff were very helpful. the breakfast was lovely huge selection. we left behind our earpods i emailed the hotel and they were so helpful they found the EarPods in the room and advised if we arranged courier they will have the EarPods ready for pick up. I did that and we got the EarPods a week later. so helpful. very grateful.

the bar closed at 11pm so it would of been good if it opened a bit later. the Sauna wasn’t working

Very enjoyable stay

We have stayed in here twice before pre covid and it is still an excellent hotel. It is located in a quiet area approx. a 10 minute walk from city centre and it is near to C6 airport bus stops. Room was large and had a very comfortable bed. There was a coffee machine - TV had UK Sky news channel. Both room and bathroom were very clean. Hotel reception personnel were efficient and helpful.

This hotel is well located not too far from the city center and the railway station. The breakfast was really good and the rooms were in good shape. Would stay again if coming to Alicante!
