goede accommodatie, schoon en alles aanwezig

De ligging was perfect in het centrum. het appartement was prima in orde alle faciliteiten aanwezig zoals bv magnetron, wasmachine, strijkijzer etc. Bovendien was de service van de eigenaar zeer goed !

Quiet central location

Great location for seafront bars and shops. Metro and bus stations not far, beach 15 min away. Quiet street, good security with digital lock... useful if group separates.... Well equipped kitchen & toiletries, plenty hot water. Smart TV but only Spanish channels otherwise. Air conditioning fine. Raul the owner very helpful sorting a taxi and communication for access etc

Nothing really.... Photos are accurate. a few more pillows perhaps for us. Some might find the narrow elevator a bit claustrophobic....

Lo mejor, la ubicación, enfrente del puerto y en pleno centro, y la amplia terraza

Quizás la cocina algo incomoda por lo pequeña, pero aceptable para estar unos pocos días

Muy bien situado

El apartamento es muy bonito y muy nuevo. La ubicación es perfecta.

En las fotos parece más grande, es pequeñito. La cama en la segunda habitación es individual (no caben ni dos niños). El portal se abría solo con llamar al telefonillo del ático, los vecinos deben saberlo porque suena a menudo.

3 Irish ladies having a ball...

Such a lovely apartment spotlessly clean, Comfortable beds and a great shower.. Sitting out on the terrace was so relaxing . Nearby for everything, yet lovely and quiet when your home relaxing. Raul is an amazing host, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We flew home early Monday morning and needed a taxi. Raul pre booked one for us and it was there 5.30 on the dot . We ate out mostly for lunch and dinner but we cooked our own dinner on our last evening as we just wanted to chill out. The kitchen maybe small but it had everything we needed. We would not hesitate to book again, fabulous place. Thankyou Raul.. If i really had to give something negative, then it would be to suggest a couple of sunloungers for the terrace. But we also managed just fine with the chairs there..

Zu Ostern in Alicante

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal im Ático con terraza en el centro de Alicante gewohnt. Der Zutritt zum Apartment und die Kommunikation mit Raul (Vermieter) ist einfach und schnell. Das Apartment verfügt über eine sehr nette Terrasse und alles was man sonst noch für einen Aufenthalt in Alicante benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man ist sofort im Zentrum und auch am Strand. Ich kann das Apartment nur empfehlen.

Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Buen gusto al lado del puerto

El apartamento es muy bonito, la terraza enorme y cerquísima del puerto.

No hay mucho espacio para comer, salvo la terraza, pero no fue un problema.

Ubicación perfecta y tranquila

La atención del dueño fue excelente desde el minuto 1: fueron todo facilidades. Rápido para contestar y efectivo. La ubicación es fantástica: un 10. Cerca de todo (en pleno centro, rodeado de restaurantes de todo tipo y nacionalidad, todos los comercios que puedas imaginar, el paseo marítimo, aparcamientos, teatros, hasta un cine...), pero sin el ruido que podría suponer estar en pleno centro. La llegada fue muy fácil con el código que te da (ojo, el ascensor es muy estrechito, pero va muy bien). La cocina es pequeña, pero tiene de todo. La ducha va muy bien y tienes gel y champú, además de secador y papel higiénico de sobra. Alicante tiene una vida increíble, y aunque hay barrios muy olvidados, y mucha mezcla de tipos de construcciones (no siempre de buen gusto), está en general muy cuidado y se conservan numerosos edificios antiguos, además de parques majestuosos con unos árboles inmensos. Merece la pena pasear mucho. Hay buen transporte y andando también se llega bien a los sitios, aunque hay bastantes cuestas.

Nos esperábamos más de la terraza; es grande, espaciosa, con una mesa y varias sillas, además de un toldo y muchas plantas, pero solo ves sus paredes, el cielo y los áticos de los vecinos, no puedes asomarte y apenas da el sol (en verano, imagino que estará bien, pero estos días de diciembre lo hemos echado de menos). No tiene una mesa para comer, solo dos mesitas bajas junto al sofá y una alargada y estrecha pegada a la pared, así que desayunar o cenar resultaba incómodo (en verano, estará bien salirse a la terraza). Las habitaciones y la cocina dan a un patio interior, con poca luz; las ventanas son buenas y aíslan del ruido, pero si abres se oyen las voces y las lavadoras y aires acondicionados de los vecinos. El cuarto más pequeño es un poco monacal, pero bueno, la cama está bien. El de la cama de matrimonio está mejor y tiene una cómoda y un armario empotrado; la cama es muy blanda, aunque eso es muy personal. Y el cuarto de baño está bien, pero como no tiene ventana le han puesto una luz con ventilador que suena mucho, y en el cuarto de matrimonio se oyen todos los ruidos del baño (ducha, lavabo, etc.). Hay un aparato de aire en el salón y otro en la habitación grande; al llegar, sentimos frío, pero en poco tiempo conseguimos calentar la casa. En Alicante, aparcar gratis es un problema importante; es recomendable alejarse mucho del centro y luego pasear o incluso coger un transporte público para llegar a la casa.

Bardzo miło wspominamy pobyt, przestronne i wygodne mieszkanie, piękny taras.

Apartament jest bardzo ładny, czuć dobrą atmosferę. Duży taras pozwala na zjedzenie posiłku na zewnątrz w otoczeniu pięknej roślinności. Jest mały aneks kuchenny, idealny do podgrzewania jedzenia. Klimatyzacja spełnia swoje zadanie. Pokoje są wystarczająco umeblowane, łóżka wygodne. Położenie obiektu jest bardzo blisko promenady.

Brak, mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone jak na krótki pobyt.

Fantastic apartment! Very central location and close to everything but still on a quiet street. Modernly furnished and clean and nice. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Large nice terrace. Nice host and smooth check-in and check-out. We will stay here again!

A pleasant Apartment

The apartment is very close to the beach, the seaside walk, cafes , restaurants, a shopping center and even the train station is just 11 minutes away. The apartment is pleasantly decorated and it has just what you need for a holiday stay. The owner was very kind and helpful and responded promptly when we contacted him- he even allowed us to leave the suitcases a hour after check-out time. All in all, it has been an excellent choice!
