Great for short trips!

The hotel was really nice and close to Plaza Mayor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it is a great option for a short trip in a Madrid as it is close to a lot of mayor attractions.

You have to walk with your luggage to get there. As it is close to the Plaza Mayor cars cannot access the property during certain hours.

a localização é excelente e os funcionários da recepção muito prestativos

não gostei do tamanho do quarto, a geladeira só resfria, não gela, não tinha ventilação e nenhuma vista pois as janelas eram altas, numa próxima hospedagem só ficaria num quarto com visão externa

Petit Hotel muy recomendable con trato exquisito.

La ubicación es excelente para viajes con visitas al centro de Madrid. El desayuno muy completo. Para nuestro gusto no falto de nada. Quizás alguna variedad de pan más. La habitación grande y tranquila. Con una cama doble grande fantástica!!

En las juntas del plato de ducha había manchas de moho que si no salen con la limpieza hay que cambiar la silicona porque da mala impresión. El resto de la habitación y zonas comunes es genial.

Right beside Plaza Mayor. Great experience. I will stay here again.

Location. Location. Location. Room was clean and neat. The bed sheets were clean and soft. Very important for a good rest.

If you are looking for a quite place, without external noises, maybe this is not the place for you. For is, it is normal to have voices and chatting in such a central place. It did not bother us.

Viaje pequeño pero intenso

Me encantó la ubicación, el personal, comodidad, limpieza, etc… recomiendo con los ojos cerrados.

Un poco el ruido de algún motor de calefacción o algo así, pero nada negativo, no era tan grave.

It was good and Madrid is fabulous!!

Breakfast was fabulous and also reception staff so helpful,organised and nice. Location was brilliant!!

The bedroom was rather small but the really annoying thing was the light from the bathroom lit up the whole of the bedroom therefore if a person should get up early to have a shower he/she wakes partner from the light in the bathroom.

Super Städtetrip Madrid!

TOP, TOP LAGE!!! Sehr freundliches Personal! Gutes Frühstück, nicht überragend, aber gut! Super Lokal vor der Haustür...Chiquita! Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar!

Zimmer etwas klein, aber ausreichend! Sauber, aber eher laut, aber durch die Lage erklärbar! Alles kann man nicht haben!

Overall, very happy with our stay. Easy, friendly, clean and comfortable.

Great location, close to absolutely everything, very central. Perfect for a first time in Madrid as easy to reach every main attraction. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Up and down a lot of stairs to reach the room - unsure of accessibility for anyone who has mobility difficulties so definitely let the hotel know if this is the case when you book.

Excellent stay in the hurt of Madrid

Second time in this hotel and the experience was excellent. Grate location, comfortable and clean room and the most important the staff is very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended

Petit Palace - Grande Experience

Location was fantastic in the heart of the old town! History of hotel - a bonus. Staff, especially Olga, were great - very helpful. Breakfast and staff were great. Beds and pillows very comfy. Although in city centre and above restaurants- quiet!

Not a criticism but recommend some pleasure comfort extras like the comb as per original owner in 1600s. Maybe coffee and tea?

Central location in a historic building

We stayed only for a night and it was ok. The outside of the building is beautifully renovated and the location is great, close to everything and very central. The staff was nice and room was clean.

The room needs a bit of sprucing up, the wallpaper and the paint look a bit dated. Also the breakfast room in the basement is a bit stuffy.

Location and overall atmosphere was great. Staff was great and the breakfast was nice!

Window did not open for fresh air, yet it provided zero noise reduction from noises on the street, everything was so loud it seems as if it were open.

An affordable corporate hotel in the perfect Madrid location

The perfect central Madrid location - it's basically right on Plaza Mayor and you can very easily get to Mercado San Miguel in a lunch break whilst remote working, which was my situation. Really comfortable and great value for money, highly recommend.

Room was nicely located within the hotel with pretty balconies, and a beautiful staircase. Lovely lady attending the breakfast room. City location was truly great. Close enough to everything yet in a calm street

A little tired and in need of some updating (despite seeing paper signs around suggesting renovations we saw nothing during our visit). Bathroom a little grubby especially the ceiling fan and a real shortage throughout the room for somewhere to hang a towel, bathrobe or coat - not a hook in sight
