Apartamento funcional y bien ubicado -

Camas cómodas, sabanas excelente calidad. Múltiples armarios (aunque con muy pocas perchas) El personal del Hotel fuemuy amables y serviciales, Nos permitieron late check-out sin coste (llegamos por la noche). Tuvimos que pagar a la llegada toda la estancia.

Reservamos para alojarnos 5 personas, y solo habia 3 camas, No nos avisaron ni leí en ninguna parte que el sofa/cama del Salón era para 2 personas en realidad, y no para una persona. la capacidad maxima deberia ser para 4 personas. Accesorios de cocina muy viejos y algunos en malas condiciones como cafetera vieja y con moho, tostadora rota, Tuvimos problemas con la cisterna del retrete que dejó de funcionar, No hay servicio de habitaciones, con lo que no reponen nada. Insuficiente.

A very beautiful hotel but with very mean and unprofessional staff

The hotel was even more lovely than the pictures we saw online. The female staff were all very courteous, helpful and professional. The ambience was very homely.

We had a terrible and traumatic experience with a male staff - Sergio. We booked 2 nights, my son and I travelled from the UK as my son had to resume University and he needed to find a suitable accommodation around the university. Very early on our last day, due to a condition called Optic Neuritis which resulted in double vision in one of my eyes (medical evidence available), I accidentally tripped over one of our packed luggage, lost my balance and crashed into one of the glass doors leading to the bathroom. Miraculously, I did not suffer any injuries, but went straight to the reception at about 9am to report the accident. I was attended to by a lady who relayed my explanations in Spanish to Sergio. The lady thanked me for informing her and advised they would revert to me on the issue. Sometime after 1pm, Sergio presented to us a bill of €484 which he said had to be paid immediately. Unfortunately, we had run out of funds as we had just paid for my son’s accommodation (rent + deposit + administrative charges) which we were unaware of before we left the UK. However, I was prepared to discuss a payment plan and settle the charges from the UK. Consulting with someone on the phone in Spanish, Sergio advised that the cost would be reduced to half if we could pay immediately. Unfortunately, we were not in the position to do so and I showed him my online bank account showing a balance of £36 (about €40). I offered to speak to the company to arrange a payment plan, but Sergio bluntly refused. He then began to raise his voice at us, demanding that we call family or friends to raise money, threatened to call the police to lock us up and contact immigration to bar us from entering the country in future. I called his bluff at this point as we were not criminals! He again consulted with someone on the phone, advised that he had been mandated to collect all the money we had on us, collected the remaining £36 and presented a promissory note which I promptly signed.

Buona posizione anche se non centrale

Struttura situata a Montjuïc, un po’ distante dal centro ma ben servita. Camera bella e spaziosa con terrazzino esterno molto carino. Presente anche cucina che non abbiamo utilizzato. Molto comodo il parcheggio al costo di circa €27 al giorno. Non avevamo la colazione compresa. Unica stranezza: al momento della prenotazione il costo della camera selezionata era di €145 per una notte, ma al momento della conferma l’opzione non era più disponibile. Abbiamo dovuto confermare la stanza al costo di €196. Peccato che nei giorni a seguire fosse nuovamente di disponibile la stanza al costo inferiore. Ho provato a chiedere spiegazioni alla struttura senza ricevere una spiegazione esaustiva. Per il resto l’hotel è molto carino e il personale gentile.

プールは小さいけど，21時まで利用できました。スタッフが優しかったです。洗濯機は9〜21時に使えて、洗剤2個を3€で購入可能でした。バス停が近くて便利でした。10分ほど歩くと、地下鉄の駅もあります。

地上階だったので、部屋の中にもゴキブリがいました。

Very enjoyable, would definitely return

Comfortable room, useful kitchen, very friendly and helpful staff. They allowed us to store our bags on check in and check out days. Excellent location for exploring Montjuic as well as the rest of the city by metro.

La chambre est comme sur les photos. Et là piscine également. Le petit plus est la possibilité d'avoir une place de parking. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et agréable.

Nous avons eu un problème avec le frigo (qui commence à être un peu âgé). Nous avons eu également un problème avec la plaque de cuisson. Mais le personnel a résolu ce problème. Concernant le lit, nous avons pris une chambre double mais nous avons eu 2 grands lits simples mis côte à côte. Un autre petit point négatif est que notre terrasse était en contrebas par rapport au trottoir, et avec les barrières mises pour ne pas avoir de vis à vis, la chaleur avait du mal à s'évacuer.

Very clean, practical and modern room, all good Water bottle upon arrival

Pay attention when you book a room with a terrace: mine was located in a basement, there was indeed an outdoors, but no daylight! No view of Barcelona, just a dark box. No "luxurious" items, like tissues or coffee

L'emplacement est top métro à proximité 5 à 10 min de marche. A 3 stations de l'arrêt Drassanes au pied de la Rambla. Situé au pied de Montjuic 20 min pour monter au stade olympique. Chambre avec literie confortable l'établissement est propore et dans une rue au calme. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Il n'y avait pas d'éponge et de produit vaisselle dans la kitchenette, il serait bien d'en mettre à disposition.

Nice and clean apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood. Very nice personnel, helpful with everything. Only thing missing was a full length mirror, but that’s really only a minor detail.

Location, pool and kitchenette. The staff were very friendly.

I feel we were allocated the poorest room in it’s category. Initially upon entering you could smell the drains, the air conditioner rattled, poor water pressure in the shower and the soundproofing poor. This was confirmed when we had to move rooms on our last night at 3:30 in the morning due to a ceiling water leak, before the ceiling partially collapsed luckily, so I had something to compare it to. The room were moved to did ton have these issues and was in better condition. The receptionist mentioned they were aware of problems with water on that floor so probably explains the smell and poor water pressure. Whilst apologetic, as a gesture of good service I feel they could have perhaps offered us breakfast before our departure. Especially at 517 euros for 3 nights.

Staff excellent Breakfast excellent Room very clean but shower design a drainage problem had to be very careful with shower head angle freezer in frig needs to be de iced more often Mattresses very hard for both of us In spite of this the staff was so nice and helpful that We really enjoyed our stay. Great location for concert and sightseeing.

Location for concert at Sant Palau Jordi was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff. Great to have the small kitchenette with fridge. Loads of storage if staying more than a few days.

The windows were single glazed and next to a road, so unfortunately there was traffic noise and noise from neighbors. the kitchen was basic but functionable. the matress was a little soft for me but i slept well.

Tired apartment, needing makeover. Good pool.

The location was closest to Magoria-La Campanhã metro. 30 mins from airport, with only 1 change. Good supermarkets & fresh bread close by. The rooftop swimming pool was clean, just a bit cool if the breeze was blowing. Apartment was spacious. The washing machine worked well. Barcelona is a wonderful city.

The beds were firm & the noise from the street sounded like a raceway at times. Our apartment was so tired. There was no plug for the sink, this made it impossible to wash up. We had to wash dishes before using them as they had coffee drips all over them. (probably because there was no plug. )We we’re told to purchase our own tea towel. 1 staff member told us incorrectly there was a freezer compartment in the fridge as well as a dishwasher in the room. This was in fact incorrect. It was more about a dismissive attitude than anything else. The manager offered a change of room 2 days later. However we declined as we felt the traffic noise would be worse on the corner. The baffles around the apartment made the room feel dark. (I guess in really hot weather this might be useful) We had to re join the WIFI every time using internet. The shower temperature fluctuates regularly during a shower. This is the lowest review I’ve ever given.

Apartment was spacious, very modern and clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful, the location was great for airport access and close to a central metro station for getting out and exploring. The rooftop terrace and pool was really lovely to sit out on the warm afternoons Beds were really comfy.

would have been great to offer some complimentary teas/ milk / coffee. No full length mirror, there was plenty of the space in the room for this, and with the only mirror in the small bathroom it was a squeeze for 3 of us to get ready.
