The worst hotel ..dirty and disgusting

Location

Iwas very disappointed with my stay due to the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dust on surfaces, and there were stains on the bedding and furniture. The bathroom also seemed neglected, with mildew in the shower and unclean floors. It’s clear that housekeeping standards need improvement. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness for the price and location, and this experience unfortunately impacted my overall impression of the hotel.

La plus mouvais expérience que vous pouvais imaginer

Vous allez payez pour les boteil d'eau qui sont avec les repas, malgré que vous avez la formule tous compris, si non vous allez noir de l'eau salé avec des glasons . Des repas imengiable, sauf ceux que le chef nous a préparer en personne pour s'éxcusé de l'eau qui est pas inclus . Même la reception, il nous a dit que l'eau méniral est compris que dans le All inclusive pas dans le tous compris . Alors, peut etre vous arrivez a avoir un gout d'eau méniral si vous poyvez Expliqué au staff que le All inclusive en Anglais égale le tous compris en Français, il faut juste faire la traduction . Des portes de la salle de bain qui se ferme pas, ausdi des chaises cassé au restauean . Un petit déjeuner déppané avec le reste des repas du dîner de la veille . Alors fin de compte, on a décidé de mangé en dehors pour éviter les conflits avec le pouvre staff qui suive que les ordres d'un patrone qui cherche a économisé dans des choses impossible comme l'eau . Aussi une climatisation avec un bruit insuportable . Il y a plein de choses en plus, mais a vous de découvrire si vous ete pénir un jour et vous rendu visite a ce bordèle

Bon emplacement

Proximité de la plage et du centre. Lits confortables. Personnel de nettoyage très sympathique toujours un sourire. La terrasse privative est un plus.

Nous avons voulu prendre un snack en début de soirée (20h) mais le serveur nous indiquait que le snacking était fermé. Ayant vu sur le site que le service en chambre était possible à toute heure nous avons dû insister pour avoir la carte. Un peu limite pour ce genre d'hôtel, surtout que nous n'avons pas demandé ça à une heure tardive. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas le meilleur que l'on ait pû avoir pendant tout notre séjour.

Not a 4 stars experience/Air conditioning NOT WORKING

I would like to acknowledge the one positive aspect of our stay: the restaurant service. The buffet breakfast provided by the hotel was delightful, and the chef making omelettes each morning was exceptional. He greeted everyone with a smile and ensured a pleasant start to our day.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Odyssea Park Hotel, which I expected to be a four-star experience but turned out to be quite the opposite. Upon our arrival, we promptly paid the extra city tax as per the booking.com instructions. However, our troubles began immediately after. When we reached our room, we found it exceedingly hot. We attempted to turn on the air conditioner, only to find that it was not functioning. We called reception for assistance, but no one answered the phone. Consequently, we went downstairs to speak directly to the receptionist. She informed us that the air conditioning system was automatic, which did not solve our problem. After insisting she inspect the issue herself, she finally admitted that the air conditioning needed repair and promised to call an engineer. Several hours later, we checked back at reception to inquire about the status of the repair, only to be told that the engineer had been unable to fix the problem. We requested a different room, but our request was ignored, forcing us to endure six nights in a room without air conditioning. To make matters worse, on the last day of our stay, the receptionist Mounir displayed unprofessional and rude behavior. He demanded 200 dirhams, claiming a small towel was missing, which we had used at the gym. Despite our explanation that we had left the towel there and that it should be part of the regular laundry service, he accused us of losing it and insisted we pay. Furthermore, when we questioned the exorbitant fee for a towel, we received no clear response or justification. Mounir's conduct was appalling; he interrupted constantly, spoke over us, and handled the situation with a complete lack of professionalism. Additionally, he informed us that the air conditioning only operates when the outside temperature exceeds 26 degrees Celsius, which means that the room temperature was likely over 30 degrees.

Nous avons passé 7 jours dans cette établissement, nous n'avons pas eu la chambre pour la qu'elle nous avions payé, nous n'avons pas eu internet de tous le séjours malgré nos nos multiple demande toujours la même réponse on s'en occupe, une seul serviette pour 4 , une boîte de nuit sous la fenêtre donc pas couché avant 4h du matin et le jour du départ je me fais traiter de voleur pour une serviette (que nous n'avons jamais eu ! Le toilette qui coulé , le bouchon de la baignoir plus étanche donc pas de bain .La pire expérience en hôtellerie ! Pas pro du tout , à fuire !!!!

Grosse différence entre les photos et la réalité. Manque de lit bébé et aucune solution trouvée par le personnel. Porte des toilettes ne se ferme pas. Porte du balcon non plus.

The staff was incredibly friendly. It's insane. The location was perfect and also there's free parking in front of the hotel. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Also a very good working shower. Definitely recommend!

La décoration est belle et le personnel au top principalement le service de restauration de très chic type les serveurs, ainsi que les personnes qui s'occupe de la piscine.

Les roues des chariots des femmes de chambre. Ils font un BRUIT INCROYABLE. Les portes des chambres laissent passer tout le bruit. Impossibles de dormir après 9h avec tout le bruit. La salle de bain vraiment pas ouff

Good location and nice staff

The staff, breakfast and location are all excellent

The fact that we paid extra for double bed room and upon arrival we were told there are none and we will have to have twin room. This was rectified half way through our stay so thanks for that however there should have been the correct room available for us. Also very poor lighting. And no proper dressing area with a stool a d mirror to get ready on.

Bardzo dobry wybór za rozsądną cenę

Bardzo dobre położenie, z dobrym dostępem do deptaka wzdłuż plaży (5min). Niewielki, ale smaczny wybór na śniadanie, przyjemna strefa nad basenem zewnętrznym. Bardzo miły personel. Klimatyczne wejście i lobby hotelowe. Pokój niewielki, ale dobrze rozwiązany.

Klatka schodowa wyłożona wykładziną dywanową psuje efekt i sprawia wrażenie brudnej. Długie i ciemne korytarze hotelowe również.

Super mais un sérieux hic, dommage.

Tout . C'est joli et très bien placé. Au niveau de la restauration impeccable. Propreté parfaite.

Il n'y a pas de climatisation mais une sorte d'aerateur donc même en cette saison la chambre est une étuve...

It was not pleasant and the staff was rude and unreasonable.

The hotel receptionist was found to be very rude on our day of check-out. They unnecessarily forced us to pay an unreasonable amount of money for a small hand towel for no reason. We already read some poor reviews for them online, thought that they might not be as bad and went ahead with the booking. However, the hotel and it's staff very well stood true of all their bad ratings and reviews. This was our second time in the city and our only reason to visit again was the location, and it's people based on our last experience and stay at other nearby hotels like Kenzi Europa and Hotel Argana. It was soo good and with Odyssee Park we found it to be very different. Would not really recommend. The property certainly needs an upgradation in terms of the facilities and the staff.

the bathroom dirty linen bed sheets shower the bath the tiolet seat the tile floor run down shabby bathroom needs renevation to make it a four star hotel staff at reception could have been a little bit understanding the home manager refused to change room instead trued to fix the problems showed be alternative rooms they were even worse in these four days I stayed no one at reception asked how’s my stay even when we left they didn’t care it’s a lovely hidden gem needs care and attention the breakfast was boring the coffee and drinks machine old and dated the coffee tastes like poison
