com as obras de remodelacao em curso sera um excelente hotel

Da simpatia dos funcionarios, jardins muito bem cuidados , do espaco ajardinado e localizacao.

o facto do hotel estar em obras, os escorregas estarwm em manutencao vwm como o SPA. O SPA esteve em remodelacao e abriu no dia anterior ao terminus da estadia. Deveria haver um bar especifico de apoio a piscina. As bebidas com alcool do all inclusive sao diminutas. Apebas tem um restaurante (buferr)

Hotel Kenzi Europa , établissement dans la zone balnéaire touristique d'Agadir coupe du monde 2030.

L'hôtel est propre, tranquille , la restauration de très bonne qualité ,très variée, préparation sur place , devant le client de plats chauds (pas de decongelation). Le personnel du restaurant est de niveau élevé de professionnalisme, dirigé par la cheffe du restaurant de haut niveau.Le personnel d'accueil est très sympa et présence sur place du personnel gérant de l 'hôtel. L'animation du soir est excellente surtout pour les enfants. Bien sûr la piscine et les installations sportives sont bien fonctionnelles En dernier mot, cet établissement hôtelier, sera encore plus meilleur et je le recommande à nos invités étrangers et à nos nationaux marocains. Bon succès et bonnes vacances. Moukasse El Mokhtar Expert judiciaire national en Génie Civil Maroc.

Bon établissement pour un séjour sur Agadir

Confortable, propre, chambre spacieuse avec vue, bon service du personnel. Très bon emplacement

Bruyant durant cette période de festival Timitar (l hôtel est situé pile entre les 2 scenes)

Brilliant location and good value for money.

Brilliant location close to the beach. Lots of lovely varied food. Friendly helpful staff. The bed was massive and SO comfortable.

Floor of the room left us with dirty feet. Tables around the pool never seemed to be cleaned.

A well-established hotel with plenty of facility

The hotel is established with plenty of facilities. The staff are helpful. There is night entertainment in the lounge, kids water slides, public TV room to watch football. The mint tea at breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

The hotel was at its prime 10 years ago, but by now it is dated and needs renovation. Breakfast does not have any hot meat and lacks of variety.

Workers on this hotel aren't polite

The staff was rude, especially waiters on the restaurant. Food wasn't good.

Je recommande sans hésitation et j’y retournerai

La disponibilité et le professionnalisme du personnel. Les locaux sont agréables et propres. La proximité de la plage permet d’y aller sans effort. Le plus est la plage privée que l’on bénéficie.

Parfois la musique des animations trop fortes mais c’était gérable

Hotel location was perfect to where i needed to be.

The waiters at breakfast were great, especially Hamza. All the rest walked with a smile on their face except for this one guy....he was short in a black suit, miserable and kept having a go at the waiters/waitresses.

the hotel was busy,and the pool is small ,for the size of the hotel

we checked in a round 11:30am,and we had to wait till 15:00pm,to go in to our rooms,as if half day already waisted in waiting’s at the reception ,I don’t think that’s fair at all

The property is not as new a some other in the zone but is clean and the service is good. Rooms are big and the bad was comfortable.

Good place to stay...

Everything the employees are very good, always try to go extra mile for service, we are experienced travellers and we have to said the hotel.is very good , obviously some people have other expectations and are very Demanding like our self but we have to say we going back and return to this place.

The fact we have ordered half a pension and the drinks are not included and the price to pay is very high. We dice to go everything included next time ourselves. But please advise the customer at the moment of booking regarding the drinks to make the right decision.

Bit too much music noise round pool, but at least you could avoid it a bit by using the large grass gardens

Underwhelming at first but grew on us by end of holiday.

Very clean hotel. Location good. Staff were attentive and friendly. Went all inclusive lunch and dinner definitely better than breakfast. Nice big rooms. Quite a few English staying here which was good.

Entertainment based in reception area which is a bit weird and it wasn't great only lasted an hour or so. Only one bar for whole hotel. No snack bar just main restaurant open at mealtimes. Sometimes nowhere to sit as very busy so had to wait for a table.

Good location, spotless room, more information needed to make the most of what is on offer!

Spacious room and nice view from the balcony. Location was good for walking to the beach and restaurants nearby. Cleaners were very good, always spotless. Breakfast OK but a bit hit and miss - often have to ask for missing items not replenished - bowl, cup, spoon, butter. End up walking several laps of the dining room to get all you need!

Member of staff needed to make sure things are replenished at the breakfast buffet, would be good. Didn't eat lunch or dinner there so don't know if they were similar. Very little information on arrival about location, facilities and activities. Had to ask several members of staff and so it took several days before everything was apparent and some things were missed.
