The location is great, but that's it.

I like how close the hotel is to the taipei metro. Which makes it easier to go around taipei. The hotel staff are also kind and accommodating.

The hotel is a bit rundown, and the room itself is not 100% clean (there's a lot of dust around the corner, especially the curtains). Also, the room we booked was for 3 people, but it's not big enough for 3 adults. The bed is smaller than what we expected (compared to the photos listed on the site).

Great location next to the metro within 15 steps , breakfast spread was limited and food are not good at all. Room is alright

Excellent location as it was less than 50m from subway exit. Room was small but clean and neat.

Near MRT, 7 eleven. Friendly staffs

Booked 2 nights via booking.com and I was charged 1 night. When I arrived at the hotel, I paid 2 nights and asked for deducing my deposit. A hotel front staff who told that I will get my deposit back within 7 working days but I have not got my money back until now.

Very good

Excellent location, good bed and good pillow, good shower, very friendly and competent staff. Breakfast options are limited but sufficient for a good start to the day. Room was big enough, probably relatively large for Taipei standards. Basic, nothing fancy, but overall great value for money. The location directly next to an MRT exit is extremely convenient.

No complaints at all.

It was a nice location easily accessible to go to tourist attractions, staff were polite and helpfu.

The food for breakfast could be much better choices and tasteful. There was no ice box in the hotel at all for the guest and was told I could buy in the store.

That there is no ice in the hotel.

Wonderful staff!

the staff was incredibly nice! everyone was so helpful and pleasant. great location, near the MRT station Zhongxiao Xinsheng and easy to get anywhere from there.

the room could've been a little cleaner, but overall it didn't really bother me.

Very good

Location couldn't be better - train and bus lines right outside the hotel and easy access to all the key areas in taipei. Staff was also incredibly nice. Very accomodating and let us keep our baggage until midnight after we checked out.

The shower leaked so water was in the toilet area. Wasn't a big issue because they cleaned it every day, but was inconvenient at times.

Excellent, safe location- literally across the entrance to train station, close to tourist attractions, nice surroundings restaurants Good value for money Bed was large and comfortable Cleaners have great attention to detail 24 hour reception

Rooms were quite small- smaller than what is depicted in the photos. I had a double business room and I felt like that was small for 2 people. I think would be good for 1 person Bathroom sink is located outside bathroom in the bedroom which is unusual Air circulation could be better, a bit stuffy in rooms even with aircon and bathroom fans on Staff cannot help you book taxis, ended up ubering everywhere which was fine No laundry facilities, laundromat service about 300m walk away

Good value for money

Perfectly located right beside the subway exit. The room is clean, spacious and includes all the disposable things you need. The sink is outside the washroom, so you don't have to occupy the washroom for washing your face and brushing your teeth. There is also both a shower and a bathtub.

They listed they have laundry washing facilities but in fact they don't and the staff told us to go to the coin laundry...

Employee service is nice. Location is good.

The room is not clean. I can't trust a hotel with dirty floor. It's covid pandemic season you know. You should keep everything clean, not just put a hand sanitizer in front of elevator.

The location is super close to the MRT.

Comfortable stay without other guests staying next to my room.

The location was amazingly good, right next to the exit of MRT station. The room was clean and tidy, and also the facilities in the room were all very good. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, and the cleaning staff were very responsive and did a great job in maintaining the area spotlessly clean.

Wifi was unstable; I could not even watch Youtube constantly. Also, I could hear all my neighbours' opening and closing doors, people moving from upstairs, next to me and outside the room. I would recommend to people who don't mind the noise or internet connection.
