The best place to stay when visiting Santorini!

Absolutely beautiful villa with postcard-perfect view of the caldera. Our host Katerina was wonderful, taking care of all our needs. Everything about our stay was exceptional. I highly recommend Coat of Arms mansion as the best place to stay in Santorini. It has everything, including an excellent location.

Pretty expensive, but considering this is Santorini, nothing is reasonable cost there. A couple of the facilities in the villa needed repair but they were not an inconvenience.

There was lots of space to spread out and enjoy the tremendous view. It was very centrally located in Fira and a short walk to everything. I liked not having to plan breakfast as well.

We would have liked breakfast earlier than 8-9am one morning as we had an early day so that was of no value to us. Breakfast was great though.

Perfect location. Excellent well maintained property. Couldn’t ask for more. Caterina was very helpful in taking care of our needs. Looking forward to stay again.

Overall, a great and happy experience. We don’t want to leave the place!

The view from the Villa was amazing, full view of Caldera. The generous outdoor seating with a view and the jacuzzi with 38 deg heated water was nice. We also like the bougainvillea backyard, very romantic and beautiful looking. Katerina the host was extremely helpful in organising all our tours and airport transfer. She is always responsive to any questions.

If we could have more supply of water would be great as we need to go out to the Supermarket to buy them. There are some mosquitoes in the night, perhaps having mosquitos coil or insect repellent may be useful.

best place I’ve ever stayed in throughout all of my travels, hands down

very beautiful property in a wonderful location! the views were insane!! super comfortable place and the staff were amazing! Katarine was an amazing host and elevated our experience.. breakfast every morning was an awesome addition and she was readily available to call us a ride when we needed it. it truly was a magical experience!! :)

It took our breath away and no one wanted to leave

The property is a beautiful mix of old and new. Fabulously decorated with the most wonderful of views which could be appreciated from the terrace or the hot tub. The pictures are amazing but it's even more so when there. The host was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions or arrange taxis or trips. Breakfast was delivered every morning from a local restaurant, it was varied, tasty and there was always plenty. The location is great for both walking down to Fira or along the costal path. No one wanted to leave. It was just the most amazing place to stay.

Would highly recommend getting a taxi to the rear of the property if you struggle with steps or steep hills, but it's worth it for those views. Due to the layout of the towns, lots of properties are overlooked. There is a path in front of the property which is used fairly regularly. All of it is below the terrace but towards the top corner near the hot tub it is possible for the occasional taller passers by to peer in. It wasn't all of the time and our group didn't find this a major issue but something to be aware of. There is a main house with two bedrooms each with their own bathroom plus a separate toilet. Both of these bedrooms are amazing. The second house is smaller with a lovely main bedroom downstairs. The upstairs area has a sofa bed which is on the hard side and could probably do with a decent topper. There is no door to this area and it overlooks the downstairs. Those using this space also share one bathroom. Our group had one person downstairs and one upstairs. We personally felt it would have been a struggle for two couples to share this space and the one bathroom. Probably better for two downstairs only or younger visitors upstairs. None of the above would stop any of us coming back!

Perfect. April is a great time to visit - not too busy or hot. We loved the apartment.

Spacious with plenty room for my wife, 3 teenage daughters and me. Great location on the edge of Fira. Close to the centre but quiet. Great views.
