Good in general.

Size of room adequate and good. Location is good and adjacent to metro stations etc., Overall clean and professional. Staff on the phone and front desk upon check-in, friendly, smiling, courteous and truly understanding of needs.

Breakfast average, quite poor in fact - some changes needed. Hotel seems to have fallen by the way and needs a bit of an overhaul and renovation in some respects. Overall staff however and in general at front desk, a little indifferent and disinterested. They did not look very happy with their job. Perhaps the hotel - company etc , needs to address this by rewarding and remunerating front line staff better.

Quite a way out of Athens

Bath water did not stop in bath,when we asked why ,they said it was because of flooding in room

Hotel perfect fits for the night after long days of tourism.

Comfort bed, bath, relax atmosphere after long tourism days.

Wi-fi is just terrible, breakfast and coffee very poor.

A quiet stay fairly close to downtown Athens.

The room was fairly comfortable, well airconditioned, and very quiet despite being located within Athens.

The shower was a little small and flooded easily and the breakfast while fine was only ok in the morning.

Terrible internet, and overall disappointed

Comfortable bed. Large room. Good location.

Terrible (virtually non-existent) internet: stay away if you'll need internet access during your trip (definitely unsuitable for work!). On the best day, we had 4mbps. We stayed for 4 nights and had to rely on roaming the whole time. Staff were unhelpful even though I let them know about the issue every day. Come on, it's 2023 and you're claiming to have a 4-star hotel... Unacceptable. Carbs-loaded breakfast with the same options daily. Not healthy.

It’s a pleasure to stay only the beds was not comfortable for adults

we reserved room for 4 adults we got 1 king size bed and 2 cods bed instead of 2 twins bed.It was very uncomfortable for adults to sleep on those cod bed lousy noisy and thin mattress. Breakfast should add different menu everyday

Excellent Hotel to stay in Athens city centre.

We had to leave very early in the morning, but they packed a nice breakfast for us. Location was perfect, close to an underground metro station.

There was nothing, I didn’t like.

not worth it

The only thing i like was the reception guy in the morning, very polite and very professional

I stayed in room no.52. The facilities were very old and outdated, the elevator was from ancient times and very small ( barely fitting two people). Shower was broken and very bad. Noisy AC. Wifi was not working in my room, I complained two times and they brought a technician but still they didn’t fix it. The hotel overall has seen better days, definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Thé kindness of staff, especially Christina at the reception. she was very attentive to my needs, very cordial and supportive.

John at the front desk was very helpful for recommendations! The breakfast was good overall. We were pleased as we requested twin beds and when we got a queen they kindly moved us to a room with two beds instead. The laundry service isn't used on the weekend but we were pointed to a laundromat nearby that was great. We left Athens to visit Naxos and came back to the same hotel and they held our large suitcases for us which was really helpful! We would stay here again!

Horribly overpriced and not up to par to any four star.

The only thing that was nice was the bed which was comfortable. the gym was ok

The rugs and carpet were stained and very old. The couches in the king suite were horrific. anything but luxury. The breakfast was less than mediocre. The cleaning staff and kitchen staff were quite rude.

good stay

-easy to travel, close to one bus station and between 2 metro stations -close to concert house, chance to enjoy one concert easily - not far from city center, if like walk, many sightseeing points can reach by feet within 30 minutes

-the bathroom/ toilet is old and facility look old -kind of strange smell in room - breakfast is less choice - breakfast is too late with 7:30, many hotels provide breakfast from 6:30

Nothing NOT to like - can do with a bit of upgrading but great for the price.

Overall good stay

Helpful and kind staff, bed & linens, proximity of airport express bus stop, decent wifi, general cleanness. OK breakfast, could be better though for this price. Overall very good stay, but I expected more from a 4-star hotel.

Besides some sloppy refurbishment in the room (not that big of a deal), the electric kettle was dirty, there were no additional towels in the bathroom (one big for after showering, one for the hands, and one to stand on after bath, no face towel).

Overall we would stay again. Value for money, clean and spacious. The staff were brilliant.

Breakfast was great, we loved location as it was a quiet street and near the hospital we needed to visit

The Airconditioning was difficult to regulate, the staff tried their best to accommodate.
