nice hotel friendly staff

good location for us in Kartuzy. clean tidy has pub restaurant on site

early fight was advised to approach later in evening. to arrange a takeaway breakfast for morning but apparently too late. swimming pool is now closed.

Good place

The hotel is well and centrally located. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is good.

The hotel is located on a main thoroughfare and thoroughfare, so some rooms are exposed to traffic noise. The room we got needs probably a little more maintenance. The towel rails were loose and the wallpaper was peeling off the sides. Also, the doorstopper was illegally attached to the floor, so you often bang your toes on them. The coffee from the Nestcafe coffee machine tastes just terrible and thus affects the otherwise very good breakfast buffet

Pleasant stay, superb staff, great location and breakfast

Superb staff, including reception , restaurant and bar/bowling . Great breakfasts and location, spacious room with nice view

There could be a challenge with parking spaces for all guests- but there is a free public parking next to the hotel so rather minor issue and staff was very helpful here too.

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel, lovely location, very nice staff, nice room, good breakfast, nice restaurant on the side. Staff speaks English, very close to centre of Kartuzy, easy reach to Trojmiasto.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Delicious food

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Overall the room was fantastic, large and very clean. Complements to the chef in the restaurant, food was superb.

Parking as a bit tricky and shower could have been bigger but not something that was a dealbreaker. Really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend.

A bit disappointing

Breakfast ok but no table available for evening meal. Not much choice of restaurants nearby

Noisy guests at room next door well after midnight. No reception to complain to - no staff around.

Overall our stay was a nice experience and we will go back there again

breakfast was nice and lots of options to choose from, self service buffet so all good with coffee machine you can choose from continental breakfast or more traditional with something sweet like pancakes or waffles at the end

would be nice if staff great you at breakfast. We were there on our first morning and been a bit confused because nobody was there and we were not sure what to do. Spa area is on extra charge and that was a bit of surprise as well

Great holiday with friends in Poland, Kartuzy

We love the polish dishes designed by amazing Chef. The staff in the hotel was really nice and friendly

We've been having such a lovely holiday in Poland, Kartuzy with our friends from Spain. I can say the food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I totally recommended
