great location but not an accurate description

it was a great location right on the beach

in the description it seemed like the place was much bigger and that there was more then one room. I was a bit disappointed that it was only 1 room and 1 bed consisted on 2 twin beds and 2 twin beds. it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep so we had to combine the two small beds in to 1 big one to make 2 big beds. the beds were hard to sleep on because they were very small so you always fell in to the uncomfortable spot in the middle. the sink was completely clogged from the first day and even though the owner said he was going to fix it it didn’t get fixed. you only get 1 set of keys so you have to always be with the person that has the keys not very convenient. there was no tea pot but once we asked they did bring us one. the wifi information was completely wrong so we had to wait for the guy that was letting us in to call the owner to find out what it the password. there is no free breakfast although in the description is said that we get a breakfast with our stay. just a lot of little things that were a bit inconvenient.

Superb

Room was very spacious and clean. It was very close to the beach as soon as you walk outside you can see it. Very relaxing stay. The owner and his wife helped me a lot with finding my way around, getting me a taxi the last day, and giving me a new key. Owner is very responsive.

My room was supposed to be ready at 4 but ended up being 430. I just wanted to go in and relax earlier but the room was very clean and I was able to drop my bag off early to go to the beach and chill

The hist was not aware of our arrival. Traffic at night. Solveig the problem by turning on aircon and closed the window.

Excelent stay in paradise

Luigi is the best host ever. He waited for us despite arriving late and welcomed us to his B&B. He went beyond providing great tips and contact for diving and transferring to the best beaches in the area. He was super available via whats app and provided great service. The room is very comfortable and clean. The location is great. Super beach, bus stop is just around the corner to go to the city and there is a supermarket 400mts away. Typical Italian breakfast is included in the rate, and can be taken in 3 different restaurants at the beach. Great view to start the day. Thank you! We super enjoyed staying at Lewis B&B.

Good location near the beach, easy to find parking places, the room was clean

I did not realize when I booked that it is a room into an 2 room apartment located onto a block of flats. Maybe is my mistake but I expected to be a hotel room. Second I see a nice picture with a terrace on the beach - which is supported to be the hotel's terrace, in fact the picture is from a nearby beach bar restaurant where we had the voucher for breakfast. A little bit misleading this picture. In rest was OK. I did not read carefully the full information provided

Best location if you want to chill everyday on the beach

The location is ideal, very close to the Poetto beach and the super market is just 10 mins away by foot. If you want to Cagliari city centre, the bus from around the corner will take you in 20 mins.
