Please give time to communicate your guest. Let them feel it’s home away from home!

Staff are not helpful. They don’t do action on anything small you ask. Very rude and noisy place. Too much mosquito even the beds has bugs. Not recommended.

If you want a nice suite with a great ambience and a friendly staff, then this is for you.

I loved how friendly and polite the staff were, the ambience was incredible, and I’ll definitely stay here again.

Hoping for a cleaner bathroom, colder air conditioning and value for money

The breakfast is nice. The hotel staff are accommodating to my concerns.

When we arrived, the bathroom sink is not working and the toilet flush is not working too. The air-condition is not cold. We changed room and same, the shower water is too little and the bathroom is dirty.

Value for money

I like their room although the A/C was not that cool maybe adjusted with the weather. The location was good it's very close to Ayala Center. I do not like the breakfast served the "dilis" the option is to eat egg and sausage There is no bidet in the toilet.

over all it was a great place to stay. worth your money

the staff were super friendly and polite. they kept our room clean. Location is really close to the mall which is convenient.

the noise from the other room, needs more toilet roll in the bathroom, gym needs maintainace and update.

very friendly staff, a good breakfast and dining room, also very convenient for the large shopping centre very close by

only 1 lift working, tv was very poor quality, the safe had to be changed, they didn’t clean the room unless you asked and the bathroom plug was broken

The airconditioning smells when turned on. Bathroom needs some extra towels & tissues.

Clean room.

Staff are not so helpful and not competent especially in the dining area. If you will ask them they will refer you to the front desk. Why put someone to stand at the restaurant not knowing things. While eating the breakfast I asked to put water in my empty glass and I was ignored. In our room, hot and cold shower not working. Tv is not set up so you have to configure thing to make it work. I also tuen on the sign that our room needs to be cleaned and went back ro hotel that its not yet done and we have to remind them.

Overall it was a pleasant stay and staff were very hospitable.

Prime location. Close to the business park, mall and very accessible to public transpo.

The pool seemed to be "unmaintained" and the rooms are spacious but a bit outdated regarding interiors. There was an event during our stay and half, if not most, of the space for the breakfast buffet was closed off for the event's guests.
