Piacevole vacanza a due passi dal mare

Ottima posizione, vicina a molte delle spiagge più belle dell'isola (una delle più belle, Koukounaries, è a meno di 10 minuti a piedi), a diversi ristoranti e ad un supermarket (non grandissimo, ma ben fornito: prepara anche panini e rosticceria varia). Gestori molto cordiali e disponibili, parcheggio gratuito interno e staff gentile.

Letti un po' scomodi e, in alcune stanze, non molto grandi. Poco spazio per riporre vestiti. Bagno molto piccolo.

Excellent Location for Koukounaries

We stayed two nights in Maistrali Studios. Excellent location very close (walking distance) to Strofilia Lake and to Koukounaries-Banana beaches and to some nearby good restaurants. The aircondition of the room was very good and efficient. Good thing is also that the owners have a little cozy bar in the backyard.

The furniture of the room was outdated, as well as the little kithen provided in the room. Toilet was not very spacious and they didn't provide some small shampoo. It would be a nice gesture. It could be nice if they could provide some water in the room fridge for welcoming the guests, as it is very hot during summertime. The bed/pillows wasn't very comfortable...

Thank you for a lovely week.

Perfect location, easy access to beach, restaurant, bus. Maistrali Studios have a nice outdoor bar. Rooms and balcony were perfect.

perfect.

we enjoyed the location, so close to all the most beautiful beaches of the island. the team of the property is sooo kind. it is on the Main Street going from the city center to Koukounaries beach so you do not need to rent a car neither a motorbike since you can take a not expensive bus running every 20 minutes.

everything was perfect if I have to find a defect I would say the size of the bathroom that was small.

Very good

The owners, Roula and Dimitris, are very welcoming and took care of us from the very beginning. We could even check in in the Morning as we arrived and enjoy the rest of the day. We got exactly the Studio we wished for, the room was big enough for two adulds and a child. Very nice balcony. We had our room cleaned every day. Great music, stories and atmposhere in the bar run by Dimitri. Thank you, Roula and Dimitri, for welcoming us and making our holiday a nice stay in Skiathos.

Size of the bathroom : was really small, though good equiped.

Nice location but expensive compared to previous years, but ride to town and find everything!

Easy to reach local beaches, bus to town and airport in front of the property Cool room never used air con, always had hot water for showers. Helpful host Raula, gave us a room before we got ours, provided soap and plenty of toilet paper!

Expensive restaurants and markets nearby, ground floor opposite road not much privacy with windows open but had double curtains, can’t complain!

Relaxing stay

Nice small family hotel one bus stop away from lovely Koukounaries beach. Superhosts Mr Dimitris and Ms Roula are making everything you feel like home, we’ve never met anyone more hospitable and kind to their guests. Comfy rooms have everything you might need.

Lovely holiday in Skiathos at Maistrali Studios

Totally recommend Maistrali Studios for your stay in Skiatos. Location is prefect, walking distance from number or marvelous beaches. Owners of the hotels always very friendly and keen to help. High quality daily cleaning service. Everything was just perfect We spent an amazing week in Skiathos and hope to be back soon! :) :)

Magical Rula & Dimi’s place

Everything !!! This place greatest value is not just perfect position, nice rooms and great service but friendly (almost family like) atmosfere and Rula & Dimi’s ways of treating guests as their own next of kin. So, if you want to spent your vacation on Skiathos, this is the right place to be, trust me !

You cannot teleport yourself to this place at will

Nice apartments, totally recommended

Magnificent apartments managed by a loving couple! They were tremendously excited to receive me as their first customer of this difficult summer in times of pandemic. It was a pleasure for me to enjoy this nice, cozy, clean and well located hotel, with all the comforts: perfect bathroom, nice balcony with good views, spacious room, kitchen and breakfast included. I was also allowed to keep my room till late so I enjoyed a few more hours in the wonderful beach, which is very close. These owners saved me from the horrible experience of the adjoining hotel (Golden Beach) where I originally booked and found it completely closed without any explanation. I wish you a good summer season, nowadays it is very nice to find these small traditional hotels with that familiar touch. Totally recommendable!

Disappointing

Good location,, close to the best beaches on the island

The beds were very hard going,, The bathroom was very very small, and shower was extremely small and old , we also had a issue with the water supply on several days where there was either very little or no water at all .

Nothing...only Coffee at the bar is quite expensive...
