Estaba en remodelación, había un evento y sólo servía un elevador. Compré 2 cervezas con clamato y me cobraron $400 pesos.

Muy bien por una parte pero decepcionante por otra.

Que mejoraron las instalaciones y fue rápido el check in a comparación de años anteriores. También nos gustó que tuviera un Starbucks dentro (aunque los alimentos nada qué ver con el Starbucks original).

La falta de atención por parte del personal de los restaurantes y del bar. El primer día nos atendieron muy bien; pero los subsecuentes ya ni caso nos hacían. La camarera no nos cambió las sábanas de las camas a pesar de que supuestamente las cambian diario. Nos dejaron casi todo un día con una de las camas sin tender. No tienen cafetera y el desayuno bufete no era nada variado. Tenían los mismos platillos todos los días. Les faltan camastros porque ya están muy viejos y rotos y también mantenimiento al área del alberca.

Buena estancia con detalles a mejorar

La vista y que estuviera junto al mar, la habitación fue muy confortable en relación al clima, y al tamaño de la misma. La atención en el front desk, el concierge y el restaurante, sobre todo Tomás que tuvo la atención de darme un vaso de agua cuando vio que me estaba ahogando.

La atención en la alberca, no hay quien te pregunte si quieres algo y si pides algo, dicen: le voy a decir a mi compañero y nunca llega alguien. En el bar de la alberca nunca hay nadie que atienda, hay que buscarlos

We had a very good time! I recommend.

Very nice beachfront. Nice pool with a pool-bar.

Room was not carefully prepared. We were missing shampoo, shower gel and slippers. Floor was not clean.

Excessive costs for everting. Staff VERY rood. Not adequate with the price levels. Cost for water in the room (even more expensive than in Paris) staff slow. Not coordinated. Etc etc etc.

Best location by far in comparison to other Hotels if you are looking for a beachfront Hotel :)

Although pool was cleaned daily, much beach sand was still visible on floor bottom. This can definitely improve :-/

one of the servers chose her tip amount automatically as she skipped through the prompts on the credit card machine without asking what percentage I wanted to give. I would’ve already tipped the highest tip without her having to do that. construction noise, and dust. I know inevitable but maybe not on a Saturday?

Good location, one of the best beaches in Veracruz, and close to everything.

A lot of noice due to renovations, they should do a warning about that before booking, it is imposible to stay in the restaurant and in the pool.
