About this house rental

Cozy home situated in the southern most cove of Moosehead Lake. Private access to the lake (130ft of direct lake frontage) and near by public beach. Walking distance to the town of Greenville, where you will find plenty of shopping, restaurants and outdoor guide services. The home also has direct access to ATV trails from the road and the snowmobile trail runs across the cove near the home. Private dock and open area near shoreline for lake side lounging, gatherings and evening camp fires. The main section of the home features 2 large bedrooms both containing king size beds, one of which is a Sleep Number. The upstairs area contains a small bedroom with 2 twin beds and an open area with a queen and twin sized bed. A large deck is found on the lake side of the home, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the lake and make use of the BBQ grill provided.

Beautiful two story waterfront home with a gorgeous dock on moosehead lake. We were awakened by loons every morning and tucked in bed with the starry skies. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer

Walking distance to downtown Greenville, dock and cove for swimming and boating. Peaceful, well appointed cabin. A great get away w kids and dogs!

The house was clean and beautiful. Ken and Lindsey were amazing to deal with. We even got to enjoy a thunderstorm on the lake so pretty. Definately felt like home away from home. Didnt want to leave at the end. Neighbors were friendly didnt bother us at all. Would reccomend 10/10

We came up to Greenville from midcoast Maine for the 2024 Eclipse. This camp was perfect for our extended family. Comfy beds and a full kitchen. Lovely view of the lake. Ice was not safe (it is April!) so couldn’t go out on the lake but we managed to take some walks in the neighborhood. Took a drive on a road recommended by Ken and Lindsay and saw a moose! All in all a great short stay.

The house was cozy and so convenient. It was little tough to coordinate eating meals together with 8 adults, but everything else was flawless. The direct access to the lake paired with proximity to Greenville fit what we were looking for perfectly.

Ken and Lindsay were amazing and the place was all that we wanted very comfortable clean and perfect for our ice fishing trip. Very easy to work with even with my screw up with booking!

Great location, plenty of room, everything we needed, very accomodating. We were sledding into Greenville but had to adjust the dates twice, made the trip possible. Now i just hope its not booked next time i come to town.

Place is very well kept a very nice, right on lake a close to Greenville which was very nice, an close to sled trails, fishings slow but still able to fish right out front so was still nice, 10/10 recommend!

We had driven in from Vermont for a surprise birthday party being held at the Loft. The house was as advertised. Great location on lake and easy drives to everything. Had fires for smores each night and enjoyed the lake-facing deck. Would stay again.

We love Moosehead lake and this was our first time staying so close to town. It was much quieter than I anticipated based on it's location which was a pleasant surprise. The house was well stocked and clean. It's pet friendly and Jack loved every moment of his vacation, especially the ducks on the dock! The views from the deck are amazing and the whole experience left us nice and relaxed. Lindsay is an incredible host and has mastered the art of being responsive yet unobstrusive. We are already looking at coming back again next year!

Our family stayed in this beautiful home on Moosehead Lake. Watching the fireworks on the dock on the Fourth of July was the best. The house was perfect for our family and have already booked for next year. Had such a wonderful stay.

We haven't had a vacation in years as a family. We booked this house based on location and the dock... it was the most relaxing week. Even though we had rain the first half of the week... the water was clear, the ducks that were right there... it's just beautiful. We rented a boat and explored the lake, went swimming in different coves, fished all over! It was hard to leave!

This house was exactly what we were looking for & needed for a relaxing getaway / fishing trip. The house is so cozy & has plenty of room for everyone! The back deck is where we spent a great deal of time & absolutely loved the chairs down below. The dock allowed us to park our pontoon boat we brought and was great that we didn’t have to put it in & take it out multiple times during our stay! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful house with a great view of moose head lake. Perfect place for fishing and snowmobiling. Wild life can be spotted out the kitchen window! Comfy beds, very spacious. Close to town, gas, and groceries. Very reasonably priced for what you get! Would definitely recommend!
