The staff dedication to the customers and attention to detail is one the best I've experienced. The hotel is really charming, with a chic and cozy Mallorca style. The interior patio and swimming pool really quite and ideal to relax at breakfast or just lay under the beatiful Spanish sun.
Everything was lovely

Very friendly and welcoming staff, rooms cleaned regularly and everything provided. Fresh breakfast every day was lovely.
Location was also great, lots of places to eat and things to see as well as relatively easy transport to other parts of the island (palma etc...)
Thanks for an amazing week!!! :)
Nothing really, my only complaint would be that the shower glass did very little to stop the floor getting wet. That's about all I can come up with though!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We recieved many recocmendations for the town of Alaro and for the rest of Mallorca. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The entire hotel is beautiful, spacious and quiet. I would really reccomend this town, it was a great, quiet and authentic village to stay in Mallorca. It was close to the main highway that runs from Palma to the north of the Island. Be careful if hiring a car as the streets are very narrow and may be difficult to navigate with a large car. We parked in a car park abour 350m away and always found parking there. There is also an electric car charging station if you hire an electric car. The breakfast could have provided more options but at such a small hotel the service was amazing.

I LOVED this place. Parking can be a little tricky but the place itself is exceptional as is the staff. I hope to go back again and again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Wonderful and very beautifully decorated little boutique hotel in the middle of Alaró. Very quiet location away from the touristic parts of Mallorca. We really enjoyed the tranquility and the fact that there are only 6 rooms makes it feel like you're almost alone in the hotel much of the time. Rooms are big and nicely decorated in a simple, modern Mallorcan style. The pool and garden area was bigger than expected with sun throughout most of the day.
A lovely breakfast was served in the garden every morning with fresh fruit, local ham and chesse varities.
Warmest recommendations to Maria who was super sweet and helpful and answered all our many questions about anything.
We missed a bit of information on how to check in and how to find the key despite contacting the hotel in advance. We arrived quite late and also didn't know which room was ours because of the missing room numbers on the doors.
It says on the website / booking.com that there's a bar/restaurant at the hotel, which is not the case. There's only staff in the morning for the breakfast, which makes it a bit tricky if you have any questions or miss something during the. One day we didn't get any new towels and had to wait until the next day. However, the staff we met was always very helpful and sweet to solve things quickly.
It was quite difficult to find parking in the (small) city center of Alaro, but if you park in one of the public parking spaces and walk a few minutes to the hotel, we were lucky to find a spot most days.

The courtyard breakfasts were great and the host catered for my dietary requirements. The swimming pool was lovely and mostly quiet in the area. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the air con was not noisy.
Nothing really, it was quite far from the coast but we knew that before booking.

Alaro is adorable. location perfect. 5 min walk from car park unless you get lucky on street.
simple but comfortable and very well presented.
great base to explore the island.
well priced
fridge in room wouldn’t get cold.
double bed was two singles pushed together but this was sort if addressed. (mattresses were very comfortable though).

The hotel was very nice with good breakfast in a cozy yard. The Alaro village is beautiful and quiet with a traditional street/square market every weekend. Definitely recommend it :-) !
Everything was great.

The location was perfect. Pool area really lovely and there is a nice terrace on the top floor with a great view.
There were a few issues. The place feels a bit neglected. There was often no one around if you needed something. You could only message through Booking.com if you needed help. When we arrived there were no cups or glasses in our room yet there was a coffee machine. it was late at night and no one was there to ask.
The terrace was dirty with full ash trays and the lights did not work. There was a duvet but no duvet cover.
The bathroom had no bath mat so we had to use a towel.
Breakfast was a disappointment. Dry bread, undrinkable tea and generally not good at all.

Swimming pool area and how calm and quiet was the environment around.
Nothing specific to complain

Nice facilities, room was cleaned every day, nice breakfast and pool area. We really liked our stay, slept good. Also it was very central on the island. Car needed though. The hotel was really quite and had a lot of space. Recommend!
I asked some information about restaurants and Mallorca, but the person that received us didn’t really know. Feels a little bit less welcoming.
